我国已把公共投资作为政府扩大内需,促进经济社会全面发展的重要手段,并已开始利用公共投资的扩张手段来实现经济持续稳定增长。文章运用计量经济方法,对我国在东、中和西部区域的公共投资对经济增长的效应问题进行分析。结果表明,东、中和西部区域的公共投资对各区域经济增长具有显著的正向影响。并且不同区域的经济增长效应存在明显的差别,其中西部区域的公共投资效应明显低于东部和中部区域。  相似文献

“一带一路” 的发展导向特征使其不同于现有的区域合作机制, 对外直接投资与东道国经济增长关系具有较大的不确定性。 本文从 “两缺口模型” 和经济增长核算方程入手, 在测算分析 “一带一路” 沿线国家存在资金缺口的基础上, 构建了对外直接投资与东道国经济增长的聚类固定效应模型,研究发现: (1) 中国对外直接投资会促进 “一带一路” 沿线国家的经济增长, 但是促进作用会随沿线国家人均GDP 水平的提高而减弱; (2) 在经济发展相对滞后的阶段, 东道国的技术水平对经济增长的影响并不显著, 随着东道国人均GDP 水平的提高, 东道国的技术水平替代中国对外直接投资成为经济增长的动力; (3) 资本和劳动投入是 “一带一路” 国家经济增长的重要源泉。  相似文献

当前中国是一个经济发展极其不平衡的国家,地域之间差异巨大,协调整体经济增长与区域平衡日益成为中国政府和中外学者密切关注的焦点问题.因此,探讨其分析框架、政策措施及其措施效果具有十分重要的现实意义.本文主要研究了公共投资政策与整体经济增长和区域平衡的关系,通过构建一个三区域连接的中国递推动态可计算性一般均衡(Computable General Equilibrium,CCE)模型,定量分析公共投资的地域分配政策的不同选择对整体经济增长和地区差距产生的影响,并考察由此产生的产业间和地区间的相互传导效应.  相似文献

选取2000~2012年中国31个省份的数据样本,构建城镇化及其与就业、收入差距、投资、贸易等因素的交互项共同影响经济增长的面板数据模型,据此实证分析了中国及各地区城镇化与经济增长的关系以及影响机理.结果表明,中国的城镇化水平与经济增长呈显著正相关关系,城镇化成为保持经济持续健康发展的强大引擎;从作用机理看,城镇化主要通过增加非农就业和外商直接投资促进了经济增长,而城乡居民收入差距的扩大和外贸依存度的提高则抑制了经济增长.城镇化水平对经济增长的影响程度呈现从东部到西部依次提高的梯度分布,东部地区的物质资本投资和人力资本投资对促进经济增长有正向作用,中西部及东北地区第二产业对经济增长的作用十分突出.  相似文献

现阶段,我国的经济增长是投资拉动的经济增长,忽视了投资过度膨胀的不利影响。本文利用2000~2011年全国31个省区市财政支出、房地产投资和经济增长的有关数据,通过单位根检验和协整检验,建立面板数据模型,以财政支出、房地产投资与经济增长之间的长期稳定关系为研究对象进行实证性分析。研究表明:政府支出与房地产投资对经济增长具有明显的促进作用,政府支出的产出弹性大于房地产投资产出弹性;财政支出与房地产投资对经济增长的影响程度在各个省份之间存在较大的差异。分析结果表明:财政支出和房地产投资的激增导致了经济体中流动性的增加和通胀危险的加剧,而硬化财政预算约束、优化财政支出结构、提高信贷成本、缩小信贷规模是防范这一风险的重要途径。  相似文献

今年下半年以来,世界经济呈现了明显的复苏迹象,中国经济的表现尤其不俗,在房地产、股市和其他工业指标上出现强烈反弹。但是这种反弹是否会带领经济彻底走出低谷,导致持续、稳定的增长目前还是个未知数,因为当下的复苏还缺乏真实的经济增长支撑,出口依然疲软,国内消费徘徊在较低的水平,民间实业投资不活跃,技术创新缺乏活力,这一切都表明,在经历了短期强心针的刺激和公共投资拉动效应之后,中国的经济增长很可能在未来的几年转入一个不确守期。  相似文献

东盟作为我国新一轮对外开放和“一带一路”建设的重要区域,一直是我国对外直接投资的重点关注对象。评估东盟各国的政府治理水平,可以更好的判断投资环境、识别风险,助力双方互惠共赢。本文通过构建东盟国家的政府治理指数,实证分析中国对外直接投资、东盟国家政府治理对东盟国家经济增长的影响,研究表明:中国对外直接投资促进了东盟国家的经济增长;东盟国家的政府治理对其经济增长并没有直接影响,但是却抑制了中国直接投资对东盟国家经济增长的促进作用。未来中国对东盟国家的直接投资应更注重长期效应,重视营商环境以及国家吸收外国投资的能力,根据东盟国家的政治经济发展差异,实行“一国一策”的投资策略。  相似文献

