企业节能减排绩效的模糊数学评价模型

企业节能减排绩效评价具有综合性、层次性和模糊性的特点,利用目前传统的评价方法对其进行评价存在一些不足之处。构建了企业节能减排绩效的模糊数学评价模型,将模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评价法相结合,对企业节能减排绩效进行评价。运用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重,然后运用模糊综合评价法对企业节能减排绩效给出定量的综合评价。实证分析验证了此方法的良好效果。     

社区居家养老服务机构绩效评估研究——以上海市为例

以上海市A居家养老服务中心为例,运用平衡计分卡理论构建4类15项的居家养老服务中心的评估指标体系;然后运用AHP——模糊综合评价法对A居家养老服务中心绩效进行定性和定量综合评估。实证分析表明,上海市社区居家养老服务机构的绩效水平并不高。期望本文评估方法可为社区居家养老服务机构提高服务绩效提供一定的借鉴。     

基于AHP-模糊数学综合评价的科技型中小企业融资效果研究

本文在AHP-模糊数学综合评价方法的指引下，以某机电股份有限公司为研究对象，构建某机电股份有限公司的融资效果评价指标体系，用AHP法计算一级指标、二级指标指标权重，构建模糊综合评价模型，获得某机电股份有限公司融资效果模糊综合评价结果，结果表明：某机电股份有限公司融资效果综合评价得分7092，公司能够进行正常运营，融资效果一般；民间资本融资效果差；融资成本高、公司资金到位率低、融资速度慢、净利润增长率低；需要降低融资成本，提升融资资金到位率、融资速度及净利润增长率。据此本文提出了加强民间资本的利用；更新融资观念，提高企业信用意识；完善公司治理结构，提升企业创新能力三方面的措施建议。     

基于模糊方法的企业业务流程创新管理绩效综合评价

企业业务流程创新管理能使企业绩效得到巨大改善。建立了企业业务流程创新管理的绩效评价指标体系，运用模糊综合评价法对其进行了科学评价。     

BP网络优选模型在水利工程绩效管理评估中的应用

结合水利工程建设管理的现状,基于水利工程项目的全生命周期对影响管理绩效的因素和衡量指标进行划分,在综合分析了定量指标和定性指标的基础之上,构建了综合评价指标体系;针对当前绩效管理评估方法的不足,利用神经网络和模糊优选理论建立了基于模糊优选的BP网络优选评估模型,并以某供水改造项目为例,采用所构建的模型对水利工程绩效管理进行科学、合理的综合性评估,以期为相关水利工程的绩效管理评估提供一定的科学依据和理论支持。     

反应堆试验装置巡检机器人性能综合评价

反应堆试验装置巡检机器人是用于堆芯热工水力试验平台工况巡检的智能装备,可实现部分数据采集和现场监测预警。基于该机器人技术特性提出测评指标体系并制定关键指标测试规程,在此基础上提出改进AHP-改进熵权-模糊综合评价法,通过对定性、定量指标分类处理并计算综合权重矩阵及目标模糊隶属度,获得整体综合评价结果,为试验装置巡检机器人的全面验证与综合评价提供手段,同时为核工业特种机器人的性能综合测评提供参考和借鉴。     

企业导师绩效指标体系的构建与评价研究

科学技术的不断进步与知识更新的日益加快，要求企业对员工进行培训和再培训。企业导师制作为一种有效的内隐知识与技能的培训方法，受到许多企业的青睐。保证企业导师制的有效实施，必须加强对导师绩效的评估。因此，按照客观性、科学性、发展性、全面性与可操作性的原则，构建了企业导师绩效的评价指标体系，共包括5个一级指标与15个二级指标。在此基础上，通过对DG公司的实际调研，采用多级模糊综合评价，对导师绩效进行了评价。     

企业信息化绩效评价与实证研究

企业信息化绩效直接影响着企业信息化在企业战略中的有效实施.本文在国内外研究的基础上,根据企业信息化绩效的特性,建立以平衡记分卡(BSC)为准则的企业信息化评估指标体系,运用网络层次分析、模糊评价和数据包络分析的方法对企业信息化绩效进行综合评价.本方法既克服了传统AHP的局限性,又融合了精确定量指标和模糊指标的评价优点,评价结果更加客观准确.通过对浙江宁波企业的实地问卷调查,验证该方法的有效性,为企业信息化绩效评价提供参考.     

