数字图像处理技术在针织物检测中的应用研究起步较晚,但是,这一技术的应用已经逐渐得到了人们的重视。从目前的研究成果来看,该技术的应用主要集中于针织物质量和性能检测以及针织物组织结构识别方面。包括检测针织物表面的疵点、评价针织物的起毛起球性、测量针织物的结构参数、分析和识别纬编提花组织等。与传统的检测方法相比,数字图像处理在针织物检测中的应用具有自动、快速、准确、客观等诸多优点。  相似文献

厌氧氨氧化菌,俗称“红菌”,通过生物化学反应,它们可以将污水中所含有的氨氮转化为氮气,以达到去除氨氮的作用,是污水处理领域很重要的微生物,该技术可以说是废水处理领域脱氮的巅峰技术。具有耗能小、占地小、运行成本低等优势,但是厌氧氨氧化菌的培养以及工艺稳定受温度、pH、溶解氧、悬浮物、有机污染物浓度等诸多因素影响,影响其运行稳定性。基于此,文章将重点分析在温度、pH和溶解氧在最佳范围时,将MBR、臭氧催化氧化技术联合用于厌氧氨氧化工艺的前处理技术,实现液体和悬浮物固体的分离,再进行厌氧氨氧化脱氮处理,结果表明,增加该前处理技术后能够有效提升厌氧氨氧化菌活性,提高厌氧氨氧化的运行稳定性。  相似文献

采用毛细管电泳法拆分苯磺酸氨氯地平手性对映体并检测其光学纯度,选择CM-β-CD为手性选择剂,考察了CM-β-CD浓度和缓冲液pH值对手性分离的影响,并对分离条件进行了优化。实验结果表明,在不添加任何有机改性剂的条件下,含10 mmol/L CM-β-CD的50 mmol/Ltris-磷酸缓冲液(pH值为2.5)可使对映体在短时间(7.22 min)内完成基线分离,分离度(RS)达4.3。  相似文献

水处理厂在提标改造中面临诸多问题,其中TN指标的收紧使处理厂对相关工艺的要求逐步提高。厌氧氨氧化因无需外加碳源受到广泛关注,厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)技术正在日趋成熟,针对厌氧氨氧化工艺的影响因素,国内已有大量研究,希望能够通过研究厌氧氨氧化工艺的影响因素:亚硝态氮、氨氮的累积浓度、pH、DO、温度、有机物浓度、污泥龄等,找出厌氧氨氧化的工艺的运行最优点,从而优化控制条件,为厌氧氨氧化工艺的工程化运行进一步提供参考。  相似文献

电厂生产水系统设计中使用氨作为pH调节剂,通过瓶装液氨气化添加的方式配制氨水溶液。液氨具有易燃易爆、腐蚀性强等危险特性,而且液氨钢瓶在运输、吊装装卸、储存及使用过程中存在工业安全风险。为此,考虑采用20%左右的浓氨水代替液氨,作为加氨装置前端原料。可以满足原有生产水系统的加氨需求,同时最大程度降低配制氨水溶液过程中的工业风险。  相似文献

对生产维生素B12的谢氏丙酸杆菌发酵废液中是否存在生物抑菌物质,其性质、抑菌作用大小及抗菌谱进行了研究。研究表明,谢氏丙酸杆菌的发酵液针对检验菌的抑菌效果明显优于化学防腐剂且抑菌谱较广,可以抑制一些革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌及真菌,其中主要抑菌成分为等电点在2.0附近的蛋白类物质、丙酸氨、乙酸氨。  相似文献

Three dust explosion incidents that occurred within Monsanto Europe are discussed. The company carries out a wide range of operations involving powdered solids, and the incidents illustrate the range of situations that can cause dust explosions. The design approaches used now, covered by guides such as the NFPA 68 and 69 usually prevent major losses, but there are some lessons to be learned from the three incidents described. The most basic one is that there are so many different ways of igniting flammable dusts that we should never use elimination of ignition sources as the sole method of protection. The other lesson is a very old one: the need to maintain all our equipment and safety systems in operational condition at all times. This is particularly difficult in practice because these systems are not required for day-to-day production, but still must operate effectively when they are needed.  相似文献