How does one understand the differences and similarities of corruption among various Asian countries? We use a recent framework developed by Rodriguez, Uhlenbruck, and Eden (2005) to suggest that corruption has to be examined from two different dimensions: pervasiveness and arbitrariness. Using this framework, we ask why some Asian countries are able to achieve high levels of economic growth in the midst of high level corruption while other countries suffer from economic stagnation. We specifically suggest that more firms would bribe when pervasiveness is high, while fewer firms would bribe when arbitrariness is high. This paper builds a model of cumulative growth to examine the dynamic interdependent relationship between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) investment and economic growth for a sample of 29 countries in the 1990s. We confirm the following facts: First, there is a positive correlation between ICT investment and economic growth. Second, non-ICT investment has as much influence on the growth gap as ICT investment. Third, those countries with a solid economic infrastructure and open trade regime experience more active ICT investments. Fourth, those countries with a comparatively lower productivity level can reduce the gap using knowledge spillovers from more advanced countries. Fifth, reinforcement of patent rights has a positive influence on economic growth by stimulating the accumulation of ICT capital. Finally, ICT investment does not have a strong interdependent relationship with economic growth, while non-ICT investment has a cumulative causal relationship with economic growth and plays a key role in the process of widening the growth gap.  相似文献

本文首先介绍了在腐败研究领域具有代表性的寻租理论和制度经济学理论.总结了前人的研究成果。面对中国目前腐败形势日益严峻的现状,以往经济学家一般采用静态分析,较少能从经济学角度对此现状作出合理的解释,本文另辟途径,引用权力市场概念,建立动态模型进行分析,通过货币成本、资本边际效用、风险幻觉和道德成本四者相互作用导致腐败价格变化这一基础理论,对权力市场逐步递进研究,试图解释腐败日益猖獗的原因所在,并提出相应的治理措施。  相似文献

We argue that the pressure MNE subsidiaries face to engage in corrupt practices in their host country varies positively with the institutionalization of corrupt practices in both host and home country environments. We further argue that the relationship between an MNE's home country environment and the pressure it faces in the host country is moderated by its localization strategy. Results suggest a positive relationship between the host country corruption environment and the pressure subsidiaries face to engage in bribery locally. Mixed results emerged concerning MNEs from home countries participating in the OECD Convention for Combating Bribery. Results concerning the impact of the home country corruption environment are best viewed in light of significant moderating effects. When MNEs did not have local partners, firms from less corrupt home countries reported less pressure to engage in corrupt practices locally; however, the presence of local partners eliminated this relationship. Results will help managers understand the pressures their firm is likely to face when operating in corrupt host country environments, and also offer guidance concerning how the firm might reduce its exposure to those local institutional pressures. This study examines influences on the level of corruption in countries from a strategic perspective. Corruption is one of the country‐level influences on market entry, investment, and other decisions fundamental to strategic management at the international level. The study examines the impact on corruption of change in levels of foreign direct investment (FDI). It uses the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) scores computed by Transparency International for 1999 and 2000. Results indicate that the more rapid the rate of change in FDI, the higher the level of corruption. Higher levels of perceived corruption are associated with each of two dimensions of national culture: uncertainty avoidance and masculinity. Research and managerial implications are also discussed. 基础设施投资效率是有效实施供给侧改革以及顺利进行“一带一路”战略工作的根基,是经济增长方式转型升级中重点关注和解决的问题。本文基于2003~2014年的面板数据,借助DEA方法和空间杜宾模型,对比分析全国与“一带一路”国内段沿线地区硬软性基础设施投资效率及其对转变经济增长方式的本地效应与空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:“一带”的硬性基础设施投资,“一路”的软性基础设施投资呈现较高的技术效率水平;区域经济增长方式转变呈鲜明的空间依赖性;与全国比较,硬软性基础设施投资效率对“一带一路”的经济增长方式转变具有显著的促进作用。硬性基础设施投资效率对“一带”沿线的效应较大,尤其是对西北地区产生的本地和溢出效应最大;软性基础设施投资效率最明显促进“一路”沿线的集约化水平及带来显著的积极外溢效应。  相似文献

This paper assesses the growth impact of telecommunications infrastructure investment in developing countries by subjecting country-specific data on mainline tele-density and per capita growth to a Granger causality test within a panel cointegration framework. The results suggest that growth effects vary widely across country groupings reflecting different levels of development. Mainline tele-density and per capita growth strongly reinforce each other for countries that are relatively less developed. The reinforcement effect is even stronger for emerging countries that can be identified by their higher than average growth rates. In contrast, there is, at best, weak evidence of bi-directional causal links between the two variables for countries that are relatively more developed. These differences in the mainline tele-density and per capita growth relationships suggest that investment in telecommunications infrastructure, with its potential to generate high growth return, may serve as the critical tool for driving the growth and development process forward in the less developed countries.  相似文献

How next-generation access (NGA) deployment can be encouraged is a challenge that many countries are facing, and one that has been widely and actively discussed around the globe. This discussion has highlighted a dilemma that ultimately shapes investment—how to encourage the widespread deployment of NGA while enabling operators to achieve reasonable returns. This paper focuses on the tensions that arise as a consequence of this investment challenge in three countries – the Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom (UK) – and uses the analysis of extensive data collection with k7ey actors to argue the case for the injection of public or private incentives. The paper finds that markets with competitive infrastructure will not benefit from public investment while markets with geographical constraints are in need of public support. The paper also explains that regulatory intervention is necessary in the early stage of NGA roll-out, even in currently competitive markets. In all the discussions it becomes evident that, among the three cases, the UK is most in need of public intervention.  相似文献
