一年一度热闹非凡的“博鳌亚洲论坛2005年年会”在光鲜的晚宴中又一次离人们而去。可众多与会代表和中外企业家并没有在这里找到商机。不远千里,不吝金钱与时间,来参加亚洲博鳌论坛到底要得到些什么?这可能是一个让人有些迷茫的话题。今年论坛年会的主题是:“亚洲寻求共赢:亚洲的新角色”。一场接一场的主题演讲让人目不暇接。一些听众更是在一场场紧凑的演讲中终因“顶不住”而进入“梦境”。

4月的博鳌,风清景明,群贤毕至。4月11日,博鳌亚洲论坛2014年年会首届“品牌亚洲”分论坛在博鳌亚洲论坛国际会议中心隆重召开。国家质检总局局长支树平出席并发表主旨演讲,中国品牌建设促进会理事长、国家质检总局原副局长刘平均,国际标准化组织（ISO）候任主席、鞍钢集团总经理张晓刚,中国工商银行副行长谷澍,苹果公司全球高级副总裁兼总法律顾问布鲁斯·塞维尔,中国海尔集团轮值总裁梁海山出席并作嘉宾演讲。国家质检总局相关司室、海南检验检疫局负责同志和品牌企业代表等参加了分论坛。     

博鳌论坛向坎昆后的多边贸易体制进言

2004年4月24-25日,海南的一个小镇迎来了众多政要、学者、企业家,还有400多名中外记者。几年前,谁也没有想到这个小小的渔村能像今天这样引人注目。 而今日,小镇赢得全世界的目光,2004年博鳌亚洲论坛,有四个字被人们反复提及,那就是“亚洲共赢”,博鳌亚洲论坛理事长拉莫斯在年会结束之际的新闻发布会上说,这次会议非常成功,亚洲国家正在以双赢为特征的发展道路上快速前进,论坛秘书长龙永图说,博鳌亚洲论坛正在向一个世界级的论坛发展。 论坛理事长拉莫斯说,亚洲经济应该更加开放、更加自由化,为加快发展而进行体制改革。随着亚洲力量的日益壮大,特别是中国的和平崛起,21世纪的亚洲不仅会发展到更高水平,还将为世界经济的稳定发展提供有力支持。     

沃尔沃集团连续第三年赞助博鳌亚洲论坛

2010年2月2日，博鳌亚洲论坛2010年年会在京举行新闻发布会，正式宣布2010博鳌亚洲论坛将于4月9El至11日在中国海南博鳌举行，同时确定本届年会的主题为“绿色复苏：亚洲可持续发展的现实选择”。届时，亚洲各国政治、经济领域的领袖人物将齐聚博鳌，面对绿色和可持续发展的严峻挑战进行深入的探讨与分析。     

博鳌索菲特大酒店更名为博鳌亚洲论坛大酒店

记者7月4日从海南中远博鳌有限公司获悉，作为每年博鳌亚洲论坛核心服务酒店的博鳌索菲特大酒店，日前被博鳌亚洲论坛秘书处正式授权，于2011年7月7日正式更名为“博鳌亚洲论坛大酒店”

2011年4月14日至16日，博鳌亚洲论坛2011年年会顺利召开，主题为“包容性发展：共同议程与全新挑战。”从2001年2月博鳌亚洲论坛成立大会至今，十年风雨，十年进步，诚如其成立宣言中提到的“我们坚信博鳌亚洲论坛将为建设一个更加繁荣、稳定、和谐自处且与世界其他地区和平共处的新亚洲作出重要的贡献”，它成了亚洲乃至亚太地区给力经济的高端思想战略论坛，在区域合作中具有举足轻重的作用。

CIFIT,More Ways to Cooperation

It is the second time for Chengdu Sacred Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd to take part in the China International Fair for Investment and Trade （CIFIT）. The company mainly produces energy saving products-high-power energysaving lamps. During this exhibition, they start their business with businessmen from 11 countries including Italy and Austria. The total number of turnover intention has already reached about 30 million yuan. And this year＇s CIFIT comes to its 13th session, and last for four days, from September 8 to September 11, 2009 in Xiamen, Fujian, China.

The emergence, advance and future of international entrepreneurship research — An introduction to the special forum

Since its genesis over twenty years ago, research in International Entrepreneurship has emerged as a field of study, and moved through the process of differentiation, mobilization and legitimacy building. Generally referred to as IE, research in this area is conducted by scholars worldwide and supported by various community structures, conferences and journals. In recognition of IE, this Special Forum was initiated to help clarify its parameters and history of development, the areas of research pertinent to it and critically, directions for future research.

A SELECTION FROM THE RESER CONGRESS IN GRANADA—Growth,Employment and Location of Services: New Trends in a Global World

RESER is an interdisciplinary European network of social scientists linked by a common interest in service industries, occupations and geographies. The annual RESER research conference has become the annual platform and meeting place for European researchers and policy makers working on service providers. It offers an opportunity for the exchange of ideas concerning the cutting edge of service research and is open to all researchers interested in the topic. The RESER 20051 1. The conference dealt with three main issues: i) service competitiveness, ii) outsourcing, off shoring and delocalisation: implications for services and iii), challenges for public services in a global world.     

Dynamics and peer effects of brand revenue in college sports

Team branding plays a key role in attracting corporate sponsorship for the multi-billion dollar business of college sports. In this paper, we study peer effects in the dynamic brand revenue evolution of major college sports teams that play in the same National Collegiate Athletic Association conferences. To examine the peer effects in each conference, we propose a new dynamic model that can identify conference-specific peer effects while capturing the dynamic evolution of brand revenue. Our model estimation results reveal significant positive peer effects in the six conferences — ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, SEC, and Pac-12 — where the brand revenue of teams benefit from other teams in the same conference. Our modeling approach also sheds light on the effect of a conference switch on a team's brand revenue by showing the difference between predicted brand revenue with a switch and the predicted brand revenue without a switch.     

2008 East Asia Investment Forum Investment Cooperation in East Asia Facing Global Financial Fluctuations

2008 East Asia Investment Forum was held from May 10 to May 11 in Beijing with the theme of ＂Investment Cooperation in East Asia Facing Global Financial Fluctuations＂. It shed light on investment challenges and opportunities in Vietnam, Lao, Cambodia and Burma which are the four emerging markets in East Asia, and investment hotspots in Vietnam as well as the potential for investment cooperation in East Asia.
