Hybrid FEM-FIPWA for Scattering from Complex Bodies of Revolution

A method based on hybrid finite element method(FEM) and fast inhomogeneous pla ne wave algorithm (FIPWA) is proposed to solve the electromagnetic scattering pr oblem for bodies of revolution (BOR) with inhomogeneous, composite materials. Th e FEM with mixed edge based and node based elements is used for representing t he interior electric field, while the FIPWA is used as the exact boundary condit ion, hybrid triangular and pulse basis functions are used for representing the e lectric field and magnetic field on the boundary. Both the memory and CPU time r equirements are reduced for large scale BOR problems. Numerical results are give n to demonstrate the validity and the efficiency of the proposed method.     

Detection Performance of DS/FH Hybrid Signals for TT&C under Repeater Jamming

Studying the performance deterioration of DS/FH signals for TT&C(Telemetry Trac king & Command) in interfered environment is of great importance to this novel s ystem. Expressions for probability of detection and false alarming of DS/FH(Dir ect Spread/Frequency Hopping) signals for TT&C under repeater jamming are deduc ed. The probability of false alarming, PSLR(Peak Side lobe Level Ratio) and Cor relation Coefficient are simulated and analyzed with different configuration of DS(Direct Spread) and FH(Frequency Hopping) spreading gain based on Matlab/Si mulink. It is concluded that victim′s receiver is suffered “deception j amming” as long as relative delay time is less than frequency hop duration, whi ch denotes correctness of deduce and offers references for following work.     

基于小波和NSCT的图像自适应阈值去噪方法

A new local adaptive threshold estimation method for image denoising b ased on the wavelet transform(WT) and Nonsubsampled Contourlet Transform(NSCT) i s proposed. Th e new method uses wavelet to estimate the noise strength of noisy images, then d etermines the shrinkage threshold acco rding to the strength of noise,t he neighbouring NCST coefficients, the scale of the coefficients and the noise l evel. Compared with the wavelet hard-thresholding, the contourlet hard-thresho lding and the NSCT hard-thresholding denoising method,the proposed method can o b viously reduce the Gibbs phenomenon and superiors both in vision and in PSNR(Pea k Signal-to-Noise Ratio).     

Overview of radio fuze failure mechanism researches under energy type interference

According to the characteristics of the energy type interference signal,this paper summarizes the researches on radio fuze failure mechanism under the energy type interference at home and abroad,including the development of strong electromagnetic pulse(EMP) weapons,the research of damage mechanism,the strong EMP weapon protection,and the fuze electromagnetic environmental adaptability test standard,analyzes the problems existing in the present research,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The results provide a reference for further research of fuze.

China on April 1 raised the tax rebate rates on exports of certain textile and apparel products from 15% to 16%. It , is the fourth time the government has raised the rebate rate since last August. Dating back to February 4, the State Counc-il executive meeting examined-and approved in principle the revitalization of the textile industry adjusts planning, in the planning, the country would increase textile and garment export tax rebate rate further from 14% to 15%. Wireless Network Based on ECMA-392 Technology

The standard ECMA-392 specifies a physical layer and a medium access sub-layer for wireless devices to operate in the TV frequency bands,wireless network working in TV white space(TVWS) has enhanced coverage range and robustness,and less power consumption.Based on the hardware of network devices using ECMA-392 technology including transceiver,digital signal process,and high level process module,control reference model based on MAC superframe structure is provided.A clock synchronization block is needed to make device synchronize in superframe period. An ECMA-392 network application established by TV broadcast operator is analyzed as an example.
