长三角区域经济一体化测度

区域经济完全一体化的各成员的产出份额在理论上应服从Zipf分布,各成员产出份额的实际分布与理论分布的距离则可以用来测度区域经济一体化的程度。实证分析表明,1978—2008年间,长三角的区域经济一体化是一个以上海为中心的一体化过程,并且长三角的区域经济一体化经历了"制度变迁推进型一体化"、"制度与市场角力型一体化"和"市场推进型一体化"三个阶段。     

The role of organizational justice and social interaction in mitigating the negative effects of high-performance member retailers on strategic integration

Drawing on resource-based view, social exchange theory, and organizational justice theory, this study tests the link between high-performance member retailers (HPMRs) and strategic integration to retail buying groups, and the mediation and moderation of social integration and organizational justice, respectively. Using structural equation modeling, we analyze data from 241 independent retailers participating in retail buying groups in Japan. Results reveal that although HPMRs are negatively associated with strategic integration, they also increase strategic integration via enhanced social interaction with other member retailers. Additionally, organizational justice by buying group headquarters weakens the negative link between HPMRs and strategic integration. The study newly shows how member retailers’ past performance characteristics, the role of buying group headquarters, and member retailers’ interactions affect strategic integration to retail buying groups. The findings contribute to resource-based view, social exchange theory, and organizational justice theory by examining how retail buying groups can encourage HPMRs’ strategic integration using social interaction and organizational justice as boundary conditions. Practical and theoretical implications are described.     

Does value chain integration dampen producer price developments? Evidence from the European Union

We draw on trade theory to empirically explore the effects of value chain integration on producer price dynamics. Using the EU as an example of an integrated area, we construct measures of backward and forward linkages with intra‐ and extra‐EU trading partners at the country‐sector level. We find that especially upstream integration and EU accession dampen inflation. The results for downstream integration indicate a price‐increasing relationship. We propose novel EU integration indicators and offer insights to both theory and applied research. We also add to the policy debate on the price effects of (dis‐)integration of EU countries.     

高管团队决策行为与决策绩效关系:行为整合的中介效应分析

战略选择是一个非常复杂、含义广泛的决策过程,而复杂的决策是管理团队许多决策行为相互作用的结果,研究行为整合在决策过程中的作用机制对战略管理理论、高层梯队理论和行为决策理论有重要的意义。根据行为决策理论,提出了决策行为、行为整合对决策绩效影响的假设模型。实证研究表明,在决策过程中,程序理性和直觉行为正向影响决策绩效,行为整合可以加强这两种决策行为的正向作用;政治行为负向影响决策绩效,行为整合可以削弱政治行为的负向作用。     

第四方物流模式下供应链资源整合中的成员选择决策

第四方物流（4PL）在实践中的成功运作,正逐步表明它是实现对供应链复杂资源进行合理、高效、灵活整合的有效模式。4PL模式下供应链资源整合的关键问题之一是如何基于供应链系统的资源整合目标,从战略性的高度以及系统的整体性角度,有针对性地对协作成员进行选择。文章在对4PL模式下的供应链资源整合运作特征及框架分析的基础上,从系统性整合原理及系统整合价值增值的角度出发,对判定供应链资源整合后系统运作水平提升的主导因素进行界定及分析。在此基础上,搭建了基于各主导因素期望运作水平判定的整合决策流程,提出了基于主导因素期望运作水平判定的4PL模式下供应链资源整合的协作成员选择决策方法,并通过算例分析验证了选择决策过程的合理性与可行性。研究结论不仅阐述了现实中供应链资源整合过程的复杂性,也简要指出了进一步的研究方向。     

区域经济一体化理论的缘起、发展与缺陷

受西方区域经济理论及社会发展趋势的影响,区域经济一体化正成为促进地区经济发展的重要形式。我国学者借鉴国内外相关理论从更为普遍的角度对区域经济一体化源起、发展的相关理论进行研究,并总结了区域经济一体化理论在发展过程中存在的缺陷。     

How to retain local senior managers in international joint ventures: The effects of alliance relationship characteristics

How can international joint ventures keep their local senior managers from quitting? Drawing on international business literature, social exchange theory, and social integration theory, this study examines how the characteristics of an alliance relationship affect local senior managers' turnover intentions. The findings from 139 ventures in China show that decision-making participation and social integration help retain local senior managers. However, the effects of participation and social integration decrease with high levels of foreign ownership control. Implications for researchers and practitioners are discussed.     

Does integration of services differ from integration of goods?

