On the afternoon of May 2 (German local time), there held the contract signing ceremony for increasing a registered capital of RMB 1.5 billion to Shanghai Volkswagen Co., Ltd. between Shanghai Auto Corporation and German Volkswagen Corporation in Ingallstart where German Volkswagen Corporation's branch company---Audi Motor Company is located.
