由于物流业的职业特点,我国物流产业的发展所需的人才主要应当依靠各级职业教育来培养。目前我国不少职业院校物流专业开展的"订单培养"教育方式是解决物流人才缺乏,提高物流人员队伍素质,推进物流业管理、技术现代化的有效途径。但对订单培养中存在的矛盾关注不够。本文分析了我国物流业人才订单培养的必要性和被忽略的一些问题和困难。只有认真处理好这些问题才能有效实施这一人才培养模式,为物流业发展提供可靠保障。  相似文献

近年来,随着物流业的快速发展,我国物流人才的需求量呈逐年上升的趋势,为此不少高校纷纷设立或筹建与物流相关的专业以缓解我国物流人才奇缺的局面.但由于起步较晚,在高校物流学历教育中仍存在着一定的盲目性,表现在普遍把培养高层次物流人才作为主要的培养目标.而事实上,物流人才是多类型、多层次人才的综合体.因此,高校应结合自身资源状况,构筑适合我国物流业发展的教育平台,并在此基础上培养出具有自身特色和专业技能的应用型物流人才.  相似文献

As a result of growing economic pressures, collaborations and process orientation are rapidly gaining importance for hospitals. With organisation and software landscapes which have grown over time in line with specific professional groups and functions, the paradigm shift places high demands on integration. One of the key challenges in this context is the hospital-wide management of medical staff identities along patient processes. Effective identity management calls for technical means (e.g. for exchanging user data between applications), organisational definitions (e.g. HR processes for starts, departures and changes of hospital medical staff) and regulated responsibilities (e.g. for role definitions). The article shows that while the technical solutions do exist in practice, the necessary prerequisites are frequently missing where organisation and responsibility are concerned. The changes linked with meeting those prerequisites are likely to affect the work of medical staff and can encounter resistance. A very cautious approach is required to the apparently “technical” task of establishing a system of identity management. The article presents a procedure model which has been put to the test in practice. It ensures that responsibility and authority for identity management are successively installed in line with the specific circumstances that prevail in hospitals.  相似文献

This analysis of consumer affairs professionals in business and government describes what functions they perform, where they are employed, what education and experience is required and what their salaries are. Professional educators in the consumer field have generally ignored the career field of consumer affairs professional. Colleges and universities train consumer majors to be educators, researchers, or extension workers, but little attention is paid to the education of consumer affairs professionals for business and government. This article not only attempts to give educators in the consumer field a greater awareness of this relatively new career so that they can develop educational programs more intelligently but also attempts to make business and government more aware of what is being done in this area so they may be able to utilize the talents of consumer affairs professionals.  相似文献

Modern professionals are engaged in making things better, but the specific advances on the micro-level are increasingly undercut by problems on the macro-level. The content of this better is typically guided by values such as efficiency, productivity or cost-effectiveness, which are essentially output over input ratios unable to account for how a specific improvement will fit into the broader human, social and ecological contexts. Hence, micro-level advances lead to fragmentation and a loss of harmony, compatibility and conviviality. The situation is further complicated by the fact that, culturally speaking, science and technology have become good in themselves, making reasonable discourse difficult. This paper concludes with an analogy from an earlier epoch suggesting how the situation may be resolved. After completing a doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Willem Vanderburg continued his studies of technology via the social sciences and humanities. He is currently the Director of the Centre for Technology and Social Development in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. His publications include Technique and Culture, Vol. I, The Growth of Minds and Cultures (1985) and Perspectives on our Age (1981).  相似文献

The opening up of the professions to advertising does not yet include the medical profession, and the author argues that this exclusion is unwarranted. Far from being against the public interest, he suggests that patients are not only capable of using more information, but that improvements in medical practice will flow from this. The experience of the legal—and other professions—following the relaxation of advertising rules is discussed together with the problems arising. The conclusion is that advertising by the medical profession is worth at least a trial and that liberty to advertise be extended to consultants and hospitals.  相似文献