模糊BP网络优选模型在水利工程绩效管理评估中的应用

水利工程绩效管理作为管理系统的核心涵盖多种控制因素,本文以我国水利工程管理现状为出发点,依据项目管理全生命周期为系统划分绩效管理影响因素及衡量指标,在综合考虑指标定量与定性特征基础上,建立了水利工程绩效管理评估指标体系,探索构建基于神经网络与模糊优选理论的模糊BP网络优选模型。应用实例表明,该模型运用于水利工程绩效管理评估工作中具备较强适用性,研究可为类似工程绩效管理评估提供决策依据。     

Financial Evaluation of the Product Line

When decisions are being made about adding or dropping a product, most managers will make a financial evaluation of the product and they may try to get some sense of the riskiness of the decision. They will also probably consider the effect of the add/drop decision on other products in the line. Seldom, however, do they consider the risk of a product mix decision in the context of the risk level of the overall product line. Professors Rabino and Wright argue that product managers should take a leaf from the analytical book of financial analysts and calculate a "product Beta" that shows the impact of the risk of the individual product on the risk of the whole portfolio of products. They also suggest some other ways of sharpening the financial picture in what are often strictly marketing evaluations. This is Professor Rabino's second article in JPIM . As in the previous one he coauthored with Howard Moskowitz, this one adds some interesting analytical methodology to managerial decision making.

Preliminary Evaluation of the HECM Reverse Mortgage Program

This paper describes and evaluates the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) insurance demonstration, designed to encourage the development of private reverse mortgage programs by insuring lenders against the risks associated with new mortgage lending programs and with reverse mortgages in particular. The paper evaluates demand for the program by analyzing the attributes of participating borrowers, their properties and the types of payment options chosen. It also presents several observations regarding participation by the financial community in the HECM demonstration, required counseling and legal and regulatory issues that may hamper the growth and development of reverse mortgage programs in general.
The findings suggest strong demand for reverse mortgages among "house-rich, cash-poor" elderly homeowners, either to supplement inadequate current incomes or to provide a reserve against unexpected lump-sum expenses. The flexible design of the HECM program addresses a wide variety of borrower financial needs, even though it imposes higher costs on lenders and servicers. The continued growth of the program, however, is hindered by a shortage of qualified housing counselors in some areas, as well as by a variety of legal and regulatory barriers.     

An Exploratory Study of the Innovation Evaluation Process

In their search for the keys to successful product innovation, product managers and researchers typically focus on trying to identify the most effective organizational processes, strategies, and structures. Surprisingly, little or no effort is directed toward understanding the process that consumers use for evaluating an innovation. By gaining insight into this evaluation process, a firm can present an innovative product in a more effective manner and thus increase the likelihood that consumers will respond favorably to the innovation. Richard W. Olshavsky and Richard A. Spreng provide insight into this process by describing the results of an experiment in which subjects were asked to evaluate several innovative concepts. From their observations, they develop a model of the detailed information-processing steps that these consumers employed in order to evaluate the new products. Consistent with previous research, they found that judgment was the predominant evaluation strategy, particularly for the most innovative concepts. Various subjects also used a categorization strategy, though none used categorization for more than four of the nine concepts that were evaluated. Contrary to expectations, none of the evaluations relied solely on the manufacturer's reputation or the recommendation of a friend. In a simplified model of the evaluation process, when presented with an innovative concept, consumers first attempt to categorize the product. In other words, an innovation may be rejected simply because consumers somehow link it to an existing category that has a negative connotation. If consumers cannot categorize the product, they then employ a judgment process based on some evaluative criteria. Based on the data collected in this study, this simplified model is extended to include four other cognitive processes that strongly influence the evaluation process: forming evaluative criteria, forming expectations about the innovative concept, assessing satisfaction with an old product, and comparing the new and old products. When faced with a highly innovative concept, consumers may find it difficult to form their own evaluative criteria and expectations concerning that innovation. Consequently, managers may have an opportunity to shape the judgment process by educating consumers about the appropriate evaluative criteria or by clearly communicating the product's attributes, benefits, and appropriate use.
