基于知识交易视角的供应链伙伴关系与创新绩效实证研究

以供应链企业间知识交易为视角,构建了供应链伙伴关系、知识交易与创新绩效之间关系的概念模型,其中供应链伙伴关系包括信任与关系承诺两个维度。利用结构方程模型结合256家供应链上下游企业的调查数据对上述概念模型进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,供应链企业间信任对关系承诺、知识交易与创新绩效有显著的正向影响;关系承诺对创新绩效有显著的正向影响,但其对知识交易的影响并不显著;知识交易对创新绩效有显著的正向影响。     

供应链伙伴特性对跨企业知识交易影响路径的实证研究——基于关系质量的中介效应

通过引入关系质量这一中介变量,构建了供应链伙伴特性、关系质量对跨企业知识交易影响的概念模型,其中供应链伙伴特性包括文化相容、资源依赖和知识距离等三个方面内容。利用结构方程模型结合256家供应链上下游企业的调查数据对上述概念模型进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,文化相容、资源依赖对关系质量与知识交易有显著的正向影响;知识距离对关系质量有显著的负向影响,对知识交易负向影响不显著;关系质量对知识交易有显著的正向影响;由于关系质量中介效应的存在,知识距离可以间接地影响知识交易,文化相容对知识交易总的影响最大。     

基于顾客心理契约的服务保证与消费者行为意向关系研究

本文采用结构方程构建了服务保证之基于消费者心理契约的中介模型,对C2C环境下服务保证、消费者心理契约和行为意向间关系进行实证研究。结果表明:条件限制性和承诺适度性对消费者交易心理契约有显著的正向影响,条件限制性与利用便捷性对关系心理契约有显著的正向影响,承诺适度性对关系心理契约有显著的负向影响;条件限制性只能通过心理契约影响行为意向,承诺适度性只能通过交易心理契约影响交易型行为意向,但承诺适度性和利用便捷性不仅能通过关系心理契约间接影响关系型行为意向,而且能直接影响关系型行为意向。     

电商平台信用机制与用户嵌入性梯度效应及作用机制

电商交易流量红利趋于放缓的形势下,增强用户嵌入性、创造平台的长期价值成为电商平台治理面临的重要挑战。本文研究信用机制三个要素(印章、评价、契约)对用户嵌入性的递进梯度效应,同时,基于“认知-情感”框架,进一步揭示二者之间的中介机制,即在认知与情感双路径中间构建一条链式中介路径,最终形成双元反向链式中介模型。运用结构方程模型进行实证研究,结果表明:三个要素对用户嵌入性呈现逐级递增的正向影响,其中,风险感知与信任在印章、契约机制与用户嵌入关系中起到链式中介作用;评价机制对用户的信任影响不显著,而信用评价机制的规则设计、内容真实度是难以形成用户信任的主要原因。本研究对于拓展平台信用理论具有重要的启示,并为实践中如何构建信用体系和促进用户深度嵌入到平台进而创造平台的长期价值提供有益视角。     

电子商务信用中介经济功能的实证分析

电子商务信用中介是电子商务市场中的第三方实体机构,其目标是克服电子商务市场的信用障碍与信用风险,提高电子商务市场整体的信用信息与信用意识,形成良好的信用文化.在电子商务实践过程中,第三方信用中介平台扮演了相当重要的角色,它通过制定交易规则、实施交易管理,如实名认证、支付托管、信用评价等手段,构建电子商务市场中的信用机制,从而实现维护公平交易环境、促进交易达成的目标.本文采用调查问卷的方法,通过构建结构方程式模型对第三方信用中介的作用机理进行实证研究.研究结果显示,除实名认证对网站信任的作用未通过验证外,其他研究假设均得到了验证.信用反馈机制的有效性、第三方支付工具的有效性、沟通及互动机制的有效性对交易主体对电子商务网站的信任有正向影响;电子商务网站平台的信任对交易主体的最终购买意向有正向影响.     

变革型领导对企业员工组织信任影响的实证研究

文章以湖南省十家大中型企业251名员工为研究对象,构建了一个包括变革型领导、组织公平、组织政治知觉和组织信任在内的概念模型,运用结构方程建模方法,探讨变革型领导对员工组织信任的影响机制。研究结果表明,变革型领导不仅对员工组织信任具有直接显著的正面影响,而且还通过组织公平、组织政治知觉对员工组织信任产生间接的显著影响,组织公平和组织政治知觉是变革型领导影响企业员工组织信任的中介变量。文章的研究结论对我国企业的人力资源管理具有直接的现实意义。     

基于授权领导视角的员工创新行为实证研究

本研究以珠三角地区253名企业员工为研究对象,基于领导理论和知识分享理论建构了授权领导与创新行为关系的模型,并对组织信任和知识分享在这个过程中的中介作用进行了验证。研究发现:(1)授权领导对组织信任、知识分享与员工创新行为有显著的正向影响;(2)组织信任在授权领导与员工创新行为的关系中起部分中介作用;(3)知识分享在授权领导与员工创新行为的关系中起部分中介作用。     

责任型领导对隐性知识共享意愿的影响研究——员工组织承诺和主动性人格的作用

作为一种战略资源,隐性知识已成为影响当下企业竞争优势地位的重要因素。文章基于社会交换理论和个体—环境匹配理论,以组织承诺为中介变量,主动性人格为调节变量,构建了责任型领导对员工隐性知识共享意愿的影响模型。结果表明,责任型领导对员工隐性知识共享意愿具有显著正向影响;员工组织承诺在二者的关系间发挥了部分中介作用;员工的主动性人格正向调节了责任型领导对员工隐性知识共享意愿的积极作用。该研究结论为企业提高员工间隐性知识共享、增强自身竞争能力提供了一定参考。     

好评情境下口碑文本一致性对消费者购买意愿的影响

以认知评价理论为基础，本文探讨了好评情境下口碑文本一致性对消费者购买意愿的影响机制。通过二手数据的实证检验和两个实验，得出结论：口碑文本一致性对消费者的认知信任和购买意愿的正向影响显著，认知信任对消费者的购买意愿的正向影响显著。口碑文本一致性通过认知信任的中介效应对消费者购买意愿产生影响，并且该中介过程会受到品牌强度的调节作用。仅在品牌强度高的情境中，认知信任在口碑文本一致性和消费者购买意愿的关系中发挥完全中介效应。与此同时，品牌强度亦调节了口碑文本一致性对认知信任和购买意愿的影响。本文的研究结论不仅深化了口碑领域的相关研究，而且对企业的口碑营销实践工作提供了有价值的借鉴。     

契约型农产品营销渠道治理过程研究：收购商管理控制的中介作用

文章以渠道治理和管理控制理论为基础，从交易关系发展过程的视角，将管理控制作为渠道治理的过程机制，重点考察其在保障契约机制有效执行过程中的中介作用以及农户专有资产净投入对契约完备性与管理控制之间关系的调节影响。通过对来自参与订单农业的217份的农户调查数据进行分析发现：收购商的三种管理控制方式（结果控制、过程控制和能力控制）在契约完备性对农户绩效的提升过程中起到中介作用，过程控制也在契约完备性抑制农户投机行为的过程中起到中介作用。同时，研究证实了农户专有资产净投入高时，削弱了契约完备性对三种管理控制正向影响。
