审计意见购买是一种审计合谋行为,是导致审计秩序失范的重要原因。其动因在于购买者利用信息不对称、公司治理结构的不完善和审计师的机会主义向审计委托人寻租以从中谋利。审计意见购买行为包括外部审计意见购买和内部审计意见购买两种情形,需要从意见需求方、意见供给方和外界支持环境三方面对其进行治理。对现有研究的梳理表明,对内部审计意见购买动机与行为以及结合中国情境探讨治理对策等方面进行研究是未来审计意见购买研究方向。  相似文献

The research finding that deal-prone shoppers and generics buyers are similar to each other in profile, prompted the present study to address whether or not deal-prone shoppers are generic buyers and vice versa. Data were collected from a large Midwest metropolitan area. The factor anlaysis demonstrated that attitudinal differences between deal-prone and generics were significant. This study found that both deal-prone and generics shoppers are economy-minded in shopping. Dealprone prone shoppers, however, were found to be different from generics buyers in that they are more conservative, less confident and less innovative than the latter. Based on the findings, a number of recommendations are made to management of national brdand manufacturers and retailers.  相似文献

本文基于对全球最大的专业市场———义乌“中国小商品城”市场经营户、客商及相关主体所作的万余份问卷调查,对双边市场中交易配比、外部性和代理人数量关系的理论进行了经验分析。结果表明,采购商数量的增加会促使其提高采购规模和降低采购频率,且显著地与经营户的年均销售额、销售倍增数正相关;电子商务平台的应用减少了进入实体市场采购的客商比重,买卖双方之间具有较为显著的交叉正外部性和群内负外部性。同时,本研究结果还显示表征市场特征的产品质量、经营环境、电子商务、物流配送等变量与市场外部性强度呈正相关关系,专业市场本身品牌的塑造和经营户自属品牌的建设对于增强买卖双方进入中间交易平台具有较强的正效应。  相似文献

在网络购物过程中,顾客会因各种产品质量问题而感到不满意,从而产生抱怨行为。基于此,文章在网络购物背景下,分析顾客抱怨行为的影响因素,通过层级回归方法,重点探讨网购认知与顾客抱怨行为的关系。研究发现网购认知与顾客抱怨行为倾向之间存在正向关系,网购认知越高,顾客抱怨行为倾向越高。并且网购认知对向卖方抱怨、私下抱怨以及向第三方机构抱怨等三类抱怨行为均存在较大影响。因此电子商务企业应加强顾客抱怨管理,提升顾客满意度。  相似文献

This paper attempts to explain shopping center choice behavior in the Peoria area using Attribute Salience, Determinant Attribute Analysis and Factor Analysis. Thirteen shopping center selection attributes were developed by interviewing about 3000 Peoria shoppers and a review of the relevant literature. Attribute Salience and the Determinant Attribute Analysis indicated almost the same attributes to be relatively important and determinant: availability of parking, quality of merchandise, variety of merchandise, distance from home and atmosphere of shopping area. The factor analysis model in all 4 cases extracted a merchandise-atmosphere index and a convenience index, indicating that the basic assumptions of the traditional gravitational models which use shopping center square footage and distance as proxy variables for utility and disutility should be reconsidered.  相似文献

This research examines the increasing use of online customer reviews in business-to-business (B2B) decision making. In contrast with other research on B2B decision making, we study a unique aspect wherein buyers draw on two sources: external reviews posted on online professional communities and internal reviews in the format of vendor scorecards. This method creates a conundrum: What happens when a buyer is confronted with conflicting reviews from two different sources? To shed light on this problem, we (1) interviewed 48 B2B buyers, (2) conducted a field experiment with 293 B2B buyers to examine the effect of review source, (3) conducted a second field experiment with 587 B2B buyers to examine the effect of conflicting reviews, and (4) solicited insights from 82 B2B buyers regarding the findings. The results indicate that B2B buyers are driven to resolve differences in reviews rather than to dismiss negative reviews. In addition, even positive internal reviews prompt exploration to confirm that relational bias is not present.  相似文献

The concept of recreational shopper identity, a dimension of the consumer—s self-concept, is contrasted with simple shopping enjoyment, which has characterized most past research on recreational shopping. Two survey studies investigate recreational shopper identity in a clothing shopping context. In Study 1, the Recreational Shopper Identity (RSI) Scale is validated with a sample of 561 adult consumers, demonstrating that recreational shopping is experienced as a true leisure activity. In Study 2, involving 354 adult consumers, the RSI Scale is used to identify three groups of shoppers who differ in the degree to which they incorporate recreational shopping into their self-concepts. Recreational shopping enthusiasts are found to engage more extensively in a range of retail shopping behaviors, to spend more money shopping (i.e., they are not just browsers), and are more “multi-channel” than other shoppers, reporting higher levels of Internet, catalog, and TV home shopping as well as traditional “brick-and-mortar” shopping.  相似文献

