本文以绿色债券为例,借助双重差分模型检验绿色金融对企业绿色创新的促进效应。研究发现,绿色债券能够显著提升发行主体的绿色创新水平,主要体现在绿色发明专利和绿色实用新型专利两个方面,且发行绿色债券对二者的促进作用均具有动态持续性。异质性检验发现,绿色债券促进企业绿色创新效应不受企业产权性质和固有技术水平的影响,但相比于重污染行业企业,非重污染行业企业利用绿色债券提升绿色创新水平的效率更高。路径分析发现,发行绿色债券对企业绿色创新的促进作用源于资源效应和监督效应。  相似文献

大力发展绿色金融,支持绿色产业和项目建设,是实现碳达峰碳中和目标、推动经济高质量发展的重要举措。绿色金融利用绿色信贷等金融工具为环境友好型企业提供资金支持,为实体经济绿色低碳发展提供强大动力。以2014-2021年沪深A股上市公司为样本,考察绿色金融对企业绿色技术创新的影响及其作用机制。研究发现:绿色金融显著推动了企业进行绿色技术创新,且该结论具有稳健性;机制检验表明,绿色金融通过缓解企业融资约束和提高企业风险承担能力促进企业开展绿色技术创新项目;异质性检验发现,此促进效应在非重污染企业与盈利能力低的企业中更为突出。因此,金融机构在设计绿色金融机制时,应当关注企业的绿色技术创新需求,提供更为灵活和适应性强的金融产品,尤其是针对非重污染企业与盈利能力低的企业;政府应加强对企业及行业绿色数据的监测和披露,提升信息透明度,使得金融机构更全面地了解企业的绿色创新活动,从而为其提供更精准的绿色金融支持;企业应利用绿色金融积极主动地加入绿色技术创新的行列,在可持续发展和环保领域创造成效。  相似文献

绿色标准是生态文明制度建设的基础性内容,完善绿色发展标准体系是新发展阶段促进经济社会全面绿色转型的重要政策工具和制度保障。论文通过分析我国绿色产品标准、认证体系建设进展,以及绿色产品与绿色消费、绿色金融的融合发展现状,针对当前绿色产品标准不统一、绿色消费带动不足、绿色金融衔接不充分等问题,建议借助科技赋能绿色产品标准体系构建、加快绿色产品认证制度体系建设和延长绿色发展“制度链”,通过完善绿色发展标准体系,促进更高水平的绿色供给与需求动态平衡。  相似文献

Geospatial maps are here used for interpreting of what a scenario with a warming Arctic with less ice will mean for activity structures of the globe in the future. This will enable certain locations in the High North to become important activity areas. Of most consequence are the fundamental activity structures of Earth, like global shipping, world trade and oil extraction. These will be impacted as the Arctic sea routes have opened, opening up shorter shipping distances between the N-Pacific and N-Atlantic Oceans. The reduction of ice in the Arctic Ocean will also lead to ever improved access to the resources of Arctic ocean-floor and the Arctic Region—perhaps most importantly to oil and gas.The conclusions also indicate that some central regions of the globe may loose relatively, for instance in terms of global shipping. Oil-rich central areas—like the Persian Gulf area—will face losses in activity as their oil starts to dwindle. Arctic oil is now about 10% of the world production. The rate of Arctic ice reduction will influence the rate of growth in Arctic resource extraction and it will likely occur later this century. The activity and importance of the Arctic will thus grow relatively.  相似文献

Shipping has always been a volatile and cyclical business. The extreme changes in revenues, operating cash flows, and asset values during the recent financial crises have upset the usual means of financing shipping companies. While bank debt will remain important in the future, the new regulatory environment has been forcing shipping banks to shift these risks from their balance sheets to capital markets through instruments such as loan securitization. As a result, the shipping industry will increasingly look to capital markets for external funds. And shipping banks are likely to change from being commercial bank lending institutions to becoming more like investment banks that arrange a variety of financing solutions, including high yield bonds or public equity. Risk management will be central to shipping companies in this new environment. Shipping companies can manage their own risks by modifying operations, employing freight and vessel price derivatives, or adjusting their capital structures. To arrive at the value‐maximizing combination of these three basic methods, they must decide which risks to bear, which to manage internally, and which to transfer to the capital markets. These decisions require shipping financial managers to assess the effect of each risk on firm value, understand how each contributes to total risk, and determine the most cost‐effective way to limit that risk to an acceptable level.  相似文献

Futures research must be carried out on the basis of people having the right to choose their own future. There is thus a need, particularly in the developing countries, for the spread of training in futures to those who will themselves be shaping their own future, and this places responsibilities on futures specialists in the developed North. The global value changes underway must also be confronted if futures research is to retain its relevance. We apply the Campbell decomposition to industry‐by‐country, national, global industry, and world stock index returns using 1995–2003 data. World, global industry, and country factors are all important for each of the two key components of stock returns: news about future dividends and news about future discount rates. Furthermore, the world component of future discount rates is more important than the idiosyncratic component, while the reverse is true for news about future dividends. Our results are broadly consistent with co‐movement in future discount rates arising from perceptions of common elements of risk in international equity markets.  相似文献

BDI(波罗的海干散货运价指数)是反映国际航运市场的重要指标之一,揭示了全球干散货船的运价水平及市场供需情况。目前,越来越多的航运企业成为上市公司,其在资本市场上的表现能通过股票价格充分体现。这篇文章主要运用面板模型,选取运输类、港口类及船舶制造类三种航运上市公司从2007年至今的股票价格数据,探讨BDI与其之间的数量关系,以航运公司为桥梁,分析航运市场与资本市场的内在联系。研究发现,BDI与国内航运上市公司的股票价格之间存在一定的关系,这一定程度上能为此类股票的投资者提供决策参考。  相似文献

This paper examines Specified Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) used as a financing tool for the shipping industry in the period 2004–2013. SPACs that focused on acquisitions in the shipping industry have statistically similar characteristics to the population of SPACs that entered U.S. financial markets. Additionally, shipping companies merge into SPACs for the benefits of acquiring a public listing and receiving the SPAC's cash. The paper constructs an original SPAC Shipping Index and compares its performance with benchmark indices. Under some conditions, managers of SPACs with a focus on shipping on average exhibit a return of $154 for every $1 invested.  相似文献