Strategic technology partnering between firms has become a growing subject of interest to both companies experimenting with this mode of economic organization and researchers from a wide variety of academic disciplines. In this study an effort is made to measure the effect of strategic technology partnering on companies engaged in such joint efforts. A study of the relevant literature on interfirm cooperation generates some basic understanding of this phenomenon, after which the empirical analysis is expanded with linear structural modeling of a number of relevant explanatory variables setting strategic partnering in a more complex environment.  相似文献

A project selection method has been derived for the R&D Division of an electrical equipment manufacturer in a developing country. In the method, a scoring model is used to select and rank projects which have a wide range of objectives and characteristics. The criteria used for selection relate specifically to the organisation's needs and culture, and they are weighted according to their relative importance as perceived by executives. The results of the study indicate the research culture of the R&D Division and reflect its environment. As such the paper illustrates a methodology which can be universally applied to large R&D organisations in developing or developed countries.  相似文献

为了解决传统K-means聚类算法对舌图像中舌苔舌质分离效果不稳定的问题,提出了一种优化K-means聚类的舌苔舌质分离模型。模型综合RGB,HSV,L*a*b* 3种颜色空间的特性,将单通道舌图像像素作为聚类样本集合,以一定的规则从集合中选取2个舌图像通道的像素作为聚类样本,并利用单通道舌图像分布直方图的峰值确定初始聚类中心点,最后通过聚类实现舌苔舌质分离。实验结果表明,选择用双通道舌图像作为聚类样本比用三通道或者单通道舌图像聚类效果更优,且提出的初始聚类中心点的确定方法相比于传统K-means聚类算法更准确、稳定地使舌苔舌质分离。所提方法可以很好地实现舌苔舌质分离,为中医舌诊客观化的研究提供了新的方法和思路,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

Hansen, Perry, and Reese ( 2004 ) recently argued for and demonstrated the utility of Bayesian methods for research associated with the resource‐based view (RBV) of the firm. In this paper, we propose that Bayesian approaches are highly relevant not only for strategy problems based on the RBV, but also to its extensions in the areas of dynamic capabilities and co‐evolution of industries and firms. Further, we argue that Bayesian methods are equally applicable for a wide range of strategy research questions at both the micro‐ and macro‐level. Bayesian techniques are especially useful in addressing specific methodological challenges related to firm‐ and individual‐level effects, firm‐level predictive results, precision with small samples, asymmetric distributions, and the treatment of missing data. Moreover, Bayesian methods readily permit the engineering and updating of more realistic, complex models. We provide a specific illustration of the utility of Bayesian approaches in strategy research on entry order and pioneering advantage to show how they can help to inform research that integrates micro‐ and macro‐phenomena within a dynamic and interactive environment. The real options approach has recently received growing attention in R&D and Technology Management research. Recent empirical findings by Ellis (1997) and Busby and Pitts (1997) also report growing attention and use in practical investment decisions. However, there is a certain concern about the applicability to a wide range of R&D related problems. The theoretical base behind options valuation is derived from the capital markets and thus assumes market conditions that are closer to the theoretical construct of 'perfect competition' than most other settings. Even under these conditions, several assumptions made and difficulties left are subject to controversial discussions. Of course these problems even gain importance when the R&D environment with its discontinuities and lack of regulation or institutionalized trade is assumed. This paper describes some basic properties of the real options approach and sheds light on existing problems for the application in R&D project evaluation. On the other hand, roads to application of the method are shown using the Geske model of option evaluation. One main goal of the paper is to broaden and deepen the discussion on real option models in R&D and Technology Management, which has in some cases been limited to stressing the advantages of the method rather than reflecting on applicability and concrete way of application of the method.  相似文献
