网络成瘾现象的心理分析

网络已经成为现代人生活不可缺少的内容,但网络也是一柄双刃剑,既有无可替代的优越性,也有一些不足和危害。网络成瘾是一种现代的新形式的心理疾病,严重危害着网民的身心健康,当然网络成瘾问题异常复杂,其形成的原因主要是：网上人际交往的＂伪装＂心理,人性心理的侵略性和占有欲,人宣泄压抑的心理需要,人际沟通的心理需要,人满足自我实现的心理需要,特殊的人格特征也是网络成瘾的原因。     

关于青少年网络成瘾的内涵、诊断和治疗

青少年网络成瘾一直是国内外学者研究的重点。作者在国内外有关研究的基础上,对青少年网络成瘾的原因、诊断和治疗进行了探讨,并针对这些问题提出思想政治教育法,认知行为疗法,解决焦点短期疗法,药物、心理干预综合疗法。     

网络成瘾者风险决策能力的脑机制研究

当前,网络成瘾问题已越来越成为社会高度关注的问题之一。研究表明,网络成瘾者与物质成瘾、病理性赌博者一样,在决策行为上表现出与其他成瘾者相似的情况。通过对33名男性网络成瘾大学生和15男性非网络成瘾大学生进行测试,发现网络成瘾大学生选择的风险项比例显著多于非成瘾大学生,且心理安全线更低。通过弥散张量成像技术对两组被试进行扫描后发现,网络成瘾组被试在右侧前辐射冠处的白质MD值显著高于对照组,意味着网络成瘾组被试在该脑区的白质纤维束数量显著低于对照组被试,且纤维束更长。说明网络成瘾者决策能力受损,其脑部生理机制所形成的决策障碍改变了他们的行为。

随着信息与通信技术的力量越来越强大,网络成瘾问题也愈加影响着青少年的学习和生活。网络成瘾在青少年群体中表现出较强的传染性,个体的不良行为习惯将影响整个青少年群体的教育质量。本文从行为角度出发,针对隐性成瘾行为,实证分析了影响青少年网络成瘾的网络特性、网络使用效能、网络行为偏好、网络使用过程中的受干扰程度这四个主要因素。

目前在我国,随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,网络已进入教室、宿舍、家庭、实验室、办公室及社会的各个角落。网络如同其他科技成果一样,也是一柄双刃剑,它在给人们带来网络文明的同时,也带来诸多负面影响。高校的大学生是第一个,也是比例最高的一个接受网络的群体。由于网络的负面影响,导致部分大学生的网络成瘾问题,已越来越受到人们的高度关注。一、网络成瘾的界定及主要表现形式网络成瘾也如同赌瘾、毒瘾一样,俗称网瘾,又叫网络依赖或互联网成瘾症。它是指个体由于过度使用和迷恋网络,影响到正常的学习、工作和生活,导致人际关系疏远甚至恶化、学习能力减弱、工作效率低下、生活质量下降、对现实生活失去兴趣的一种状态。十年前,美国匹兹堡大学的Kimberlys.Young,将网络成瘾定义为在无成瘾物质作用下,由于过度使用互联网导致的个体上网行为冲动失控而形成的社会、心理功能损害。他提出了诊断网络成瘾的十条标准,并认为只要具备其中的五条以上就可以断定为网络成瘾。这十条标准是:①下网后总念念不忘网事;②总嫌上网时间太少而不满足;③无法控制上网的冲动;④一旦减少上网时间就会焦躁不安;⑤一旦上网就能消散种种不愉快;⑥上网比上学做功课更重要;⑦为上网宁愿失...
