During the past two decades, e-government information systems have become less paper-based and more computer-based. Those information systems usually take the form of workflow systems. Due to the large social impact of e-government systems, computer security plays a pivotal role in ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness. Access control is one of the key aspects of computer security. Current access control models do not take into account the context of the system and its environment. In this article, we argue that a formal context-sensitive access control model can improve the development of e-government workflow systems and present a particular context-sensitive access control model. The subject of the article is a specification of the context-sensitive access control model for business processes (COBAC). By using a context-sensitive access control, it is possible to define more sophisticated access control policies that cannot be implemented by existing access control models. The COBAC's context is modeled using Web Ontology Language (OWL) in order to provide formal representation of context, rich representation of diverse contextual information, semantic interoperability between various context-aware systems, and a high degree of inference making. The presented model is applicable in different e-government systems, and supports the definition of access control policies for both simple and complex business processes. The model's prototype is verified by a case study on a real e-government business process—the national petty offense trial proceedings.  相似文献

随着4G技术的发展以及智能手机等移动终端的普及,移动App展现出的营销价值吸引了大量商家,并逐渐改变了传统的企业营销方式。本文将移动App营销模式划分为品牌App、联盟App、App广告植入和App广告投放四种模式,通过构建移动App营销模式对消费者购买意愿影响的研究模型,探讨其对消费者购买意愿的影响因素和作用机理。研究结果表明,移动App营销模式部分影响消费者感知价值,移动App营销模式对消费者购买意愿具有显著影响,消费者感知价值对消费者购买意愿具有显著影响。  相似文献

This study employs social capital theory to examine how a retail buyer's network of industry peers influences retail performance. We propose that performance is enhanced by three network resources – access, referral, and influence – that result from two structural facets of a retail buyer's network: contact diversity and contact position. We test the model by collecting sociometric data that measures interpersonal ties among 84 retail buyers operating in the same geographic territory in the U.S. golf industry. The results offer evidence that network resources lead to higher levels of performance, even when accounting for differences in human capital and organizational resources. The paper concludes with a discussion of managerial and theoretical implications.  相似文献

随着我国住房制度改革的推进,我国住房市场出现了城镇中等收入居民有强烈的购房欲望,然而又因为收入偏低而没有实际支付能力,即有效需求不足的局面。凯恩斯的消费函数具有普遍意义,就当前来说,居民对住房的消费尚属于其引致消费的一部分,政府应该通过增加中等收入居民的可支配收入来提高他们对住房的消费能力。而可支配收入的提高又有赖于税收杠杆,政府对国内居民发行公债和参与保险可以增加政府的转移支付能力,从而提高中等收入居民的可支配收入。  相似文献

虽然政府采购作为需求侧创新政策工具在许多国家得到应用,但政府采购到底如何影响企业技术创新尚存争议,其作用机制也未得到实证检验。本文研究发现,从企业视角分析,政府采购应从企业获得的政府采购合同规模和政府采购方支持程度进行测量,企业获得的采购合同规模和企业获得的采购方支持程度对企业技术创新投入和产出具有显著正向促进作用,技术创新投入在其中发挥中介作用。  相似文献

This article integrates some of the literature relevant to the purchasing of industrial professional services with a view to highlighting the risks and dificulties involved. Many factors con- tribute to increasing the risk involved in the decision, including: the characteristics of services; the high financial risk; the conflict of interest; the length of purchase commitment; organisational risks, the inexperience of decision makers; the conspicuousness of the decision and extent of linked decisions. The decision making process can involve eight stages; problem identification, determining if the problem is to be handled internally or ex- ternally, identifying possible consultants, searching for information about consultants, evaluating consultants, selecting consultants, managing the project and reviewing the consultant's performance. The paper takes the buying process as it main framework and integrates the risks and problems encountered as well as discussing practical ways to overcome them.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Although e-commerce is evolving at an incredible speed, asymmetric information and opportunism have increased online purchasing risks and market inefficiencies. The lack of face-to-face contact and the inability of the customer to touch and feel tangible products necessitate that online business must provide customers with reliable information and convince customers of their trustworthiness. While the research on Third-Party Assurance Seals (TPAS) is not new, the effectiveness of TPAS has not been persuasively addressed by empirical studies. Our study is different from previous efforts in that it is comprehensive because it combines consumer trust, perceived risk, and influences of TPAS in the B2C e-commerce context. The results of the study show that (1) the effects of TPAS on perceived risk are channeled through perceived trustworthiness, thus demonstrating the mediating role of perceived trustworthiness in B2C e-commerce, (2) perceived risk, perceived usefulness of website, and subjective norm appear to be significant predictors of intention to purchase from the website, (3) a third-party assurance seal strongly affects online shoppers' perceived trustworthiness toward online retailers, while the seal appears to have little effect on perceived risk directly; perceived risk is strongly associated with intention to purchase from the website.  相似文献
