工商管理类专业企业管理案例教学理论与实践研究

案例教学法是一种致力于提高学生综合素质的面向未来的教学模式。案例教学是一种自主学习、合作学习、研究性学习和探索性学习的开放型的学习氛围,案例教学是提高学生分析能力和解决问题能力的阶梯。本文探讨了案例教学法与企业管理案例教学的内涵,分析了工商管理专业企业管理案例教学存在的主要问题,研究设计了适合工商管理专业培养学生创新能力和实践能力的企业管理案例教学研究内容及做法。     

工商管理案例研究作者成熟度的文献计量分析

本文运用文献计量学的方法,对2000—2011年发表在13种管理学期刊上的1 162篇工商管理案例研究论文进行分析。分析的结果表明:中国工商管理案例研究的作者队伍已经具有规模,但尚未形成稳定的高产核心作者队伍;作者合作程度相对较高,学科的研究具有相当程度的关联性,但偏低的自引率说明研究人员自身的研究缺乏足够的连续性,研究人员对我国工商管理学科发展的内在逻辑以及学科体系缺乏很好的把握。

我国管理类教学案例撰写的现状分析——首届“百篇优秀教学案例评选”活动综述

为了鼓励中国企业管理案例的开发,进一步推动工商管理学科案例教学与研究的发展,全国MBA教育指导委员会举办了“百篇优秀教学案例评选”活动。本文首先对活动的投稿、评选、入选情况进行概述,并对稿件内容、学科覆盖情况及在各院校问的分布情况进行统计分析与总体评价;然后结合2009年12月“MBA培养院校案例资源建设与使用情况调查问卷”的调查结果,探寻各院校案例资源建设情况与管理类教学案例撰写现状之间的联系。最后,通过对本次活动的总结提出了一些认识、问题和建议。     

关于新经济形势下我国工商管理的现状分析

Case research in purchasing and supply management: Opportunities and challenges

This paper examines the current state of application of qualitative methods, namely case studies in purchasing and supply management. We argue that the case study method has much to contribute to the development of the discipline namely in terms of theory development, providing strong exemplars as well as testing theories culled from other disciplines. In examining the use of the case method in purchasing and supply management, we suggest that there is a noticeable trend away from single case designs with sparse methodological reflections to multiple case, comparative designs accompanied by the use of conventional method justifications. These developments are broadly welcomed but we identify two blind spots: (1) the relative neglect of the links between theory and method and (2) the use of inappropriate statistical criteria to justify multiple case research designs. We discuss the nature of these problems using a number of examples and formulate rules for conducting good case research.     

企业绿色管理形成竞争优势的机理研究——以禾欣实业为例

本文基于价值链创新理论、动态能力理论和企业绿色管理特征,深入分析了企业绿色管理形成企业持续竞争优势的内在机理,建立了企业绿色管理形成机制的理论框架,并认为可以通过绿色商机捕捉的战略先发优势、绿色价值链创新的效率优势、环境风险控制的免疫优势三条途径形成竞争优势。本文运用单案例研究法,以禾欣实业实施绿色管理的DMF项目为例对该理论框架进行验证,尝试为企业学习、理解企业绿色管理提供理论基础,并为企业实施绿色管理提供案例借鉴。     

Entrepreneurship research in service industries: a literature classification and trend analysis

In this paper, the influence of entrepreneurship on service management research is examined. Entrepreneurship research occupies a central place in organizational theory and strategic thinking, but its theories and models have little influence on business management. Entrepreneurship research can have a better integration with other areas of management, but there is still certain isolation. This article reviews the emerging areas in entrepreneurship research that provides complementary theoretical framework to service business models. In order to determine the areas in service management research in which entrepreneurship theories can be useful, a classification of the papers published in the last 2 years in the JCR service management journals is carried out. The study concludes that innovation is the most outstanding priority in service management research that can be enriched by entrepreneurial theories. The entrepreneurial approach to networks and institutional environment are the theoretical frameworks that better suit to introduce entrepreneurship variables as antecedents in business innovation models.     

Strategic global human resource management research in the twenty-first century: an endorsement of the mixed-method research methodology

Global competition is rapidly becoming the norm in which nearly all business organizations must compete in one fashion or another. The complexity and value of strategic global human resource management (SGHRM) will continue to compound in significance as globalization becomes the predominate form of business. Both practitioners and researchers maintain the grapple with understanding the global phenomena and the resulting impact on the entire human resource management system.

Previously, researchers' maintained research programmes utilizing Western-style theories and methods, which were predominantly quantitative, to explore phenomena that may now be inappropriate. These methods and theories frequently do not capture the ‘fabric’ of global phenomena that include complex interactions of culture, institutions, societal norms and government regulations, among a few concerns.

The mixed methods approach is proposed to add the ‘fabric’ required, illustrating the depth and flexibility needed to explore the SGHRM issues. Mixed methods are a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches that maintain methodological rigour as well as measures for reliability and validity. This paper explores the current methods, the reasons for their lack of success in portraying the depth of the phenomena and why the mixed methods approach appears to be a superior method for research for the SGHRM field.

《供应链管理》课程教学方法研究——以内蒙古财经大学为例

《供应链管理》课程是物流管理本科专业的主干课程,同时也是工商管理类多个专业的专业必修课或选修课。文章以内蒙古财经大学为例,认为该课程适合采用理论教学、案例教学、实验教学、实践教学四合一的教学方法,重点提出案例教学应采用导入案例与总结案例结合,并推行一贯式案例教学;实验教学可根据教学条件使用课堂实验或软件模拟。以期为其他院校提供参考。
