幅频算术对称无源带通滤波器的优化设计

为解决无源带通滤波器幅频算术对称问题,提出一种基于极点放置技术的优化设 计方法,即在网络综合法设计的滤波器电路基础上,将并臂电感换成串臂电感,在此电感上 并联电容增加衰减极点,并利用电路优化技术,使得幅频特性算术对称。实例结果表明,该 方法能够使滤波器幅频特性算术对称,而且带内波动小,电路结构简单,阶数少,插入损耗 低。     

模拟滤波器群时延及驻波比的优化设计

针对网络综合方法不能直接对滤波器的群时延和驻波比同时设计的问题,提出了一 种滤波器的幅频特性、群时延和驻波比特性同时优化的设计方法,即在网络综合法设计滤波 电路的基础上,利用无约束优化方法对群时延和驻波比同时优化,降低通带内群时延波动和 驻波比的最大值。从仿真结果可以看出,优化后滤波器幅频特性接近算术对称,群时延波动 最大值17.337 ns,驻波比最大值仅为1.455 0。     

群时延内均衡的模拟滤波器优化设计

为解决滤波器幅频特性算术对称性和通带内群时延波动之间的矛盾,提出了一种滤波 器群时延内均衡优化设计方法,即在网络综合法设计的滤波器电路基础上,将电路与时延均 衡器直接耦合,用最小二乘法使群时延特性逼近一个常数,然后利用无约束优化算法对整个 电路进行优化来降低通带内群时延波动。仿真结果表明,该方法不但能使滤波器幅频特性 算术对称且通带内的群时延特性波动较小,且阶数少、设计方法简单。     

具有谐波抑制特性的LTCC带通滤波器新设计

提出了一种新型的具有多次谐波抑制功能的低温共烧陶 瓷(LTCC)微型带通滤波器,该滤波器电路由电感耦合的四阶谐振腔组成。在一般抽头式梳状线滤波器 设计的基础上,引入了交叉耦合,通过改进其结构,形成了多个传输零点,并结合电路仿真 以及三维电磁场仿真,辅之以DOE(Design of Experiment)的设计方法,设计出了一种尺寸 小、频率选择性好、阻带宽的滤波器。实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,中心频率为13 .4 GHz,其3 dB带宽为200 MHz,在15.5～35 GHz频率上的衰减均优于 20 dB,体积仅为3.2 mm×1.6 mm×1.2 mm。所提方法对滤波器谐波抑制 的设计具有指导作用。     

一种高频带通LC滤波器的设计方法

以带通滤波器的基本电路为例,对电路中通常存在的缺陷和可能造成的问题进行了分析,着重介绍了一种采用网络变换对电路进行优化并合理利用极点放置技术的经济、高效设计方法,并通过试验证明了采用该电路构造滤波器的可行性和优点。     

一种二阶锥规划通带线性相位FIR滤波器的设计

在有限冲激响应（Finite Impulse Response,FIR）滤波器设计中,如果系统只要求通带或某个频域区间具有线性相位而其他频域区间相位非线性,则系数对称的FIR滤波器设计方法不再适用。为此,提出了一种基于二阶锥规划（Second-Order Cone Programming,SOCP）的通带线性相位FIR滤波器设计方法。该方法使用二阶锥规划实现滤波器设计,其中优化目标为通带最小群延迟,约束条件为全频域振幅误差。实验结果显示,所提方法设计的FIR滤波器有着很好的幅频特性和通带线性相位,通带群延迟误差很小。该方法实现简单,计算复杂度低,可以广泛应用于数字信号处理领域。     

"风云二号B星"原始云图数据解调技术

“风云二号B星”气象卫星的原始云图数据是时分复用的突发载波调制信号,本文就其特殊的预告码对于载波恢复电路捕捉性能的影响进行了分析,并对具有不同类型和带宽的低通滤波器的载波恢复电路性能进行了仿真。结果表明,理论上最优的积分泄放检测滤波器将可能使突发载波的捕获无法实现。论文针对不同滤波器带宽的误码率性能进行了仿真,结果表明基带5MHz带宽的FIR滤波器在突发载波模式下,可以获得比4MHz带宽更好的误码率性能。最后给出了一种经过优化的载波恢复和检测电路,并成功应用于工程实践中。     

一种微带线幅度均衡网络的实现

随着射频系统带宽的增加,如何达到良好的幅频特性成为研究的课题之一。介绍了一种用微带线均衡网络改善雷达发射机射频放大器幅频特性的方法,分析了该均衡网络的工作原理。通过仿真分析,对电路模型进行了改进并在某L频段放大器上对结果进行了验证。由于结构简单易调整,此均衡网络可方便地应用于功放组件内部。     

多传输零点LTCC梳状线带通滤波器的设计与实现

设计了一种改进型的梳状线LTCC滤波器.在一般抽头式梳状线滤波器设计的基础上,结合电路仿真以及三维电磁场仿真,辅之以DOE(design of experiment)的设计方法,设计出一种高抑制、低插损多传输零点的滤波器.滤波器的实际实现采用在当今射频通信器件设计中流行的LTCC技术.该滤波器中心频率为2.45GHz,带宽150MHz,可以广泛运用于无绳电话、蓝牙模块,以及WLAN的射频电路中.     

恒带宽窄带集总跳频滤波器的理论计算与实现

为了快速准确地设计并制作恒带宽窄带集总跳频滤波器,提出了一种随频率变化而 变化的负载结构。通过对这种结构模型的分析,得到了其关于频率和相对带宽的精确变换公 式,利用麦夸特优化法对其进行优化计算,快速得到该负载结构各部件的最优值。最后利用 该方法设计并制作了一个二阶集总带通滤波器。实验结果表明,该方法实现滤波器比传统 手调快几倍,该滤波器在跳频范围30～90 MHz内保持相对恒带宽598%～689%,回波 损耗小于-19 dB,插损大于-2.2 dB。
