现代重工致力于建造高附加值船舶

韩国HHI（现代重工）宣布,该公司已得到一份为希腊Dynagas航运公司建造2艘155000mLNG运输船、价值6亿美元的订单,另外还有3艘同型船的选择权。

新港船舶重工获8艘法国散货船订单

法国货船运营商路易·德雷菲斯公司4月13日在巴黎和中国船舶重工集团公司签订协议,该公司首次从中国订购了8艘散货船。此次订购的散货船中,包括4艘18万吨级的好望角型（CAPESIZE）散货船和4艘4万吨级的最大灵便型散货船（HANDYMAX）。根据协议,中船重工旗下的天津新港船舶重工公司将负责这8艘船的建造,船只将在2013到2014年间陆续交付使用。     

现代重工推出L500小型发动机

韩国现代最工近日向市场推出了其L500型重载高速柴油机（见图）。该型机的连续输出功率为500马力,主要用作小型商船的动力系统。

现代重工压载水处理系统获USCG认证

韩国观代重工研发的“Hi-Ballast”船用压载水处理系统（见图）．于近期被美国海岸警卫队（USCG）认证为替代管理系统（AMS）。现代重工表示．这将有望使该公司获得更多订单．为运营于美国航线的船舶配套。     

现代重工S80ME-C9船机通过认证

曼恩柴油机与透平（MAN Diesel＆Turbo）公司3月10日宣布．由韩国现代重工发动机与事业部生产的其最新型S80ME—C9船用发动机．近期通过了型式认可试验（TAT）。