The theory of economic integration has been well developed over time but mainly with regard to goods. Conceptually integration for services needs to be differentiated from goods according to the characteristics of services and the nature of barriers to integration. The need for personal interaction between supplier and user gives rise to different ways in which services are traded from goods with suppliers and users crossing borders and a different balance between cross-border trade and permanent presence. Obstacles to trade take place behind rather than at the border. The European Union has been chosen as an example of integration for services both on the basis of past experience and because of its ability to remove obstacles for services using specific institutional powers. Existing levels of integration for goods and services are compared with those to be expected on the basis of theory. Market integration for manufactured goods is lower than previously estimated and services higher, although services remain considerably less integrated. Finally, explanations for differing levels of integration both compared to goods and those expected among different services are sought in terms of the barriers to cross-border trade and permanent presence in the form of regulation, market structures and cultural factors.

Problems of integration theory in relation to the developing countries

The opportunities for the integration of developing countries and the limitations to such integration have not received enough attention in the scientific discussion on the reform of the international economic order, with the result that a considerable research backlog has been accumulating in this field. The following article shows that the established integration theory which has been evolved primarily with the problems of the European integration movement in mind is not able to evolve adequate criteria for decisions on integrations of developing countries.

从高层梯队理论提出到上世纪90年代初期,高管团队研究主要集中在团队人口统计特征对组织绩效的影响。从上世纪90年代中期到本世纪初,高管团队运作过程的研究开始大量出现。文章综述了2003年以来的高管团队研究文献,基于团队整合的理论基础,总结了资源整合研究、过程整合研究、公司治理背景下的整合研究以及更为宏观的跨文化背景下的整合研究的成果。文章还总结了高管团队研究从资源整合到过程整合的趋势以及研究方法的演进。     

休闲产业链整合及其策略体系研究

文章将产业链整合的思想纳入休闲时代的大背景中,在国内外相关研究的基础上,综合运用产业组织、休闲经济等理论,力图解决产业链整合在休闲产业发展中的地位问题,通过揭示产业链整合的内涵、模式和微观基础,提出一套操作性与对策性较强的策略方案。     

Opportunism and trust in cross- national lateral collaboration: the Renault-Nissan Alliance and a theory of equity-trust

Post-merger integration governance and management mechanisms facilitating lateral collaboration remain opaque. In an analysis of the Renault-Nissan Alliance, we abduce a theory of equity-trust by drawing on microfoundations theory and four types of organizational justice. We identify five practices that motivate distributive, procedural, informational, and interactional justice, and find that these practices discourage opportunistic behavior and foster trust thereby influencing alliance performance in two ways: sum of the parts and learning and synergies. Our findings contribute to understanding cross-national lateral collaboration in the form of symbiotic post-merger integration in strategic alliances.

The Impact of Cross-Channel Integration on Retailers’ Sales Growth

The authors propose a conceptual framework to explain whether and under what firm-level conditions cross-channel integration impacts firm sales growth. To test the theory, the authors conduct a qualitative grounded-theory study to build a measurement tool for cross-channel integration at four levels and analyze longitudinal data on 71 publicly traded U.S. retail firms from 2008 to 2011, gathered from multiple secondary sources. The findings reveal that cross-channel integration stimulates sales growth, but that firm online experience and physical-store presence weaken this effect.

20世纪80年代末以来,对区域经济一体化的理论分析已从传统的完全竞争模型扩展到不完全竞争模型。近期的发展可以归结为三个方向:规模经济和不完全竞争理论下的区域经济一体化、内生化的区域经济一体化理论及区域主义与多边主义。本文评述这一领域的最新文献,并总结相关的启示。     

Forward Integration and Innovation: Transaction Costs and Beyond

The Transaction Cost Economics (TCE) theory developed by Oliver Williamson has provided a deep understanding of factors behind the vertical integration decisions of firms. This paper begins with a brief case study of forward integration in the early years of select industries. The analysis suggests that other factors, such as capabilities, can complement the TCE approach. The paper shows how TCE has been combined with these other concepts and the Profiting From Innovation framework to provide a more complete analytical toolkit for evaluating forward vertical integration decisions, particularly in the context of innovation.

国际贸易与国际直接投资从理论到实践表现出日益明显的相互融合趋向,特别是贸易投资一体化现象的出现和不断发展使得传统的理论解释体系亟待创新。现有的理论研究工作可分为对两者相互关系研究的阶段和对贸易投资一体化论证解释的阶段。根据两种不同理论阶段的划分,概述对贸易投资互动关系的理论研究和实证分析,归纳对新的贸易投资一体化现象的理论研究思路,从而制定出基于复杂动态系统模拟的新的研究路径。     

国际贸易与投资理论的新发展: 新制度经济学分析

新制度经济学在国际贸易和投资相关研究领域的渗透并非一个新现象,内部化理论就是在新制度经济学的影响下产生的。21世纪初,新制度经济学和国际贸易与投资理论出现了新的融合趋势,从原来的简单运用发展到将不完全契约直接融入不完全竞争条件下的跨国公司组织形式选择的一般均衡模型分析,甚至直接在新制度经济学的产权理论框架下分析跨国公司的组织选择行为。这一理论上的整合对于分析跨国公司在发展中国家的直接投资及其组织形式具有重要意义。
