模块化设计的流程能够提高柔性,现有流程建模技术难以对柔性流程进行建模。文章首先分析了业务流程的范围柔性和响应柔性两个关键维度并给出定义,基于服务元素和流程协调的研究给出了这两个维度的量化计算方法,其次基于QFD和DSM设计出一种新的流程建模工具"服务元素-活动-依赖结构"矩阵(SeAD矩阵)。

基于流程导向的创意服务企业知识管理个案研究

本文以水晶石——一家典型的创意服务企业为例，着重对该企业知识管理流程进行研究，通过分析水晶石业务流程特点构建出知识管理流程模型，描述了在业务流程不同阶段企业知识的流动方式，分析了当前企业存在的几种知识管理问题并提出相应的解决措施。

Defining and improving technology transfer business and management processes in university innovation centres

The complex and dynamic behaviour associated with technology transfer business processes combined with the technological risk involved in the participating small firms, has led to a lack of business process definition and improvement in this area. Furthermore, the embryonic firms are highly individualistic with differing needs for assistance and development. There may also be a tendency to provide infrastructure and basic services with an avoidance of business process definition and hence, improvement.The aim of this paper is to investigate how potential business and management inputs can be used to define and to suggest improvements for two key technology transfer business processes, namely the technology licensing process and the business building process.A stratified pathway process mapping approach is used. This research approach includes semi-structured interviews with University Innovation Centre small firms, focus groups with Innovation Centre stakeholders and best practice benchmarking.The findings indicate that a modified processual approach can be adopted to define key business processes within technology transfer. Using this approach it is possible to show where business and management interventions can most effectively be deployed in each process.     

基于流程运作效率的时间陷阱法在BPR中的应用研究

本文提出了基于流程运作效率的业务流程诊断分析方法,即综合运用时间陷阱法和作业成本ABC法分析业务流程,并给出了分析的步骤,在一定程度上实现了定量和定性分析方法的结合,使业务流程的分析结果更准确,为实施业务流程再确立了重点。结合具体的企业案例验证了此方法。结果表明,时间陷阱法和ABC法的结合,能够较为准确地分析业务流程。案例分析可以为实施BPR的企业提供参考。     

基于Petri网的冷链物流配送流程建模与仿真

利用Petri网描述事件的特性和CPNTOOLS软件的仿真优化功能,对某冷链物流企业配送流程建模和仿真优化.分析了物流配送业务流程,建立了基于Petri网的某企业冷链物流配送业务流程模型,并对所建立的某企业冷链物流配送业务流程模型利用CPNTOOLS进行仿真分析和优化.采用流程合并、取消、简化、重排、新增等业务流程优化方法,得到优化后的业务流程,并对该流程与优化前进行对比分析,得出优化后的业务流程降低企业的配送成本.     

企业信息化建设中的业务流程重组结构模型研究与应用

企业信息化建设与业务流程重组是企业获得竞争力的相辅相成的两个重要途径。它们的成功都离不开对业务流程的准确分析和正确再设计。本文利用系统论和信息论的方法对业务流程进行了结构化建模 ,并在对流程结构进行层次划分和定量分析的基础上提出了再设计流程的数学方法 ,试图为信息化建设和业务流程重组提供明确的方法指导和方案参考。本文最后用一个实例说明了该模型的应用。     

An approach to define semantics for BPM systems interoperability

This article proposes defining semantics for Business Process Management systems interoperability through the ontology of Electronic Business Documents (EBD) used to interchange the information required to perform cross-organizational processes. The semantic model generated allows aligning enterprise’s business processes to support cross-organizational processes by matching the business ontology of each business partner with the EBD ontology. The result is a flexible software architecture that allows dynamically defining cross-organizational business processes by reusing the EBD ontology.

For developing the semantic model, a method is presented, which is based on a strategy for discovering entity features whose interpretation depends on the context, and representing them for enriching the ontology. The proposed method complements ontology learning techniques that can not infer semantic features not represented in data sources. In order to improve the representation of these entity features, the method proposes using widely accepted ontologies, for representing time entities and relations, physical quantities, measurement units, official country names, and currencies and funds, among others. When the ontologies reuse is not possible, the method proposes identifying whether that feature is simple or complex, and defines a strategy to be followed. An empirical validation of the approach has been performed through a case study.     

新商业环境下成本管理模式的思考

本文借鉴成本企划中的“源流管理”思想,提出了成本管理模式构建的新思路,即“将业务流程看作产品,将对成本的注重加入到业务流程的最初设计中去”,使“源流管理”从产品层面提高到了业务流程层面。本文设计的成本管理模式不再是既有业务流程下的管理方法,而成为以顾客为中心、以重构业务流程为手段、以帮助企业获得“双赢”为最终目的的有利战略工具。

Building a valuable event log for process mining: an experimental exploration of a guided process

The digitalisation of business processes has led to the new opportunity of investigating process executions by using process mining. The complex preparation step of building an event log is often perceived as a technical task, although business considerations should be involved. In this paper, we examine via an experimental study whether and how a guiding procedure supports the performance of this task. Our findings provide insights into the parts played by business and technical considerations in this task and suggest that procedural guidance positively impacts the process of building an event log and its outcome.     

基于模块化理论的柔性流程及其影响因素的实证研究

模块化系统理论指出模块化设计能够提高系统的柔性。模块化程度高的业务流程具有“封装”和“即插即拔”的特性,使得业务流程更具有柔性,可快速的相应环境的变化。本文在模块化系统理论和交易成本经济学的基础上提出了模块化业务流程影响因素模型和相关假设,顾客需求的多样性、供应商专业化程度将促成流程的模块化设计,流程的实物资产专用性、人力资产专用性、程序资产专用性将减少流程模块化设计的吸引力。实证结果支持了这些研究假设。
