金属条码是集编码技术、计算机技术、激光技术与保密防伪技术,兼具标准化、自动化管理和防伪双重功能于一体的高新技术产品。金属条码识读距离为位0.3m-5m,最窄条码宽度可达0.2mm,金属条码签的厚度为0.06mm-0.20mm,其韧性高于纸码,而可弯曲度与纸质条码签一样,能承受一定力的外物对它的搓揉和碰击,而不影响识读效果。金属条码耐酸碱盐腐蚀、耐高低温(-40℃-200℃),抗风、雨、雪侵蚀和日晒,寿命长达15年-20年,是目前唯一能在户外环境下长期使用的薄韧型条码。金属条码抗电磁干扰、复合防伪、抗污损,具有长期可读性、支持网络化管理特点。金属条码可采用常用的激光扫描器识读,也可采用CCD、笔式扫描器或槽式识读器来识读。  相似文献

近日,振华重工智慧集团牵头研发的集装箱码头装卸新工艺正式发布。以往,在自动化集装箱码头的布局中,存在着几个困扰:首先,同一堆场多台轨道吊共轨运行,作业空间相互制约,增加了生产组织难度,作业繁忙时难以兼顾装卸船和集疏运作业。二是集装箱场内水平运输设备和场外集卡不能直接到达目标作业贝位,造成堆场起重机长距离往复行驶、能耗居高不下。三是集卡司机倒车进交互区作业等位时,倒车时间长,容易影响其它车道正常通行。  相似文献

5G is a technology that was designed to provide citizens with access to faster and innovative wireless services. While different technical aspects related to 5G have been extensively examined by researchers worldwide, a lack in the existing literature is the economics of 5G in terms of business cases of specific 5G use cases. In this article we analyse the business case for three 5G use cases in an industrial sea port area, the Hamburg port in Germany, over the period 2020–2030. The first use case is enhanced mobile broadband and the results show a payback period lower than one year for all the scenarios analysed. The second use case is automation of container handling in the port's container terminal. It was found that the payback period is also lower than one year with a positive business case net present value in all scenarios studied. The business case of the third case, augmented reality for construction projects in the port's area, is challenging as the payback period was 5 years for the baseline case. Moreover, when performing the sensitivity analysis, it was found that in several scenarios there was a negative return on investment, and it was not possible to recover the investment over the time period studied. It can be concluded that mobile network operators will need to be careful as not all new 5G service offerings may have a positive business case. Future research work should focus on studying other 5G use cases in the port area, and on examining other industrial areas beyond ports such as airports, science parks and manufacturing facilities.  相似文献

Container terminal (CT) operations are often bottlenecked by slow YC (yard crane) movements. Efficient YC scheduling to reduce the PM waiting time is therefore critical in increasing a CT's throughput. This paper develops an efficient continuous time MILP model for YC scheduling. The model treats realistic operational constraints such as multiple inter-crane interference, fixed YC separation distances, simultaneous container storage/retrievals, realistic YC acceleration/deceleration stages and gantry time, and require far fewer integer variables than previous work. The model significantly improves the solution quality compared to the existing discrete time models and other heuristics found in the literature. Using heuristics and a rolling-horizon algorithm, our model can solve actual container yard (CY) problems quickly and robustly in polynomial time. Also, to cope with the last minute container arrivals which can disrupt routine CT operations, two methods for handling these last minute job insertions are discussed and compared.  相似文献

Long truck queues at gates often limit the efficiency of a container terminal and generate serious air pollution. To reduce the gate congestion, this paper proposes a method called ‘vessel dependent time windows (VDTWs)' to control truck arrivals, which involves partitioning truck entries into groups and assigning different time windows to the groups. The proposed VDTWs method includes three steps: (1) predicting truck arrivals based on the time window assignment, (2) estimating the queue length of trucks, and (3) optimizing the arrangement of time windows to minimize the total cost in the system. A conventional Genetic Algorithm (GA), a multi-society GA, and a hybrid algorithm using GA and Simulated Annealing are used to solve the optimization problem. A case study based on a real container terminal in China is performed, which shows the VDTWs method can flatten the truck arrivals and reduce the gate congestion significantly.  相似文献

The decision for good stacking positions for incoming containers in an automated container terminal is an important operational problem because it affects the productivity not only for stacking but also for later retrieval. This paper proposes an online search algorithm which dynamically adjusts and optimizes a stacking policy by continuously generating variants of stacking policies and evaluating them while they are actually being applied for determining the stacking positions. Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm is effective in enhancing the operational productivity, while other offline optimization methods are computationally infeasible to be applied to this problem.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem faced by firms that transport containers by truck in an environment with resource constraints. The considered area is export-dominant. As a result, there are three types of container movements as inbound full, outbound full, and inbound empty movements. Both the time windows at the terminal and at the customers’ places and the operation times are considered. Empty containers are also regarded as separate transportation resources besides trucks. The total operating time including waiting time of all the trucks in operation is minimized. The problem is first formulated as a directed graph and then mathematically modeled based on the graph. It falls into a multiple traveling salesman problem with time windows (m-TSPTW) with resource constraints. An algorithm based on reactive tabu search (RTS) is developed to solve the problem. A number of randomly generated examples indicate that the algorithm can be applied to the real world.  相似文献

The container–shipping market becomes prosperous with the development of the global economy. As shipping networks become more complex and heterogeneous, container capacity planning becomes more difficult. This paper tackles the container planning problem from the carrier’s perspective in a two-echelon container shipping service chain (CSSC), which includes one carrier and one upstream rental company. A flexible contract with options is introduced into the one-period container planning mechanism. With the flexible options contract, the rental company requires the carrier to make a commitment or place an order in advance. Options give buyer the right to modify the initial orders to better match the supply with the demand. Based on the carrier’s decision tendency, i.e., aggressive or conservative, we analyze the application strategies of the unilateral options and the bidirectional options in different practical scenarios. In particular, for the applicability of the decision models, we further consider the shipping capacity and the minimum order constraints and formulate the carrier’s option policies with constrained nonlinear programs. Numerical examples show that the proposed decision strategies with option contract cannot only effectively increase the container trading quantity between the rental company and the carrier, but also significantly reduce the carrier’s container capacity risk while increasing its profit.  相似文献

This paper proposes a method for allocating storage space to groups of outbound containers in port container terminals. For this allocation, a collection of adjacent stacks is reserved for each group of containers with the same attributes. The impacts of various space-reservation strategies on the productivity of the loading operation for outbound containers are discussed. The growing service sector in the global economy signifies the need for applying service science to study the interdisciplinary nature of services. In particular, container shipping service is considered a key enabler of international trade and global economic development. To strengthen the role of shipping in supporting global seaborne trade, it is highly desirable to identify the determinants that influence the total capacity of the shipping industry, explain how the related business activities (e.g., demand for shipping service, vessel price, fleet size, etc.) are linked to the demand for container shipping service, and empirically verify the findings. This study builds on the demand chain management paradigm to analyze the service capacity of the container shipping industry. We establish a path-analytic model to explain how shipping demand affects such shipping-related variables as vessel price and to evaluate their effects on the service capacity of the industry. The empirically-tested model provides managers and researchers with insights on how to enhance the coordination and integration of a series of shipping-related variables from shipping demand to capacity management in the container shipping service industry.  相似文献
