加速推进社会责任建设 山东继续领跑全国

8月25日,山东省委常委、宣传部长李群出席山东省思想政治工作研究会第十五次年会暨第四届企业社会责任高层论坛。他指出,推进经济发展方式转变的工程中,企业思想政治工作大有可为。思想政治工作是我们的优良传统和政治优势,当前实施转方式调结构重大战略,尤为需要重视和加强党的思想政治工作。     

Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility in the Football Industry

Corporate Social Responsibility in the football industry is an important part of each club's agenda, while being more than a business trend. The way its activities are communicated, however, has not attracted, thus far, enough academic interest. This study aims at filling this literature gap by providing not only a presentation of the ways and methods in which CSR is promoted, but also a critical examination of their efficiency. This examination can only take place after the academic literature available on CSR promotion is scrutinized and the sample of the research is clarified. The FA Premier League clubs, the sample of this study, have then been carefully inspected with the help of insiders' interviews, providing details of their current practice in CSR promotion methods, as well as a critical review of their effectiveness. Finally, the question of abundance of CSR promotion in football is being answered taking into consideration both the insiders' and the public opinion.     

The Role of Social Mechanisms in Promoting Supplier Flexibility

Purpose: This study explores a conceptual framework for social mechanisms (trust and shared vision) to induce supplier flexibility (i.e., volume, mix, new product, and delivery flexibility).

Design/methodology/approach: The current study is based on marketing research reviews of social mechanisms and supply chain flexibility literature. To explore these issues, the authors developed and tested hypotheses with data from 162 members of the SMIT (Supply Management Institute, Taiwan).

Findings: The results show that trust has a direct impact on supplier's volume flexibility and delivery flexibility. Furthermore, the findings indicate that a shared vision has direct impact on supplier's mix, new product, and delivery flexibility. Finally, shared vision plays a mediating role among trust and mix, new product, and delivery flexibility.

Research limitations/implications: This research considers buyer's perspective in examining social mechanisms that enhance supplier flexibility. A clear understanding of social mechanisms effects could evaluate competence trust and risk of respective flexibility that may affect social mechanism effectiveness.

Practical implications: This article contributes to management guidelines on how to align suppliers to respond quickly to customer demands.

Originality/value: The study provides novel insights into social mechanism impact on suppliers' respective flexibility.

破解环境与贫困问题症结的关键———促进社会公平

当今世界贫困与环境这两个看似不相关的问题却因发展这个主题紧密地联系在一起。贫困地区往往同时也是生态脆弱和环境污染较为严重的地区,大多数贫困人口正承受着由生态环境破坏而引发的对身体健康的侵害。     

促进流动人口市民化的社会保障制度创新

流动人口这一规模巨大的特殊社会群体是我国经济转型过程与城市化进程交织下所产生的特有现象 ,表现了我国城市化进程中农村人口的非农化过程与城市化过程的不同步性。导致这一现象的主要原因是社会保障制度缺失 ,城乡二元的社会保障制度不仅造成流动人口的权益受损 ,也延缓了我国农村人口城市化的进程。因此 ,必须通过社会保障制度的创新 ,构建有利于流动人口市民化的制度环境。     

矛盾分析法视角下的企业社会责任与财务目标

企业财务目标是企业进行财务决策的行为规范,是财务行为和理财绩效的考核标准.企业作为盈利性组织在不同发展阶段有着不同的财务目标.企业具有社会性质,在承担经济责任外,还要承担相应的社会责任.利用矛盾分析法的"两点论""重点论""普遍与特殊相联系"和"发展论"四个观点,交叉阐释企业社会责任与财务目标之间的内在联系,论证了两者之间不是相互矛盾,而是相辅相成、相互促进的关系.企业所履行的社会责任是和企业的实力相关的.企业的实力不断增强,企业所履行的社会责任的范围与程度等也是不断变化的.     

