发展中国家跨国公司对外直接投资的动因研究

本文以跨国公司对外直接投资理论为基础，分析了发展中国家企业对外直接投资的动因。发展中国家企业对外直接投资的动因是多元的，既有寻求市场与效率的动因，也有寻求资源、规避风险以及文化与种族纽带等因素。     

中国对外直接投资的动因分析

近几年,在经济一体化的趋势下,我国的对外直接投资额急剧上升,对中国跨国公司对外直接投资动因的研究,为跨国公司进行对外直接投资提供了一个很好的理论基础。本文依照邓宁的理论将中国跨国公司对外直接投资的动因分为市场导向型对外直接投资、资源导向型对外直接投资、技术导向型对外直接投资和政策导向型对外直接投资四种基本类型。在此基础上,加入利润和效率因素对中国对外直接投资的影响,分析得出我国目前的对外直接投资以市场导向型和资源导向型的对外直接投资为主,应该逐步向技术导向型的对外直接投资发展。

一、服务业跨国公司扩张的动因在20世纪80年代以前,对外直接投资主要集中在原材料、其他初级产品以及以资源为基础的制造业,随着世界经济产业结构的调整,对外直接投资开始大规模流向技术密集的制造业和服务业,这使得服务业在世界对外直接投资总量中的比重不断上升。20世纪50年代服务业对外直接投资所占比重不到20%,70年代初也仅占25%,至80年代中期,这一比重迅速增长到40%,而至90年代中后期,服务业已稳获世界对外直接投资的半壁江山,如1998年全球服务业对外直接投资流出量约为3642亿美元,占到了总流出量的53%。与其他产业相比,经过90年代的发…     

论跨国公司直接投资对东道国技术进步的影响

在当代规模宏大的跨国公司直接投资浪潮中,大量的跨国公司或依靠其技术优势对外扩张,或通过并购某些技术优势的企业整合自己的技术体系,或强强联合以形成互补与协同效应,以谋求在全球竞争中获得竞争优势.无论跨国公司直接投资是基于何种类型的技术优势战略考虑,以技术为主导的跨国公司直接投资必然会对东道国的技术进步和经济发展产生深刻影响.     

企业异质性、全要素生产率与服务业对外直接投资——基于服务业行业和企业数据的实证检验北大核心CSSCI

本文利用中国服务业细分行业的面板数据,以及全球最大的服务业跨国公司的截面数据,实证分析了服务业全要素生产率对服务业对外直接投资的影响,检验了异质性企业贸易理论在服务业领域的适用性。结果显示:服务业全要素生产率是服务企业对外直接投资的重要原因,异质性企业贸易理论适用于对服务企业的研究,同时不同于制造业对外直接投资,服务企业对外直接投资行为并不存在"生产率悖论";服务业跨国公司存在与制造业跨国公司相同的特征,企业规模越大,跨国经验越丰富,对外直接投资的规模也越大。并进一步根据实证分析结果提出对中国服务企业OFDI的借鉴意义。
