高大平房仓粮面压盖隔热控温储粮试验

利用不同粮面压盖方式进行高大平房仓隔热控温储粮对比试验。结果表明,采用25cm厚稻壳层和7．5cm厚包膜聚苯乙烯泡沫板组合材料粮面压盖的试验仓较单一采用25cm厚稻壳层粮面压盖的对照仓相比,其粮面与隔热材料交界面温度平均偏低1．9℃、最高粮温平均偏低1．0℃、粮温平均偏低0．4℃、1a内储粮水分散失减少0．3％、且品质劣变速度相对缓慢.     

应用泡沫板粮面压盖控温试验

解决夏季储粮粮面传热过快的问题．通过应用聚苯乙烯泡沫板在薄膜密闭后的粮面进行压盖的试验，能有效地延缓粮温上升，达到隔热保冷，控温储粮的目的。     

高大平房仓双层压盖隔热控温储粮试验

重点探讨了高大平房仓粮面利用散装稻壳和保温板双层压盖隔热控温度夏储粮试验.结果表明,夏季最高粮温19℃,最低粮温6℃,平均粮温8℃.确保了储粮安全,保持了储粮品质.     

粮面压盖材料的控温保水效果及应用成本分析

分析比较了双膜冷气囊、包膜泡沫板、麻袋稻壳包、编织袋稻壳包、散装稻壳及20cm散装稻壳＋包膜泡沫板等6种粮面压盖结构的控温、保水效果及应用成本。结果表明6种材料都具有控温、保水作用，且控温、保水能力由好到差依次为：双膜冷气囊〉20em散装稻壳＋7．5cm包膜泡沫板〉20cm散装稻壳≈麻袋稻壳包≈包膜泡沫板〉编织袋稻壳包；应用成本由大到小依次为：双膜冷气囊〉20cm散装稻壳＋7．5cm包膜泡沫板〉麻袋稻壳包〉20cm散装稻壳≈包膜泡沫板≈编织袋稻壳包，这6种压盖形式对稻谷的脂肪酸值的影响尚不明显。     

平房仓晚籼稻谷充氮气调储藏试验

平房仓充氮储藏晚籼稻谷,先用复合膜对粮堆“五面”密闭,并有效处理工艺孔洞、工作间等漏气部位,利用移动式制氮机组通过四个进气口结合上充下排、下充上排和仓内环流或环流风机强排等工艺向粮堆充氮。近三个月氮气储藏过程中,氮气浓度维持在95％范围,杀虫率达到100％,并能有效防止害虫发生,次年害虫发生时间推迟近一个月;存粮脂肪酸值年变化量低于1．5（KOH）mg／100g,2009年充氮储藏期内脂肪酸值仅增加0．7（KOH）mg／100g;粮温变化趋势与常规储藏基本一致,但试验仓平均粮温偏高1℃～1．5℃,局部最高粮温变化提前近15d。     

浅圆仓高水分稻谷分层低温储藏试验

利用浅圆仓储存特性，底部存放16．0％高水分稻谷，上部4m存放标准水分稻谷，保证入仓粮水分逐渐减小，高水分稻谷入仓完毕扒平粮面再入安全水分稻谷，最后粮面进行双层稻壳保温包进行压盖处理，试验仓安全过夏，未出现任何不正常储粮现象。同时，未进行压盖处理的高水分稻谷对照仓也安全过夏。     

充氮气调储粮3种充气工艺经济效益比较

本试验对充氮气调储粮3种充气工艺在对粮堆充入同量的氮气条件下使用何种工艺可以取得最低氧浓度(最高含氮量),取得最理想的杀虫效果即最佳经济效益进行了探索。试验证明,密闭条件下从粮面向粮堆充气,当气囊鼓起使粮膜离开粮面时,在向粮堆继续充气的条件下打开地槽口排气阀排气,当打开地槽口排气阀后继续充入的气量相当于粮堆内空气量时停止充气,停止排气,将仓房密封好,环流均匀后氧浓度最低(氮浓度最高),吨粮成本最低。     

低温储粮综合控温设计探讨

本文分析了国内不同仓型低温储粮时粮温超标的部位及原因,并分别从粮层表面和围护墙体两方面提出相应的控温措施,为实现绿色高效节能低温储粮提供参考。     

高大平房仓膜下环流配合粮面压盖技术研究

针对新建高大平房仓在使用中出现的气密性差、粮温受外温影响较明显的现象,采用预埋PVC"梳形"环流管、塑料薄膜覆盖膜下环流熏蒸及PEF粮面压盖技术,增加了粮堆的气密性,提高了熏蒸效果.应用效果表明,采用此项新技术后,试验仓磷化铝用药量比对照仓节约58%,粮堆气密性明显得到提高,有效浓度维持时间延长了8d,"梳形"膜下环流管网提高了有效气体浓度的均匀分布,缩短了环流时间;密封后的粮堆,阻碍了内外气体交换,有一定的保水效果,从而减少了储粮重量损失;PEF粮面压盖后,试验仓粮堆温度比对照仓低2～5℃,粮温得到了有效控制,试验仓的各项储粮品质指标均优于对照仓,储粮品质陈化速度远远低于对照仓.     

氮气储粮平房仓全过程沉降监测

以河南工业大学内建设的模拟平房仓为沉降观测对象,观测模拟仓在压仓整个过程的沉降变化情况,并重点观测其中充氮过程中墙体基准点的标高变化。最后对比一个完整进出粮过程之后粮仓底部地坪沉降量与墙体沉降量,比较二者一致性。粮仓进出粮和充氮过程中的沉降变化具有很高的实用价值,为确保粮仓使用过程中仓体自身结构安全正常使用提供参考。
