从国际化和全球化的视角来审视,自改革开放以来,中国零售业的国际竞争力成长较慢.从产业经济学的SCP分析可知,产业政策对中国零售业的市场结构和市场绩效的改善有重要的影响和作用.根据中国零售业国际竞争力“钻石模型”的分析,通过实施“走出去”战略,积极参与全球价值链竞争,形成国内国际两个市场的联动发展,是提高中国零售业国际竞争力的重要路径.为此,应该把中国零售业“走出去”提升为国家战略,并在国家层面构建完善的政策支撑体系,基于问卷调查和专家深访的实证研究结果就此提出了具体的对策和建议.  相似文献

本文利用因子分析法、聚类分析法对中国连锁零售业在全国30个省市的集中状况进行了实证分析,并通过区位集中率指标对各业态进行了细化研究。总体上来看,中国连锁零售业已呈现出显著的地理集中特征,且主要集中在东部沿海省市。各主要业态也表现出与整个连锁零售业相一致的区位集中态势,且4省集中度越高的业态其向少数省份集中的趋势越明显。综合分析结果将各省市按集中特征归纳为四种类型,并进一步分析了该集中现状形成的主要原因。  相似文献

We develop and test a model of pseudo-transformational leadership. Pseudo-transformational leadership (i.e., the unethical facet of transformational leadership) is manifested by a particular combination of transformational leadership behaviors (i.e., low idealized influence and high inspirational motivation), and is differentiated from both transformational leadership (i.e., high idealized influence and high inspirational motivation) and laissez-faire (non)-leadership (i.e., low idealized influence and low inspirational motivation). Survey data from senior managers (N = 611) show differential outcomes of transformational, pseudo-transformational, and laissez-faire leadership. Possible extensions of the theoretical model and directions for future research are offered.  相似文献

Credit suppliers are interested in trying to predict which applicants are likely to default on repayments. They are also interested in predicting those who may miss one or two repayments rather than default by missing three. By considering a sample of 1001 bank credit card holders, this article compares those characteristics of borrowers which distinguish between (a) those who (in the sample period) never missed a repayment (‘goods') and those who missed at least one (‘slows'); (b) those who never missed a repayment and those who missed three consecutively (‘defaulters'); and (c) those who missed one or two repayments (‘bads') and those who missed three in succession.  相似文献

Landfill sites may be regarded as input for a waste treatment process. Considering landfill as an exhaustible resource, we apply a basic corn–guano model to a waste treatment problem. We show how dynamic substitution between landfilling and recycling occurs. Namely, in an early stage, landfill disposal is adopted as waste treatment and a recycling process is not activated. Once an economy faces exhaustion of landfill, a recycling process is activated as a backstop technology. We refer to the possibility that an economy may be unstable after exhaustion of landfill, even if it enjoys stable growth at the early stage.  相似文献

根据数模混合集成电路系统级和行为级快速验证的需求,设计了一种卫星导航系统射频接收机前端的频率合成器。传统行为级模型一般是基于理想环路进行参数提取,误差较大。为此,首先,分别利用MATLAB和Verilog-AMS对频率合成器建立理想行为级模型与非理想行为级模型,并根据行为级模型提取与优化的环路参数,采用SMIC 180 nm CMOS工艺设计仿真电路级频率合成器;其次,建立MATLAB噪声模型,对电路级各个模块的噪声进行拟合,评估频率合成器系统的整体噪声性能。所提出的频率合成器设计方法对电路级设计具有前瞻性的指导,并有助于电路级的设计优化。  相似文献

An important source of health information is word of mouth (WOM). Nevertheless, a model describing WOM in the health care sector does not exist. The aim of this paper is to contribute to research by providing concrete suggestions for a model of word of mouth in the health care sector. A conceptual framework comprising the theory of cognitive dissonance, the theory of the strength of weak ties, and the theory of perceived risk are used as a theoretical anchor. In order to gain a more precise knowledge of WOM in the health care sector, a literature review of leading health care journals is conducted. The findings are summarized in the form of a model proposal describing the creation, spread, and impact of WOM in the health care sector. As the model summarizes the current WOM literature, it seems to be a good starting point for further research by scholars. The paper also helps practitioners to better understand WOM and integrate the WOM aspects described into their daily work.  相似文献

In companies where excellence in logistics is decisive for the outperformance of competitors and logistics has an outspoken role for the strategy of the firm, there is present what we refer to here as a “logistics-based business model.” Based on a multiple case study of three Nordic retail companies, the purpose of this article is to explore the characteristics of such a logistics-based business model. As such, this research helps to provide structure to logistics-based business models and identifies a way forward for companies for whom logistics and distribution are a major concern for the overall strategy of the firm.  相似文献

If demand is not sufficient, a business will not be viable. This basic fact of business survival is intimately related to one of the most popular analytical approach for evaluating the profitability potential of a business, Porter's “Five Forces” model. Locating an online niche that is in sufficient demand to generate adequate revenues and profits is a challenging, but not an impossible, task. The Internet has the unparalleled ability to produce information trails that allow the user to measure the supply and demand for keywords used in online searches, and software has been designed to facilitate the location of potentially profitable niches. This paper provides an overview of this software along with associated strengths and weaknesses, shows examples of the output generated by leading keyword research software (KRS), and provides an extensive listing of KRS vendors and a summary of the capabilities of their products.  相似文献
