我国中小企业负债融资对公司绩效影响的实证检验

本文以我国深交所中小板上市公司2011-2013年1742个混合数据为样本,研究了我国中小上市公司的负债融资对公司绩效的影响。研究结果表明,在中小上市公司中,负债融资对公司绩效具有正相关关系,亦即对中小公司而言,增加负债融资,可以从银行监控机制、负债担保机制、现金流效应以及信息不对称和信号效应等方面提升公司绩效。因而,我国可以通过明确政府定位、改善法制环境、提升公司债券比重以及加快推进资产证券化等方式进一步提高负债融资对中小企业绩效的正向影响。     

我国城市商业银行股权结构与经营绩效关系研究

首先本文利用已有的理论分析了城市商业银行股权结构和经营绩效的理论基础和作用机制。同时选取我国43家城商行2009-2013年期间的股权结构集中度中的第一大股东持股比例、前十大股东持股比例之和和股权属性中的第一大股东的国有性质、国家股比例、法人股比例和个人股等更为全面的变量分别对经营绩效的影响进行实证研究得出股权结构与经营绩效的关系的结论。从而提出优化我国城市商业银行股权结构的政策建议。     

城市商业银行与地方政府关系研究

文章首先分析了国内城市商业银行的实际情况、发展方向及其是如何影响地方经济的,然后分别从地方政府以及城市商业银行的视角阐述了其对彼此间关系的认识,深入挖掘关系背后隐藏的问题。对影响城市商业银行发展的因素进行了归纳,即政府、地方经济规模以及股权结构。针对城市商业银行展开了分析,找到问题的根源后,提出了具有可行性的方法和策略:完善商业银行公司治理模式;转变地方政府干预城市商业银行的职能;指出了地方政府给予政策扶持确保银政两者能够实现共赢的有效方法。     

城市商业银行股权结构与绩效研究

中国城市商业银行的发展与日俱增,研究城商行绩效的影响因素具有重要意义的。本文通过39家城商行年报收集20011-2013年的数据,运用多元回归分析方法,从银行内部和外部的角度分析城商行绩效的影响因素,包括股权结构、董事长特征和地理位置,研究发现股权集中度和银行绩效不相关,法人股和绩效显著相关,董事长特征和绩效不相关,地理位置和银行绩效显著相关。     

融资平台债务与城商行绩效

本文利用2007—2014年地级市层级的融资平台债务和城市商业银行相关数据，实证分析不同类型融资平台债务对城商行绩效的差异化影响，并对融资平台债务影响城商行绩效的机制进行分析。实证结果表明：(1)总体上融资平台有息债务的增加会显著降低城商行绩效，这种负向影响主要来自融资平台非标准化债务的增长，而份额较小的标准化债务(城投债)有助于提升城商行绩效；(2)成本收入比是融资平台债务影响城商行绩效的一个重要机制，非标准化债务会提高成本收入比从而抑制绩效提升，城投债有助于降低成本收入比进而提升绩效；(3)在经济增速较慢的地区，非标准化债务对城商行绩效的负向影响较强，城投债对城商行绩效的正向影响较弱。本文的研究为深刻认识地方层面财政与金融的内在关联提供了来自市场主体的经验证据，对约束和规范融资平台举债行为具有参考价值。     

商业银行股权结构与绩效的实证研究——基于我国上市银行的分析

本文研究的主要内容是上市商业银行股权结构与绩效之间的关系。首先对股权结构、上市银行绩效进行概念上的界定;后从理论上分析上市银行股权结构和绩效之间的关系,主要将股权结构分成股权集中度和股权性质两方面进行研究。最后得出结论表明上市银行股权结构中的股权集中度和股权构成中的国家股、法人股与绩效之间存在呈倒U型的非线性回归关系。并就结论希望通过股权结构的优化配置提高银行业的绩效。     

城市商业银行公司治理现状及存在问题

本文以38家非上市城市商业银行为研究样本,根据银行披露的2008年年报数据,从治理架构、股权结构、董事会、监事会、管理者激励和信息披露等方面对城市商业银行公司治理的现状及存在的问题进行了实证分析,并在此基础上提出了完善城市商业银行公司治理的建议。     

地方政府融资平台的运作风险防范分析

地方政府融资平台通过财政预算、土地或其他公共资产的组合,建成资产和现金存量大致符合银行融资标准的公司,并辅以财政补贴或公用事业收入作为还款担保。融入的资金则根据地方政府偏好,投入当地基础设施或各种工业建设。不可否认的是,目前地方政府融资平台在运作过程中,仍然具有相当程度的风险,需要加以适时的防范。本文首先对地方政府融资平台的发展进行了回顾,进而分析了地方政府融资平台的融资特性,并在此基础上,探讨了地方政府融资平台的运作风险与防范措施。     

浅议地方政府融资平台存在的问题与风险控制

自1994年分税制改革后,地方政府面对内生性资金需求得不到满足的困境探索出各具特色的地方政府融资平台模式,但根植于特殊时代背景下的融资平台不可避免的存在各类问题。2008年的投资计划启动也助推了地方政府融资平台的新一轮扩张,因而对融资平台的规范与风险控制受到了密切关注。本文通过分析地方政府融资平台的风险构成,探究当前经济环境下对融资平台按照短期与中长期采取不同的期限政策进行风险控制的策略,通过短期与中长期的治理实现融资平台的转型与健康有序发展。     

地方政府融资平台融资风险及对策——基于台州市政府融资平台的案例分析
