This article presents a chronological analysis of bibliographic and thematic aspects of exporter–importer business relationships research based on a systematic review of 211 articles published between the years 1975 and 2017 in business journals. The study findings indicate that, in terms of bibliographic aspects, this literature is characterized by (a) an increasing collaboration among different institutions and countries, despite a heavy concentration of authors from Europe and North America; (b) a predominance of a small number of scholars producing a substantial part of the literature; and (c) dominance of empirical articles with relatively moderate average impact. In terms of thematic aspects, behavioral dimensions and relationship characteristics constitute the nucleus of the literature, with research efforts focusing on their environmental and internal drivers and performance outcomes. These study findings carry significant implications for major stakeholders of the exporter–importer relationships research, including authors, editors, and conference organizers. 相似文献

The international arbitration, as a kind of the methods to resolve the disputes in the international society, is flourished in recent years. On the basis of the international arbitration's features, the jurisdiction to relevant to the political issues is omission in the session of the disputes. Increasing of the disputes express to the globalization of the economy in the world. Not only do the position of the arbitration and the parties of the cases come from the region, but also the Europe as the traditional arbitration center, replaced by the Pacific/Asia region. The structure and dynamics of informal communication networks are of central importance for the functionality of enterprise
workflows and for performance and innovation of knowledge-centric organizations. While most executives are aware of this fact,
there is a general lack of (semi-) automated, IT-supported methods and instruments to make informal communication networks
measurable. Although logging of electronic communications has made considerable progress over the past few years, it is still
extremely difficult to map personal interaction; manual approaches in particular are extremely error-prone. The article shows
how informal communication networks can be investigated by IT-based methods. At the same time, the authors will be presenting
an instrument (“Social Badges”) that collects personal communications automatically and more precisely than legacy approaches
allow. The practical applicability of the approach is evaluated through a case study.

This article explores the influence that an organisation’s corporate values have on employees’ behaviour and values both within
and outside the work environment. In particular, it focuses on the impact of these values on the personal buying behaviour
of employees. The empirical research was undertaken within a case study organisation that produces wine in Spain and involved
interviews with senior management, an analysis of company documentation, as well as group discussions with employees supported
by an employee survey. The article argues that an organisation’s corporate values influence not only its employees’ behaviour
within the work environment, but also impacts on their global values system outside of the work environment. In particular,
this was evident within the employees’ buying behaviour practices in relation to supplier loyalty and environmental concern.
This has implications for business ethics as an organisation’s value system may go beyond the purely business context. Organisations
need to be aware of their impact on employees’ behaviour outside of the work environment; this is particularly the case for
multinational companies working across many cultures. 相似文献

The consumer perception of how products gain the status of necessities is characterized by complexity, laden with idiosyncratic consumer experiences, and driven by personally relevant historical developments. This study pushes the theoretical boundaries of understanding consumer necessities by reaching beyond the classification of products into traditional dichotomies such as necessity–luxury and need–want. It focuses on how consumers experience and recount emotion‐laden events in their lives whereby certain products move to being perceived as necessities over time. An analysis of narratives reveals that product necessitation encompasses five stages: familiarization, transformation in the form of redemption or contamination, memorialization, (re)integration and reconstruction, and solidification. Comprehending necessitation experiences is of great interest to marketers in creating effective marketing strategies as well as to public policymakers in ensuring that their citizens have access to life necessities. 相似文献

As offline retailers struggle to compete with online ones, the importance of a consumer’s ability to touch a product prior to purchase becomes important to study. Prior research has found inconsistent results on whether product touch facilitates consumers’ product-related decision making. Some studies report a positive effect, whereas others do not. The current research reconciles this inconsistency and draws retailing implications. Across three experiments, we show that the effect of product touch on consumers’ purchase intentions and willingness to pay for a product being evaluated is evident when consumers’ mental representation of the product is concrete, but not when abstract. We further show that perceived risk and perceived ownership simultaneously mediate this moderating effect of mental representation. Implications are drawn for both offline and online retailers. 相似文献

本文利用最新的统计数据对中国加入WTO十年以来产业国际竞争力的现状及变化趋势进行了实证研究,得出如下结论:加入WTO十年以来,中国产业国际竞争力有较大程度提升。虽然中国传统劳动密集型产业比较优势在下降,而技术和资本密集型产业比较优势在上升,但中国目前最具有比较优势的产业仍是劳动密集型产业;中国劳动密集型、技术密集型和资本密集型产业的竞争优势都有所提高;中国制造业竞争优势的增强是推动中国产业国际竞争力提升的主要动力,中国传统劳动密集型产业仍然保持着较强的国际竞争力,同时一些技术和资本密集型产业的快速发展推动中国产业国际竞争力不断提升。虽然中国制造业产业国际竞争力的进一步提升面临着诸多挑战,但本文判断中国产业国际竞争力处于第二次快速提升的前夜,从中短期来看,2016年“市场经济地位”的自然获得,将会进一步释放中国产业国际竞争力的既有优势;而从中长期来看,随着人口素质的不断提升,中国将迎来质量型人口红利所带来的新的20年战略机遇期,这将是中国产业国际竞争力持续提升的重要源泉。 相似文献
