针对电商商城、零售商和第三方物流企业构成的在线销售和配送系统,分析在电商商城无自营业务和有自营业务的不同销售模式下,零售商面对平台自建物流和第三方物流的选择策略。研究表明：(1)若电商商城无自营业务,零售商会选择平台物流;若电商商城有自营业务,只有在产品替代率较低或物流配送具有效率时,零售商才会选择平台物流。(2)零售商选择平台物流能提升其产品物流服务水平,但提高物流服务水平并不是零售商物流决策的内因,即使平台物流服务高于第三方物流服务水平,零售商也不一定选择平台物流。(3)无论是否有自营业务,电商商城都愿向加盟商开放平台物流。     

基于SWOT模型的我国网上药店物流配送模式研究

本文重点探讨目前我国网上药店的主要物流配送模式。在基于SWOT模型的分析基础上,认为我国网上药店现阶段应当综合运用第三方物流、自营配送和门店自提三种主要的物流配送模式。通过使用优质的第三物流服务提供商进行物流配送可以降低物流成本,扩大市场份额;通过使用自营配送模式,可以提高顾客满意度和忠诚度,增加顾客重复购买率,增加企业利润;通过使用门店自提模式,可以提升门店的人流量,在一定程度上能增加药品及互补品的销量。此外,应重视如下几方面:严格挑选更合适的第三方物流服务提供商;逐步开展农村药品在线销售市场;重视通过物流配送支持处方药市场拓展;利用科学的配送模式推进O2O服务。
