小议我国企业跨国经营的未来发展对策

目前,为适应经济全球化的趋势,中国政府已明确鼓励有条件的企业全方位开展海外投资,中共十五大提出并确定了鼓励能够发挥中国比较优势的对外投资、更好地利用两个市场、两种资源的战略方针。事实上,经过改革开放20年的发展,中国不少企业已经初具规模,已经具备了开展海外投资的条件。中国企业跨国经营是中国经济体制改革和对外开放的产物,具有发展中国家企业国际化初级阶段的明显特征。例如,投资规模小;外国市场进入方式以合资企业为主;海外经营集中在贸易领域;海外投资技术水平低;跨国经营的地理选择以周边发展中国家和地区为主等等。     

一带一路战略下我国企业海外投资战略研究

这几年来,我国有大多数的企业实行海外投资发展,在"一带一路"战略的背景之下使我国企业的海外发展面临了新的机遇和挑战。以目前的阶段来看我国企业对外投资规模大、发展快,非国有企业在全国企业中占的比重逐步上升。在如今的开放型"走出去"的主流形式下,我国的中小企业在进行对外投资时,需要进行多元化的投资,做好基层工作,增强企业和社会责任感,和一系列的应对风险的方法和策略。     

浅析我国海外投资保险制度建立的必要性

在"一带一路"倡议提出实现沿线国家基础设施互联互通背景下,中国施工企业"走出去"的步伐不断加快,投融资模式也逐渐多元化。虽然多年的境外基础建设投资经验为国内企业提供了较为完善的输出参考模式,为我国企业开拓了新兴国际市场,但因被投资国政治风险、战争风险等不稳定因素,必须提供法律保护来避免或减少中国企业海外投资中政治风险所造成的损失,从而鼓励我国施工企业进行境外投资行为。本文从海外投资保险现状出发,对美国、日本和德国海外投资保险制度的承保机构、承保范围和保险条件进行了详细的比较和分析,在我国国情的基础上,对我国海外投资保险制度构建的必要性做出了分析。

本文从跨国公司在海外实施"本土化"经营的动因进行了分析;阐述了实施"本土化"的必然选择。然后又从实施过程中出现的问题分析入手,针对海外投资过程中各个阶段实施"本土化"经营的现状、特点提出对策和建设性的意见;文章最后对海外投资企业的三个发展期进行了深入浅出的论述。

近年来,随着中国"走出去"的步伐不断加快以及"一带一路"伟大战略的持续推进,中国企业在进行海外投资时所面临的风险也日趋复杂。目前,关于中国企业海外投资风险的研究,越来越受到国内学者的广泛关注,文章基于国内学者的已有研究成果,对海外投资风险的研究进行了综述,以期对中国企业海外投资风险的研究方向提供新的参考。

"一带一路"战略的提出,对中国企业的海外投资产生了重大而深远的影响。鉴于"一带一路"战略涉及差异诸多的64个国家,因此中国企业在走出去中面临政治、文化、环境、税务等风险。本文在意识到中国企业海外投资面临的税务风险形势严峻的情况下,分析了中国企业海外投资面临的税务风险并提出相应对策。
