浙商新媒体平台双周热,小鹏汽车违规采集人脸数据被罚,近日,上海小鹏汽车销售服务有限公司被徐汇区市场监督管理局罚款10万元。根据市场监管局开具的处罚书,涉事公司购买具有人脸识别功能的摄像设备22台,在旗下F7家门店(涉及5个直营店及2个加盟店)安装人脸识别摄像设备,以此统计进店人数并分析男女比例、年龄等。该行为井未经得消费者同意,也无明示。     

基于TMS320C6678的单历元单基线“北斗”测姿算法的实现

针对姿态测量的高精度问题和实时性,以及基于载波相位的“北斗”测姿算法中最小二乘模糊度去相关平差(LAMBDA)算法的高复杂运算,选择TI公司高端处理器中的C6678多核数字信号处理器 (DSP)作为单历元单基线“北斗”测姿算法实现平台。根据算法的特点采用数据流模式对DSP多核进行任务分配：DSP的CORE0专门负责与“北斗”接收机UDP(User Datagram Protocol)通信,将“北斗”测姿算法中的各个分部算法分配到另外3个DSP CORE中执行并利用基于消息队列方式的核间通信技术进行数据核间通信。利用OEM617D“北斗”接收机采集的实时“北斗”数据,经过在多核DSP算法处理上运行后,将结果与Matlab仿真结果对比,表明本设计可满足“北斗”测姿的精确性和实时性要求。

对人脸识别技术的再思考

目前，人脸识别技术在各个领域都得到了广泛的应用，对人脸识别技术的研究也成为了人工智能和模式识别领域的前沿课题之一。文章简单介绍了人脸识别的概念、实现人脸识别的主要方法，笔者分析了各方法的优缺点在其基础上提出问题并加以改进，同时也分析了人脸识别技术当前的研究现状及发展趋势。     

基于软件无线电的伪卫星接收机的设计与实现

提出了基于软件无线电的伪卫星接收机的数学模型和数字平台实现的两种方案：DDC＋DSP方案和FPGA＋DSP方案。通过对这两种方案的比较，得出在伪卫星接收机数字平台的设计中应采用FPGA＋DSP方案。     

采用局部二值模式与深度信念网络的人脸识别

针对人脸维度过高和人脸局部特征提取易忽略的问题,提出了一种将多尺度局部二值模式（LBP）算法与深度信念网络(DBN)算法相结合的人脸识别方法。首先采用多尺度LBP算法提取人脸纹理特征,进而将LBP提取的纹理特征作为深度信念网络的输入,最后通过逐层网络训练,得到网络的最优参数,并在ORL人脸库中进行测试,识别率可达95.2%,比使用Gabor小波和主成分分析（PCA）算法的人脸识别高2.6%,说明该算法具有很好的人脸识别能力。     

二维独立元成分不确定度的人脸识别研究

研究了2DICA（two-dimensional independent component analysis）二维独立元成分特征向量的人脸识别,发现不同的独立元成分在人脸识别过程中作用不同.对2DICA独立元成分的不确定度进行研究并求出人脸各个独立元成分的权值,很好地区分出了各个独立元成分的作用,并对权值进行优化,找到比较理想的权值,识别过程中对独立元成分进行加权处理并进行识别判断.使用了ORL图像库对本算法进行测试,实验结果表明本算法具有较好的识别性能.     

基于DSP平台的中低压微机保护系统设计

DSP平台在通信、电子等领域有极为广泛的应用,具有运算结果精度高、可靠性高、可升级等优点,在微机保护系统中起到重要的作用。本文就DSP的发展进行论述,并再次基础上就基于DPS平台的中低压微机保护系统的设计进行分析和阐述。     

基于多尺度离散平稳小波主元分析方法的故障监测

基于主元分析和小波变换结合的基本理论,对Bakshi提出的多尺度主元分析方法进行改进,提出一种新的基于离散平稳小波变换和主元分析相结合的多尺度离散平稳小波主元分析进行故障监测的算法。针对TE过程的两种故障,分别应用主元分析和多尺度离散平稳小波主元分析两种方法做仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明:与主元分析相比,多尺度离散平稳小波主元分析能有效地检测过程中的故障,减少误报警,提高了过程监测的可靠性。