我国实行以开放促和谐的战略思路及政策选择

1978年以来,对外开放在推动中国经济社会发展方面发挥了十分重要的作用,但也产生了一些负面效应,尤其在地区差距、社会公平、民族产业发展、国家经济安全和企业社会责任等方面造成了诸多不利影响.可以说,当前我国对外开放过程中尚存在着诸多不和谐的因素.在以提高对外开放质量为核心的全面开放新时期,必须按照落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的要求,实行以开放促和谐的新型开放战略,切实依靠对外开放促进国内经济社会发展,促进社会主义和谐社会建设.     

国际企业社会责任与我国劳动者权利保护

本文认为,中国在成为“世界工厂”的同时,劳工问题也日益突出,并被国际社会所关注。目前我国企业在社会责任方面存在的问题,集中表现在侵害劳动者合法权益现象严重,如签订劳动合同的比率很低,劳动者的经济利益得不到保障,劳动条件恶劣、劳动安全问题严重,不支付加班工资,劳动者的生存权受到侵害等。文章提出,为维护劳动者权益,第一,要在全国范围内推行以签订劳动合同为基础的劳动用工登记制度。第二,各级政府和部门要加大执法力度,严厉查处拒不执行最低工资规定的用人单位。第三,劳动保障部门要加强对劳动定额标准的管理,建立和完善日常监察制度。第四,加快社会保障制度建设,抓紧解决进城务工人员参保问题。第五,要加快制订《劳动合同法》、《社会保险法》、《劳动争议处理法》、《就业促进法等法律》,修改完善《劳动法》。     

Knowledge Protection Challenges of Social Media Encountered by Organizations

Although social media (SM) represents a new means of creating and sharing knowledge, it also presents new challenges for protecting confidential information and other data that companies do not want to share. However, knowledge protection and security-oriented knowledge management processes related to SM have received little attention in previous studies. This research attempts to close that gap by examining which information and knowledge protection challenges arise from employees' use of SM, why they arise, and how organizations can address them. The main contribution of this study is a framework that integrates three types of knowledge protection challenges (information security challenges; reputation challenge; management challenges) with five special characteristics of SM (information distribution speed; blurry audience; merging of private and professional identity; easily collectible information; generation transition), which explain why these challenges arise. In addition, the framework presents eight questions that organizations should answer to help them address the three types of knowledge protection challenges. Our findings have practical implications: by answering the eight questions proposed in this study, companies can create knowledge management and protection policies for SM. Furthermore, the findings in this study open up several future research questions.     

Conflict Resolution and Social Protection in an Era of Globalisation: External Dimensions to Europe's Social Policy

Globalisation has marginalised many nations in the South, there are systematic mechanisms via which this occurs. It has also raised inequality between nations, and polarised the world into rich and poor nations. Accompanying international economic marginalisation, a simultaneous growth in violent internal conflict has taken place in developing countries. From both the standpoint of common humanity and security considerations, the marginalising and unequalising effects of globalisation need to be abated via measures to protect the vulnerable. This will also help to stem the tide of internal conflict in the developing world. In this connection Europe, along with its policies and interventions, can be of value.

公共风险分析法在政府公共服务中的运用——以小城镇政府公共服务目标选择为例

当前,如何确定公共服务中政府责任与公共支出的先后顺序,是困扰各级政府及小城镇政府的难点问题。借鉴公共风险分析中的风险归宿法、反向假设分析法、公共服务与公共财政支出关联性方法,可分析判断政府的公共服务目标,并能够以此来确定公共服务提供中的政府责任,明确小城镇政府的适宜公共服务范围、目标,确定公共服务目标的优先顺序。同时,借助定量与定性分析相结合的方法,可为小城镇政府科学选择公共服务目标的范围提供依据。这对于优化公共财政体制,完善政府公共服务模式和公共服务体系,建设人民满意的服务型政府具有现实作用和意义。     

Strategic Goals and Practices of Innovative Family Businesses

A profile of 231 Washington state family businesses is presented. This article focuses on the business strategies of these firms, analyzing the relationship between strategy, performance, and business practices. Firms categorized as Prospector firms reported more gains in their current market position than all other strategic types. These firms were more likely to value an effective management and employee team and to develop new quality products and services and career development plans for non-family employees. Implications for family businesses are discussed.
