基于消费者预期的在线零售企业社会责任行为研究--量表开发与验证

通过文献回顾、访谈、预试和大样本调查,从消费者预期视角对我国在线零售企业社会责任行为的维度结构和测量量表进行实证研究。其中,运用筛选条目和预测试等程序初步确定在线零售企业社会责任行为的测量量表,并经由探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析发现,消费者预期的在线零售企业社会责任行为包括经济责任、消费者责任、员工责任、法律责任、公益慈善责任五个维度,其测量量表具有良好信度和效度。结果还显示,消费者最看重在线零售企业承担消费者责任,其次才是法律责任、员工责任、公益慈善责任,相对不看重经济责任。另外,不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、网购频率的消费者所预期的在线零售企业社会责任行为存在差异。     

连锁零售企业社会责任分析

企业履行社会责任已经成为一种社会共识;从利益相关方来看,连锁零售企业的社会责任包含着对顾客、员工和股东的责任,其社会责任关系着其实现利益最大化的目标。针对连锁零售企业履行的社会责任在现实中还存在着诸多的不足,本文对其实行实现途径提出了相关的建议。

基于利益相关者理论的连锁零售企业社会责任分析

利益相关者理论指出企业是一个有利益相关者构成的契约共同体。以利益相关者理论为研究框架,依据连锁零售企业的实际情况,分析了连锁零售企业对股东、员工、供应商、消费者、债权人、政府部门等利益相关者的社会责任的内容,并探讨了如何履行其社会责任的途径。     

零售企业道德管理探析

较之制造企业,零售企业面临着更多的道德挑战,而在现实中目前我国许多零售企业在道德和社会责任方面的表现遭人诟病。本文分析了零售企业存在较高道德风险的原因,指出零售企业的道德挑战主要来自道德、消费者权利和企业社会责任三方面,在此基础上进一步指出了零售企业道德管理的对策。

关于中国企业社会责任问题的思考——以海通集团为例
