The knowledge-intensive corporations emerged recently generally adopt a style of linear.function and a traditional organizational st~ucture. While for knowledge-intensive corporations, this kind of organizational form is more and more inadaptable to their development. By analyzing the environmental factors that influence the design of the organizational structure in the knowledge-intensive corporations, the author has designed the organizational structure, the rouncl meshwork, which is adapted to the knowledge-intensive corporations of E-era. Research on the role of innovation as important factor for creating and maintaining competitiveness of nations and firms has long been popularized among scholars and policy makers. The impact of innovation on exporting has been investigated in many countries. However, this issue has paucity of research in the Lao PDR. This study empirically investigates whether or not innovation performed by Lao garment firms determines their exporting behaviors. Utilizing the Probit and Tobit regression to analyze the data from the recent survey of industrial cluster development of Lao garment industry in 2007, the empirical results show that innovation as measured directly by “new product” and “new production process” have positive impact not only on export probability but also export intensity in the case of Lao garment firms. This implies that Lao garment finns who become the innovators have high probability to be exporters. Moreover, among exporters who are innovators outperform non-innovators in terms of export intensity. In addition, this study also finds that Lao garment exporters enjoy more competitive advantage due to lower labor cost. The findings from this study have important policy implications regarding how the government can support Lao garment firms to be innovators in order to sustain export performance. 相似文献

Under the economic globalization trend and new domestic and international competitive environment, how to develop and upgrade the comprehensive strength and international competence, and how to promote marketization and internationalization have becomes the very focuses of China's commercial banks. Since the 1990s, the marketing paradigm of customer-orientation has replaced the product-orientation, therefore, perceived value, the variable from consumer's perception, begins to draw academic and financial fields' attention. However, few studies tended to analyze the relationship between perceived value, word-of-mouth communication intention, and satisfaction. Also, no study combined customer perceived value with the loyalty model of B & R, thus the authors make a new attempt in this regard, and hope that the conclusion will provide useful reference for financial activities. 相似文献

In this paper, the author shows the effectiveness of flyer advertising utilizing as a core technology Toyota Marketing System (TMS). TMS is part of new JIT, which contributes to constructing a Toyota Sales Marketing System (TSMS). This new TSMS is key to scientific automobile sales innovation at Toyota group dealers in Japan. This study describes the "flyer advertising effect", the "day of the week effect", and the "new car effect". Employing the Science SQC approach, these effects are acknowledged among those on the front lines of automobile sales as having a high level of investment efficiency and resultant customer traffic. 相似文献

This paper discusses the model construction and the association between the Hong Kong and the Japanese stock markets. The data period is from January 4, 1999 to December 30, 2005. This paper also utilizes student's t distribution to analyze the proposed model. The empirical results show that the bivariate asymmetric-GARCH (1, 2) model with a dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) seemed to be appropriate in evaluating the relationship between them. The empirical result also indicates a positive relation between the Hong Kong and the Japanese stock markets returns. The average estimation value of DCC coefficient equals to 0.5196, which implies that these two stock markets' return volatility had synchronized influence on each other. In addition, the empirical results also show that the Hong Kong and the Japanese stock markets have an asymmetrical effect. Based on the idea of the good and bad news, the explanatory ability of proposed model is better than the model of the bivariate GARCH with a DCC. 相似文献
