出行即服务(Mobility as a Service,MaaS)作为一种单一平台集成所有出行方式的新型交通服务模式,是城市交通可持续发展的重要手段之一,但其相关研究尚不充分,研究公众对其使用意愿至关重要。基于技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM),以MaaS应用为研究对象,首次提出集体主义文化背景下整合面子意识的MaaS使用意愿影响因素理论模型,用于解析感知易用性、感知有用性、面子意识、感知社会规范和个人创新性对使用意愿的作用机制。利用近300个上海市居民问卷调查得到的数据对模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:感知社会规范、感知易用性、个人创新性和面子意识对使用意愿有显著正向影响,其中,感知社会规范部分中介面子意识和使用意愿的关系。最后基于实证结果给出MaaS发展的管理启示和相关建议。  相似文献

快递包装物的智能回收是解决当前物流行业面临的回收成本高、配合意愿低、盈利难等问题的大势所趋。通过文献研究法和问卷调查法基于SERVQUAL模型梳理了影响用户使用快递包装物智能回收箱意愿的影响因素。运用SPSS26.0将用户参与意愿影响因素划分为“服务运作”、“服务体验”、“服务便捷性”三个重要维度并分析其影响,在此基础上提出了快递包装物智能回收箱设计的相关建议。  相似文献

We adopted an institutional approach to examine the relationship between environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavioral intention at the individual level. We also compared the moderating effects of regulative, normative, and cognitive social institutions on this relationship. Based on survey data representing 42,962 consumers from 39 nations, we found that consumers' environmental awareness promoted their pro-environmental behavioral intention. Moreover, we found that normative social institutions negatively moderated the relationship between environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavioral intention, whereas cognitive social institutions positively moderated this relationship. This paper concludes with a discussion of the implications of these empirical findings.  相似文献

This article investigates the impact of firms׳ policies with respect to procurement, sales, and interfirm personal relationship (guanxi) on industrial purchasers׳ inclination to adopt gray procurement (a particular type of unethical behaviors in industrial purchasing) using data from industrial purchaser’s in China. The effect of a firm׳s purchasing policy on purchasers׳ behavioral intention towards gray procurement was, in addition to the direct effect, mediated by the purchasers׳ ethical judgment of the practice. The application of double standards (i.e., a firm forbids gray procurement by its own purchasers but tolerates its salespersons offering inducements to its customers׳ industrial purchasers) had both main effects and moderating effect on the purchasers׳ ethical judgment of the practice, which increases the purchasers׳ behavioral intention towards the practice. The two moderating effects of guanxi policy counteracted each other in direction, so jointly the effect of guanxi policy on the purchasers׳ intention may depend on the relative strength of the two moderating effects.  相似文献

The increasing interest in sustainable consumption has lead several scholars to investigate the determinants that drive the consumption of organic food. Most of this research is based on consumers' self‐reports of their purchasing behavior by exploring declared behavioral intentions. There is a lack of understanding concerning the determinants of organic food consumption based on actual purchasing behavior. To fill this gap, this study is based on a combination of actual purchasing data and self‐reported data from a sample of 79 Italian consumers. The determinants of organic food consumption are explored by analyzing the effects of subjective norms, attitude, perceived behavioral control, intention to buy, organic knowledge, and health consciousness on actual purchasing behavior. Our results suggest that actual purchasing behavior is positively influenced by intention to buy and negatively by subjective norms. Although attitude towards buying organics is positively affected by health consciousness and perceived behavioral control, consumer knowledge about organics is found to influence purchase intentions. Theoretical and managerial implications, along with avenues for future research, are discussed.  相似文献

Entrepreneurial behavior research has used intention models to explain how an individual’s beliefs shape the attitudes and motivations that influence entrepreneurial intention. Nevertheless, as entrepreneurship promotion initiatives become global, it becomes relevant to explore the consequences of being engaged in entrepreneurial behavior on entrepreneurial intention. We aim to shed light on whether the direct experience reinforces an individual’s entrepreneurial intention or reduces it. Building on an extended version of the planned behavior theory, we use the behavioral reasoning theory to propose a research design to study the influence of being currently engaged in entrepreneurial behavior on entrepreneurial intention. We introduce individual’s age as an additional moderator of the effects of directly experiencing entrepreneurial behavior. We use PLS-MGA to complete a multi-group SEM analysis for different groups of individuals (from a sample of 430), comparing groups based on their entrepreneurial activity and age group. Results of this research work evidence that current engagement in entrepreneurship activities produces significant differences in the intention to start a new venture between older and younger participants. The results suggest that engagement in entrepreneurial activity modifies entrepreneurial intention and that these effects are contingent to the individual’s age. This research work contributes to the extant call to explore reverse causality between actual behavior and an individual’s intention by introducing behavioral reasoning theory. These results provide support to initiatives to adapt entrepreneurship promotion efforts to the specific characteristics of the participants.  相似文献

本文探讨网络零售业中,服务补救如何通过感知公平的不同维度对顾客补救后满意度和行为意向产生作用。以前人研究的理论成果为基础,本文建立了感知公平、补救满意度、重购意向、口碑传播之间的关系模型,通过问卷调查法获取数据,采用结构方程对假设进行了验证。本研究表明,感知公平的三个维度对顾客满意都有正向影响,而感知程序公平对顾客的重购意向和口碑传播有显著的正向影响。  相似文献

The cell phone industry is in a unique position that lies in the intersection of high technology and service industry. There is exponential growth in the mobile phone service market with new innovation and modern technology serving as the catalyst to this growth. The aim of this study is to provide insight into the importance of quality attributes to behavioral intentions. In this work we posit a research model based on the quality literature. The proposed model is compared with the predictive level of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Using Partial Least Squares (PLS) our findings suggest that, as hypothesized, perceived service quality and perceived satisfaction in web access quality are essential in consumers?? intent of continued service usage (ICU). Also, our parsimonious model is a more highly predictive model than TAM in explaining an internet-enabled mobile phone user??s continued service usage intention.  相似文献

Several theories, concepts, methods, or alternatively, “paradigms” have been suggested for the explanation and prediction of the location behavior of urban households. Increasingly, hwoever, “behavioral” approaches to the explanation of the dimensions of “choice” and/or exploration of alternative hypotheses have been cumbersome in the “mechanistic” paradigms of the social system and its related subsystems.An alternative paradigm of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed to explore alternative structural specification hypotheses (sequential versus simultaneous) on the grouping and changing relative importance of “instrumental” and “non-instrumental” factors affecting location decision-making. AHP estimates of the “locational shares” of an urban (corridor) zonal population provide a paradigmatic basis for behavioral, vis-a-vis environmental, explanation of location decision-processes in a methodologically efficient, robust and theoretically inclusive framework of hierarchy systems.This paradigm is proposed for locational analysis requiring an effective integration of multilevel, environmental (contextual) and behavioral measures of relative importance, with limited data, and, for multidimensional problems in planning and policy-making, formidably requiring the integration of positive with normative analysis of systems.  相似文献
