机场工程属于大型公建项目,建设过程中参与主体众多,组织关系网络结构复杂。以某机场工程项目为例,基于社会网络分析法研究机场工程项目组织关系,利用UCINET软件建立机场工程项目组织关系网络模型,定量研究网络凝聚力、节点中心性、角色分析等参数指标。结果表明,机场工程项目组织关系网络凝聚力较强,组织角色结构同型性不高,没有过多关系的重复浪费,需加强标准化、规范化管理。 相似文献

本文以“5.12”大地震救援为背景,通过对现有的应急物流组织系统模式的分析,指出其组织结构松散,组织系统间信息流通阻塞,从而导致救灾工作出现了统一的协调配合不力,监察难度增大等难题。在此分析基础之上提出新的应急物流组织系统模式,即建立以政府为主导的直线组织结构,以信息流的方式将各慈善机构和民间临时组织纳入整个救灾系统之中,保证信息流的双向性,使信息流和物流形成环状回路,规范物资发放环节,从而增强救灾工作及其监督的有效性。 相似文献

从组织角度出发,分析并论证了在中国企业背景下四种不同类型的员工一组织关系模式的定义、特点以及不同模式之间的差异。同时分析并论证了领导成员交换对组织内部员工组织关系的形成所产生的作用和影响。本文以400名中国企业员工为样本,本文的验证结果表明:不同的员工组织关系可以按照组织投入和组织对员工的期望贡献两个不同的维度进行划分,其中,相互投入型员工组织关系在组织投入和期望贡献两个维度上得分最高,工作契约型员工-组织关系在组织投入和期望贡献两个维度上得分最低;领导成员交换对相互投入型员工-组织关系有显著的正向影响作用,对工作契约型员工-组织关系有显著的负向影响作用。最后,根据研究结果,分析和总结了本文研究结果的理论意义和实践意义。 相似文献

The current hype about culture‐led local development models is causing an increasing interest in cultural policies in the broader context of urban policy. This is not necessarily a transitory situation bound to fade once the hype is over. Under certain conditions, there is room to believe that culture may indeed become a main development driver of urban systems. For this to happen, however, it is necessary to abandon simple mono‐causal developmental schemes (such as the ‘creative class’ model) and look for more articulated approaches. This calls in turn for a complex systems‐based conceptual framework that is at the same time rich enough to capture the complexity of the interdependences among policy and state variables, and manageable enough to be of practical use, not only for policy design professionals but also for local stakeholders who want to take part in collective decision‐making processes. Inclusiveness and collective decision making are almost unavoidable in the case of cultural planning strategies, as the social sustainability of culture‐based value creation processes crucially depends on boosting the level of access to cultural opportunities by local residents. In this article we present an approach that may be a tentative first step in this direction. 相似文献

Project selection problems are inherently complex problems with multiple and often conflicting objectives. The complexity of project selection problems is due to the high number of projects from which a subset (portfolio) has to be chosen. Various analytical methods, ranging from the simple weighted sum to complex mathematical programming have been proposed to solving these problems. We propose an integrated approach for strategic and sustainable project portfolio selection, which is composed of two distinct but interrelated modules. In the first module, we use the strategic planning and sustainability concepts to select a set of promising projects. In the second module, we use a project portfolio selection procedure to choose among the promising projects identified in the first module. A structural equation model is used to analyze and explain the relationships among different factors in the proposed framework. More specifically, we investigate the effects of: (1) strategic level performance on sustainability, post‐implementation, and overall performance; (2) implementation performance on post‐implementation and overall performance; (3) portfolio selection performance on implementation and overall performance; and (4) post‐implementation performance on overall performance. A case study in investment banking is presented to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model and exhibit the efficacy of the procedures and algorithms. 相似文献

In the Mansion House speech, Mr. Clarke, the new Chancellor, left his options very clearly open. He reconfirmed his commitment, like his predecessors, to low inflation; but added that low inflation is not enough, asserting the importance of commerce. He asserted the need to reduce the public sector deficit, but did not commit himself to further measures beyond those already announced by Mr. Lamont. He argued for lower taxes, but said that taxes cannot always fall. He acknowledged the importance of narrow and broad money, but said that he would monitor a range of indicators in formulating policy. One of the most important functions of a competency model is to translate organizational strategy into employee behavior. Yet, virtually no theoretical attempts to elucidate this process exist, and no empirical evidence has been offered demonstrating that it occurs. Drawing on the strategic management literature, we develop a conceptual framework delineating this process. We theorize that structurally distributed knowledge, attention, and behavior results in coalitions of individuals at different hierarchical levels (top managers vs employees) developing different dominant logics. These differences across levels in habituated modes of processing information and conceptualizing roles impact the initial importance assigned to competencies that are added to the model as an organization's strategy evolves. However, over time, competency models enable top managers to drive their dominant logic downward through the organization. As the importance of certain competencies is reinforced through performance management, schemata of high-performers shift, becoming better aligned with those of top managers'. Using data from focus groups, surveys, and archives collected at two points in time (6 years apart) capturing change in the strategy of an organization of professional jobs in the U.S. government (n = 218), results were supportive. We then use our model to generate an agenda of research questions and topics to enhance competency modeling scholarship. 相似文献

Most forms of macroeconomics today, whether Keynesian or monetarist, presuppose that problems of economic instability can be treated as errors in financial management. Neither fiscal nor monetary policy recognizes the existence of systemic faults in the real economy that result in overinvestment in durable capital that turns over slowly, in contrast to forms of capital that interact more frequently with land and labor. Only by removing serious distortions in microeconomic relations can macroeconomic problems be resolved. The current global economic crisis exemplifies the limitations of policies that ignore distortions in the rate of turnover of investment capital. 相似文献
