几种码率控制技术研究进展

码率控制技术对提高和平滑解码视频质量起着至关重要的作用.近年来各种视频编码标准和应用都对码率控制技术进行了大量的研究,如基于H.261和H.263的视频会议,基于MPEG-1和MPEG-2的媒体存储,以及最新的基于MPEG-4视频对象编码.本文首先对码率控制问题进行了基本描述,然后介绍了目前的三类码率控制技术:基于DCT视频编码器的码率控制技术,基于小波视频编码器的码率控制技术和精细柱度可分级视频编码的码率分配算法,并对这三类码率控制方法的发展进行了概括性阐述与比较性研究,讨论了各种算法的基本思想及其优缺点,最后视频传输中的码率控制技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望.

结合空时域下采样与重建的H.264/AVC压缩性能优化

为提高H.264/AVC标准在带宽资源严重受限时的压缩效率,采用空时域相结合的编码思路,提出了一种基于运动检测的自适应抽帧方法,并结合空域下采样与重建研究了一种改进的H.264/AVC压缩性能优化框架。在编码端,原视频先空域下采样以减少空间分辨率,然后根据视频运动特征,采用不同抽帧模式自适应地降低帧率,再经H.264/AVC编码,有效降低了编码码率。在解码端,解码视频则采用与抽帧模式相对应的运动估计与补偿插帧方法重建出抽取帧,再利用超分辨率重建技术将视频恢复到原空间分辨率。实验结果表明,所提方法在低码率段的视频压缩性能优于H.264/AVC标准编解码及相关文献方法。

H.264代码在TI-DSPDM642上的实现

H.264/AVC是国际电信联盟ITU-T的视频编码专家组VCEG和国际标准化组织150/IEC的活动图像专家组MPGE联合制定的视频编码新标准,其目的是为了获得更好的图像压缩效果和更好地适应不同的网络环境。但H.264的高效性是建立在其实现的高复杂度基础上的,因此一般的处理平台已经不能满足H.264高计算复杂度的需要。

本文较为详细地介绍了MPEG－4视频编码的主要技术及其功能与特点，并基于此标准提出了一个基于Internet网络的多媒体通信系统的设计方案。     

视频监控系统在长春西站综合交通枢纽中的应用

长春西站综合交通枢纽内的视频监控系统采用视频图像全编码传输方案,设置在枢纽出入口,公共区,换乘通道及重要设备机房的摄像机通过视频同轴电缆分别就近接入设置于枢纽通信机房的视频编码器进行编码,并存储在机房内的磁盘阵列中。各枢纽通信机房内编码后的视频流通过传输系统的万兆以太网交换机接入设置于枢纽中心机房的视频监控系统中心设备控制设备,完成控制中心对各二级节点视频监控系统的控制及设置,并通过解码器将视频流解码,传输到DLP拼接屏上进行显示。     

无人机H.265双路视频传输系统的设计与实现

针对无人机视频传输设备接口兼容能力差、编码速率高的现状,设计了兼容高清多媒体接口（High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI）、串行数字接口（Serial Digital Interface,SDI）、复合同步视频广播信号(Composite Video Broadcast Signal,CVBS)三种接口的低码率视频传输系统。系统以Hi3519为核心,采用H.265的方式编码。在接口兼容方面,通过搭配不同的视频接口芯片,兼容多种视频输入接口;在编码效率方面,同时压缩两路1080p60视频仅需3.2 Mb/s的压缩码率。相比采用H.264编码方式、需要视频接口转换器的方案,采用一片主处理器和多种视频接口芯片的方案具有低成本、低功耗、小体积的优点,更适用于无人机。通过搭建无线链路测试了系统的视频传输性能,结果表明,系统连接可靠、易于操作,可以实现实时、稳定的传输。