比较购物网站作为一种专业化的垂直搜索引擎,可以对各大购物网站的商品信息进行搜集和整理,方便消费者快速找到性价比高的商品,节省大量的购物时间。论文搜集了目前中国现有的28家比较购物网站,综合考虑各种影响因素,设计了7个评价指标。基于这些指标,用混合分层聚类的方法将比较购物网站聚为三类。由聚类结果可以看出,帮5买是目前我国最大的比较购物网站。最后,指出了目前我国比较购物网站发展过程中存在的一些问题,并针对问题提出相应建议。  相似文献

自20世纪90年代末以来,我国购物旅游得到不断发展,对其研究也在逐渐增多。通过文献整理,将研究内容归为供给角度的文化视角下购物旅游商品开发和经济视角下购物旅游市场开发研究;需求角度的购物者的感知风险、满意度、行为和体验等研究;供需角度的双向研究以及购物旅游相关方向研究。由此可见,未来购物旅游的研究视角会不断创新且研究方法将会更加注重定性与定量相结合,研究领域也将不断的细化。  相似文献

This study examines the characteristics and shopping behavior of urban blacks who patronize a black-owned and managed neighborhood shopping center in a large mid-western city. The shopping center is located in a community that reflects typical inner city characteristics of high unemployment, low income, and classic shortage of necessary retail and commercial facilities. The community promotion analyzed in the study was the shopping center's first formal attempt to promote the mall and provided an opportunity both to measure the traffic and the sales generating impact of the promotion and to learn about the profiles of the center's shoppers. Covered in the study are demographic and socio-economic variables, attitudes toward and perceptions of various characteristics of the mall, and various dimensions of the respondent's retail shopping behavior. Analysis of the characteristics of the shopping center's customers indicates two distinct market segments that live different distances from the mall with sex, income, age, and shopping behavior varying by segment. The hypothesis that the two groups of black shoppers, with different demographic characteristics, will also exhibit different shopping behavior was not rejected, and therefore, the authors could suggest marketing policy and strategy recommendations to management to more effectively reach and satisfy the heavy user of such shopping centers. Franchise systems and shopping centres have each become dominant forces in modern retailing. While the former has received considerable attention in the academic literature, very little research has been directed to shopping centres. This paper examines selected behavioral concepts found in each type of system as perceived by parallel sample of Canadian shopping centre tenants and franchisees. While no major differences were detected concerning the extent of conflict between the two settings, the power bases employed by shopping centre managers were found to be quite different than those employed by franchisors.  相似文献

Previous studies of the driving times of shopping center patrons have not examined the effect of limited access highways. This study analyzed the impact of interstate highways on the driving times of 204 shoppers at three medium-sized regional shopping centers. Those shoppers indicating usage of interstate highways to reach their shopping destinations were significantly more likely to incur travel times greater than fifteen and twenty minutes than those not using the available interstate roads. In predicting the drawing power of these shopping centers, factors besides mass were found to be useful. These include square footage of shopping goods, stores, and number of parking places.  相似文献

Most studies of the organizational buying process assume that buyers acquire and use information “prosocially”—to make better decisions and promote their company’s welfare. The authors propose, however, that demands to account for their behavior causes organizational buyers to also gather and use information for political purposes—to protect their own self-interest. The authors present the results of an empirical study that investigates the extent to which four types of accountability—informal, official, process, and decision accountability—result in political (or symbolic) information search and prosocial information analysis by organizational buyers. Study findings suggest that buyers accountable to superiors and those accountable to subordinates or peers engage in more symbolic information search. Buyers accountable for their decision-making process analyze information more extensively. Surprisingly, buyers accountable for decision outcomes neither search for symbolic information nor analyze information more extensively. She received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her research interests include industrial buying behavior, business-to-business relationships, and international marketing. She has published articles in theJournal of International Marketing and theJournal of Macromarketing, as well as various conference proceedings. He received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University. His research interests are in the marketing strategy and public policy areas. Much prior literature has focused on how hedonic shopping motivation operates in hedonic shopping environments such as shopping malls, but few empirical studies have assessed hedonic shopping motivation effects in utilitarian shopping environments. Combining a field survey (Study 1) with observation using video ethnography (Study 2), our research addresses this issue. Our results empirically reveal how, through both psychological and behavioral routes, hedonic shopper motivation affects purchases in a utilitarian shopping environment, specifically a section of a superstore selling predominantly utilitarian products. Hedonic shopping motivation is found to induce consumer impulsiveness (psychological route) while also encouraging shoppers to stay longer in a store (behavioral route), which when combined result in greater consumer purchases than either route alone. Additionally we observe a moderating effect of co-shopper influences on these two routes. Implications of these findings are discussed.  相似文献
