协会工作点滴谈

在行言行。2004年10月上海市房地产经纪行业协会换届后，我担任了协会的常务副会长。参与协会工作一年多来，我对行业协会的工作，有了许多与以前不同的认识。     

开拓创新 努力提高审计协会工作水平

汉沽区审计协会自一九九三年建立以来,在组织建设与发展方面有长足的进步;至今已发展会员１４１人,理事４７人,常务理事２９人。由于协会每年都适当吸收一些素质好,对社会组织认识高,而且热衷于审计事业的同志入会,因此给协会工作带来生机,使协会组织充满活力。 为使协会工作更加符合市场经济发展的要求,更好地完善其职能作用,规范组织管理,将原以研究学术理论为主的学术组织转为集内部审计、社会审计、国家审计及财务会计为一体的行业性组织,全称为“天津市汉沽区审计协会”,同时下设“天津市汉沽区审计（会计）咨询服务中心…     

我在协会工作的体会

我是上海企联的一员,在协会工作14年,见证了她的生存与发展来之不易。我借此机会,热烈祝贺上海企联成立三十周年!     

北京外商投资企业协会工作有声有色

中央党校副校长李君如撰文阐述中国能够实行什么样的民主。文章说，这个问题并不是能够主观设定的，而是要在中国人民的历史奋斗中逐步形成的。这里有一个“路径依赖”的问题。如果当年在抗日战争胜利后，依照中国共产党的政治设计，建立包括国民党和共产党在内的多党合作的民主的“联合政府”，那么，今天中国民主政治可能采取的是另一种形式了。但是，当年国民党坚持一党独裁，打内战，结果就完全不同了。     

追求工作创新 打造协会根基

江泽民总书记指出：“创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动务。”在人们满怀信心跨入21世纪的时候,创新成为我们时代的最强音。然而一切创新,包括理论创新、技术创新、工作创新等等,离不开人的创新。对各级个私协会领导来说,就是领导工作创新。只有领导工人有所创新,才能百对新世纪,开好局,起好步,切实为我省个体私营经济快速健康发展做出新贡献。     

上海市质量检验协会近期工作要点

上海市质量检验协会的成立是全市质量监督检验战线上的一件大事,它将促进和完善上海社会主义市场经济运行机制的建立。协会的任务是团结和组织全市质量检验机构、质量监督和质量检验工作者协助政府加强质量监督和质量检验的管理,提高全市质量检验水平,使质量检验工作更有效地为企事业单位服务,为消费者服务,为国民经济建设服务。现将上海市质量检验协会近期工作要点摘录如下:     

国际审计准则620号 利用专家的工作

此准则的目的旨在为利用专家工作作为审计证据提供指导。当独立审计人员利用专家工作时应收集充分适当的审计证据证明专家的工作对审计目的而言是恰当的。计划利用专家工作时,审计人员应评价专家的职业胜任能力,证据包括:(a)由适当机构颁发的职业资格证、营业执照或某适当团体的会员资格;(b)在业界的经验和声誉。审计人员还应评价专家的客观性,并应收集充分适当的审计证据证明专家的工作范围对审计目的而言也是恰当的。审计人员应该评价利用专家工作所收集的审计证据能否证明相关认定。如果专家工作不能提供充分适当的审计证据,或利用专家工…

全国中小企业工作座谈会在京召开

近日,国家发展和改革委员会中小企业司在京召开了全国中小企业工作座谈会。会议主要通报了中小企业司机构改革及职能调整情况,交流各地中小企业工作,讨论下半年工作思路和重点。这是中小企业司组建后的第一次全国性中小企业工作座谈会,国家发展改革委副主任欧新黔出席会议并做了重要讲话。会上,欧新黔副主任要求各地区要认真学习贯彻《中小企业促进法》,这是当前中小企业的重要工作之一,要依法行政,扎实工作,使中小企业工作上新台阶。她指出,各地中小企业管理部门要提高对中小企业工作重要性的认识,深入基层,调查研究,不断解决工作中出现的…     

THE ORIGINS OF LIBERTY AND THE MARKET: THE WORK OF MARJORIE GRICEHUTCHINSON (1909–2003)

Marjorie Grice-Hutchinson, who recently died, was a leading scholar of the Salamanca school of economics. That school anticipated much of the economic thinking which helped underpin the case for liberal markets in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.     

ORGANIZATIONAL RULES AND THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF NURSING WORK ON GERIATRIC WARDS

The data on which this paper is based come from an ethnography of rehabilitation of the elderly. Two main themes, methodological and substantive, predominate. Some methodological issues surrounding ethnographic techniques are highlighted. These include gaining access, establishing relationships and the researcher having a number of roles rather than just one. The ethnomethodological perspective on organizations as a constellation of rules informs the substantive theme of the paper. Within this perspective rule use is situated and the meanings of particular rules are discerned from their use in specific contexts. This approach enables attention to be directed to the practical problems with which individuals are confronted in doing organizational work and how actors orient to them in action. The ways in which organizational rules may be defeased, manipulated or suspended are detailed with reference to nurses working on geriatric wards.     

THE ECONOMICS OF HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK: AN INTERDICIPLINARY REVIEW OF THE THEORY AND POLICY

Abstract This paper engages in an interdisciplinary survey of the current state of knowledge related to the theory, determinants and consequences of occupational safety and health (OSH). It first describes the fundamental theoretical construct of compensating wage differentials, which is used by economists to understand the optimal provision of OSH in a perfectly competitive labour market. The plethora of incentives faced by workers and firms in job and insurance markets that determine the ultimate level of OSH are discussed in detail. The extensive empirical evidence from the hedonic wage and stated choice approaches used to assess the value of OSH is reviewed. The causes of inefficiency and inequity in the market for OSH, such as externalities, moral hazard in compensation insurance, systematic biases in individual risk perception/well‐being and labour market segregation are subsequently examined. The implications of government intervention and regulation for tackling the aforementioned inefficiencies in OSH are then considered. Finally, the survey identifies areas of future research interests and suggests indicators and priorities for policy initiatives that can improve the health and safety of workers in modern job markets.
