引领妇女解放大潮流 开创妇女发展新天地——马克思主义妇女观的中国化、时代化与法治化

马克思主义妇女观,是马克思主义的一个重要组成部分。从中国共产党成立至今90年以来,即把马克思主义妇女观与中国实际结合,与时俱进,不断注入中国化与时代化的妇女新思想新内涵,并通过国家立法保障妇女权益,开创了我国妇女发展的新局面。     

马克思主义妇女观

马克思主义妇女观是马克思、恩格斯从历史唯物主义和辩证的唯物主义出发,深刻地剖析了妇女地位和受压迫的社会根源,提出了妇女解放的条件和道路,并指出妇女解放的历程,这些构成了马克思主义妇女观。     

历史文献中的妇女观问题研究

随着女性主义发展,妇女观问题逐渐受到网络传媒的关注。圣训是先知穆罕默德的言语、行为和默认,是仅次于《古兰经》的第二位的经典。在圣训中,有大量的内容涉及到妇女问题,认为妇女在婚姻、家庭、生存权、教育、法律等方面应享有与男子平等的权利,同时也论述了男性在社会生活中居于主导地位、应负有维护妇女的责任等特有的观念,这些问题在网络舆论中也有所体现。     

女性暴力犯罪的社会原因分析

社会因素是导致女性暴力犯罪产生的最主要原因。家庭暴力是诱发女性杀人、伤害犯罪的最主要原因之一;社会转型期产生的人口管理失控、家庭残缺和家庭教育缺失、留守妇女的增多等各种不利因素对女性暴力犯罪产生刺激作用;社会道德观、文化价值观的错位和妇女权益得不到有效保障也会导致女性暴力的发生。     

浅谈中国古代妇女贞节观

本文以中国古代妇女贞节观为视角,以时间为线索,梳理了从婚姻家庭制度出现后,封建礼教贞节观对女性压迫愈演愈烈的历史,从而说明了畸形的古代贞节观对女性的权利的戕害。阐释了自己的观点——女性应在自尊自爱的基础上拥有追求自己幸福的权利,并结合现实使结论更具现实性。     

《聊斋志异》中的“异史氏曰”研究

蒲松龄的《聊斋志异》作为古典文言志怪小说的经典,向来是古典小说研究界研究的焦点。新时期以来,《聊斋志异》及蒲松龄的研究几成显学;关于《聊斋志异》小说文本研究讨论的文章和书籍蔚为大观。然而,《聊斋志异》的思想价值及其所蕴含的丰富文化意义远没有被穷尽。本文从文化研究的视域对《聊斋志异》中的＂异史氏曰＂进行初步梳理,对其体例源流、思想、旨趣等方面的问题进行探究,藉此为学界由思想史角度重新审视《聊斋志异》进一解。     

梁启超对功利主义学说的“转化”与“调适”及其原因

清末以来,西方各种思想学说传入中国大多发生了“转变”和“调适”。梁启超的功利观就是一种基于“群己和谐”的功利观,在民族主义、国家主义盛行的清末,梁的功利观中明显强调“集体利益”,是一种以群体为本位的功利观,这与西方以个人为本位的功利观不同。梁启超功利观的这种转变和调适的原因,既有其受日本相关学说及西方学者对边沁功利学说修正的影响,又有其受中国传统文化“功利观”的影响。     

南宁市流动人口妇女卫生保健服务现状及对策研究概述

目的了解南宁市流动妇女的卫生服务需要、需求和利用现状。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取南宁市青秀区5个社区,每个社区调查200户共1000例流动妇女,采用问卷调查方法进行入户调查。结果调查的社区流动妇女有48.63%没有做过妇女病普查,181人自报在两周内患有各类疾病,共计201人次,两周患病率为201.9‰;136人自报半年内患有各类慢性病,共计209人次,慢性病患病率为20.9%。54.01%的妇女有病愿意去医院看病,72.7%的妇女就诊时首选社区卫生院,181名两周患病者就诊307人次,两周就诊率为30.7%;46.80%的妇女认为诊治费会对他们的生活有影响,有86.70%的妇女愿意了解和获取卫生科普知识。结论流动人口收入低,负担重,选择医疗服务最重视价格因素,服务便捷性,要优化社区卫生服务,改革社区卫生服务的收费制度,减轻流动人口的就医负担,同时加强对流动人口的健康教育,转变其传统的健康观,提高流动人口妇幼保健服务利用。
