Evaluating the operational performance of knowledge-based industries: the perspective of intellectual capital

Performance evaluation is more than a quantitative concept but should also take industrial characteristics into account in order to form an accurate evaluation. In the past, evaluations of the operational performance of knowledge-based industries have missed out a significant factor, which is intellectual capital (IC). By adopting data envelopment analysis (DEA), a multiple-objective decision making method, this study aims to construct an efficiency evaluation model for the Taiwanese digital content industry based on the perspective of IC. The empirical results suggest that the scale of the digital content companies does play an important role in influencing the operating efficiency. The firms have a small amount of capital can still attain optimal efficiency, from the perspective of IC. In addition, human resource capital and customer capital are the most significant influential factors that deserve digital content firms’ attention. It is suggested that enterprises in the digital content industries should focus more on managing their IC. DEA can provide the semiconductor firms’ operations with insights into resource allocation and competitive advantage as well as help with strategic decision-making.     

基于数据包络分析法的教学管理二次相对评价法研究

建立科学合理的测评方法,对教师授课效果进行有效合理的评价,一直是各个学校教务部门所面临的重要问题之一。文章应用数据包络分析法对教师的教学效果进行了方法研究,将用于评价管理有效性的DEA二次相对效益值法引入到教学效果的评价中,通过实例论证消除了初始条件差异,建立了新的教学管理评价方法。     

多层次模糊综合评判法在企业战略选择中的应用

企业战略选择是个复杂的多层次的决策问题,传统的定性方法已不能很好的满足需要。采用模糊决策方法,建立综合评判的企业战略选择模糊决策模型,综合考量评价系统中的各定性和定量指标,并结合实例验证了该方法的有效性。     

桩基础选型的模糊决策

基于模糊数学理论，运用模糊决策方法，对定性指标量化，建立模糊评价矩阵，利用专家评议法(Delphi)确定评价因素的权重值，对桩基础设计方案选型进行模糊综合评价，为决策者提供决策依据。     

基于模糊Borda法的高技术企业信用评价

为了提高综合评价的全面性、科学性和合理性,分别运用模糊综合评判法和熵值法对高技术企业信用状态进行评价,在此基础上,利用模糊Borda法对两种单一方法的评价结果进行组合,得出组合评价结果。与单一方法相比,组合评价结果具有较高的可信度,可为商业银行进行信贷决策提供参考。     

基于模糊数学的内部审计参与风险管理研究

内部审计在企业风险管理的地位和作用日益突出。开展风险管理已是内部审计的主要职责。运用模糊数学方法,内部审计能对一个企业面临的风险及其全面风险管理水平有很好的评价和衡量作用,能够帮助企业管理层完善企业风险管理框架,形成更加有效的决策,更好地识别和应对风险以实现组织目标。     

对大学体育教材质量评价模式的研究

文章运用模糊数学原理和层次分析法,建立教材评价多因素Fuzzy综合决策层次分析体系,构建Fuzzy三级"双评"大学体育教材评价模型。阐述评价分析方法和程序,为我国体育教材评价提供了一套通用的评价方法,为科学评价体育教材提供参考依据。     

基于绩效改进的一种分销系统绩效模糊综合评判方法

应用模糊综合评判方法,以分销系统的绩效改进为目标,从分销系统的效率性、响应性、协调性和成长性四个方面,对供应链管理模式下的分销系统绩效问题进行了研究,给出了分销系统绩效的评判指标体系及其说明,以期改进分销系统的绩效并为分销系统的相关决策提供支持.     

Ranking of sectors based on fuzzy importance measure

The changing nature of policy variables specific to any planned developmental programme often leads to conflicting decisional problems regarding the identification of thrust areas. Hence the inherent requirement is for a composite index which eases out such ambiguous choice issues. The present paper introduces the measure of sectoral importance which is capable of encompassing different variables with their associated weights and ranks sectors in an economy based on such a measure. However, the term importance suggests the qualitativeness and subjectivity involved in defining such a concept and thus establishes the need for the concepts of fuzzy mathematics. The theory of fuzzy subsets is capable of dealing with qualitative variables within a quantitative framework. The sectoral importance measures derived from the sectoral output linkages, employment multipliers and value added multipliers, have been represented as fuzzy subsets, or to be precise, as fuzzy numbers. A comparison of these numbers through the binary approach of determination of the measure of relative strength provides the basis for the ranking of sectors. The novelty of the approach lies in its simplicity and flexibility in treating qualitative factors which characterise most decision support socio economic planning problems. The validity of the exercise has been tested by applying it to the economy of West Bengal, a State of India.

