企业社会责任的国际标准SA8000(Social Accountability8000)是对企业经营管理所要履行的基本社会责任予以规范。

Frederick R. Post 《Journal of Business Ethics》1990,9(6):495-508
In this paper I explain the present adversarial collective bargaining process (ACB) and then critique it on legal and ethical grounds. A new methodology, that I describe as the collaborative collective bargaining process (CCB), will then be explained and similarly critiqued. I argue that replacing the present ACB model with the CCB model will result in better long-term results for all parties concerned. This is because the ACB model is comparable, in many respects, to the adversarial process used in court litigation. It is a combat model based on power. ACB makes the battle lines clear, and it grants victory to the more convincing display of power, but it leaves casualties. Indeed it cannot operate except upon the casualties of the opposing party, and those casualties are the basis for ever-renewed combat. Tactics employed in ACB to achieve victory include deception, lying and the abandonment of truth as a moral value. I argue that, in sharp contrast, CCB can foster an environment which encourages candor and truthfulness. By following the CCB model, the parties can avoid the negative and self-defeating elements of ACB and can work together toward mutually beneficial goals by the use of an ethically defensible approach to labor negotiations.

Toward an understanding of ethical climate: Its relationship to ethical behavior and supervisory influence
In recent years, theoretical and empirical developments in the area of organizational climate has provided the impetus for research concerning ethical climate. According to this latter research, ethical climate is a multi-dimensional construct which is manifested in organizations. Studies, however, have not focused on the relationship between ethical climate and ethical behavior. Furthermore, an enhanced understanding of the multi-dimensionality of ethical climate will likely advance what we know about organizational climate and culture in general. We propose further examination of ethical climate by: (1) showing the conceptual relationship between ethical climate and ethical (or unethical) behavior in organizations; and (2) examining supervision as one of the principle influences on ethical climate and concomitant subordinate behavior. Finally, we explore the implications for future research on ethical climate.James C. Stakeholder Multiplicity: Toward an Understanding of the Interactions between Stakeholders
While stakeholder theory has traditionally considered organization’s interactions with stakeholders in terms of independent,
dyadic relationships, recent scholarship has pointed to the fact that organizations exist within a complex network of intertwining
relationships [e.g., Rowley, T. J.: 1997, The Academy of Management Review
22(4), 887–910]. However, further theoretical and empirical development of the interactions between stakeholders has been lacking. In this paper, we develop a framework for understanding and measuring the effects upon the
organization of competing, complementary and cooperative stakeholder interactions, which we refer to as stakeholder multiplicity.
We draw upon three forms of fit (i.e. fit as matching, fit as moderation, and fit as gestalts; Venkatraman, N.: 1989) to develop
a framework for understanding stakeholder multiplicity based upon the direction, strength, and synergies of the interacting
claims. Additionally, we draw upon the theory of stakeholder identification and salience of Mitchell et al. (1997), which
we argue provides a more relevant and significantly more illustrative explanation of the nature and effects of stakeholder
interactions upon the organization than the network approach of Rowley (1997). Furthermore, we ground our framework through
reference to three stakeholder groups (i.e. governments, customers, and employees) and the stakeholder issue of concern for
the natural environment. We propose a hierarchy of the multiplicity strength of influence of these three stakeholder groups.
Potential measurement and implications are discussed.

The purpose of the article is to study how corporate actors participate in the cultural construction of the Information Society. By means of a case study, the article explores how a multinational corporation is involved in forming consumer identities—making up the subjects of consumption—by shaping the interpretive repertoires and cultural practices that are available for consumers as members of the emerging information society. The article elaborates on the ways in which the corporation invokes a discourse of shareholder value in its visionary strategic narrative entitled Mobile Information Society, and how this discourse operates to mobilize consumer conduct in particular ways, by making up, framing and formatting the consumer as a mobile subject of the global economy. The article’s aim is to contribute to the empirical bases of policy debates about the roles and responsibilities of different market actors in the production of the information society.