探讨了服装连锁经营物流配送活动的绩效评价指标体系和评价方法。从运作层、支持层和结果层三个方面构建了评价指标体系。确定各指标的权重采用多层次群组聚类分析发,对指标的评价采用模糊综合评价,将评价的结果转化为一个数值,使评价结果更加准确。     

A fuzzy AHP approach based on the concept of possibility extent

The main purpose of this paper is to develop a fuzzy AHP method for tackling the uncertainty and imprecision existing in multi-criteria decision process. The proposed method uses fuzzy pair-wise comparison judgments in place of exact numerical values of the comparison ratios. The geometric mean technique is used to integrate all decision-makers’ opinions and construct the fuzzy positive reciprocal matrices. The algebraic operations of triangular fuzzy numbers are utilized to calculate the fuzzy suitability indices of all alternatives. The extent analysis method is used to compute the degree of possibility of priority among fuzzy suitability indices. Besides, two principles are presented to solve the multi-criteria decision problem in a fuzzy decision environment. Principle I provides a partial preorder, and Principle II gives a total preorder on the set of the possible alternatives. Finally, a numerical example of selecting the company with optimal performance in performing customer relationship management is used to demonstrate the decision process of proposed method.     

A supplier evaluation model based on customer demand in blockchain tracing anti-counterfeiting platform project management

This study assesses supplier selection at the beginning of project management to establish an evaluation system corresponding to blockchain tracing anti-counterfeiting platforms (BTAP). First, this paper determines 20 evaluation criteria from the four dimensions of platform overview, core technology, application support, and operations management. On this basis, multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) based on customer needs is proposed, which consists of three main steps. First, quality function deployment (QFD) and the best and worst method (BWM) are used to evaluate the four dimensions of the BTAP and specific evaluation criteria from the perspective of customers to obtain the criteria weight. Then, this method uses the extended Vlse Kriterjumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) approach to sort the alternatives. Finally, the improved decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to analyse the relationships between the 20 criteria in the four dimensions. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by an example. According to the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis, the results show that this method can evaluate blockchain anti-counterfeiting enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows: the core technology is the most important factor influencing the choice of a BTAP project, and the role of application support in evaluation cannot be ignored.

本文分析了高校学生工作的内容及特点,构建了高校学生工作评价指标体系,通过问卷调查采集分析数据,应用层次分析法确定各层评价指标的权重,运用模糊综合评价方法构建了高校学生工作绩效模糊综合评价模型。     

生鲜农产品物流企业绩效评价体系研究

分析了我国生鲜农产品的特点及其物流特征,结合现阶段生鲜农产品物流企业的实际情况,设置了比较全面的评价指标,应用模糊综合评价方法,构建了一个较为可行的绩效评价体系。     

基于AHP的法学硕士学位论文综合评价方法及应用

针对目前法学硕士学位论文评价方法中存在的准则权重确定片面性、专家决策模糊性和评价指标不确定性问题,提出了基于AHP的法学硕士学位论文综合评价方法。该方法首先将群体决策和模糊决策的AHP优化模型引入法学硕士学位论文的评价中,以确定各个层次的指标权重。然后,通过模糊算子加以集结,得到了定性的法学硕士学位论文综合模糊评价结果,最终基于定性结果得出了论文的定量评价分值。实验表明:该综合评价方法不仅能够对法学硕士学位论文进行有效地评价,而且对得到的评价结果能够进行定性与定量相结合的分析。     

基于模糊偏序关系的消费者偏好测评

了解消费者偏好是企业营销活动的基础性工作。本文首先利用模糊偏序关系的排序方法,解决消费者偏好的心理测度的模糊性问题,论证了用模糊偏序关系对心理测度进行评价是一种较好的方法;然后利用决策理论中的condorect函数把个人偏好合成群体偏好;最后用实例验证了该方法对消费者偏好进行评价的可行性。     

空军航材运输方式选择的模糊决策方法

基于层次分析的思想，本文建立了航材运输方式的评价指标体系，并运用多目标模糊决策的方法。提出了航材运输方式选择的模糊决策模型。通过该决策模型的应用，决策者可以将定性指标定量化，从而提高决策的客观性、科学性。     

基于学科发展的高校科技成果转化模糊决策评价方法研究

高校科技成果转化是国家战略重要组成部分,是促进国家和区域经济发展的重要源泉,然而其评价因素仍然多局限于科技成果转化本身,并没有从学科发展这一大学建设的核心的视角开展研究,无法使得高校科技成果转化真正与高校自身发展完全融合,形成高校科技成果转化形成内生动力。本文运用模糊决策方法对高校科技成果转化开展综合评价研究,基于学科发展的视角开展分析研究,合理选取评价因素,最后开展实证研究,为形成具有实效的高校科技成果转化机制,促进科技与经济有效融合提供重要的借鉴。
