2007中国RFID技术应用论坛北京隆重召开

2007中国RFID技术应用论坛日前在北京国宾酒店隆重举行。本次论坛以“迎接RFID应用新时代的到来”为主题,更加侧重于RFID技术和应用的推广,从剖析一些具体的行业应用与RFID未来的技术走向以及标准发展情况等一些核心问题着手,打通产业链。探讨相关的硬、软件与集成技术,交流成熟的应用方案,推动RFID实际的应用。[第一段]     

RFID技术存在的问题与对策分析

目前RFID已经应用于供应链管理、物流管理、零售管理、交通等诸多行业,已经产生了很大影响.特别是2004年沃尔玛引起了RFID技术在零售业应用的地震,它依靠强大的实力将RFID技术应用在物流和供应链上,提高了效率,降低了成本.随着技术进步带来成本的降低,RFID将会给零售业的发展带来巨大的影响.这一技术使供应链更加流畅、库存管理更加精细.但是,因为存在着标准化、安全性以及隐私性等问题,RFID广泛商用仍存在很大困难.本文就常见的一些问题进行探讨,并提出作者的建议.     

基于RFID技术的供应链信息共享模式探析

Challenges to global RFID adoption

Because of its potential to revolutionize global supply chain management (SCM) systems, ultra high-frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) was recently the cause of much optimism. Wal-Mart mandated its top 100 suppliers to begin using RFID on 1 January 2005; this day was viewed as a watershed day in the industry. However, that date has come and gone, and the expected rapid industry adoption of RFID has not taken place. This paper explores the existing challenges and obstacles to RFID's quick adoption, the potential resolutions and approaches to the challenges, and the migration strategies to expand the RFID industry.     

计算机仿真技术在设施布置中的应用

通过对设施布置的研究,分析了在设施布置中应用仿真技术的必要性,并以Flexsim仿真软件为例介绍了在设施布置中如何利用仿真技术对布置方案进行虚拟仿真,同时根据仿真结果对方案进行分析、评价和改进。

文章探索网络环境下任务驱动教学模式、问题探究教学模式、协同式教学模式和研究性教学模式及其特点,指出现代信息技术教学模式不是对传统教学模式的否定,在具体教学中,教师可以根据授课内容要综合运用多种教学模式,提高教学质量。     

Decomposition of the Koopmans-Beckmann Problem

Subsequent findings indicate that the Koopmans-Beckmann linear programming representation of the quadratic assignment problem may be more useful in solving for the best integer assignment and a set of sustaining prices than their initial results suggest. In response to the renewed interest in the quadratic assignment problem, this brief paper presents the Koopmans-Beckmann linear program in general matrix form, demostrates that the program is decomposable, and shows that the primal subprogram constitutes a simple linear assignment problem whose optimal solution set always contains at least one integer assignment of plants to locations.     

政府和快递包装供应商在绿色技术创新中的演化博弈分析

建立政府和快递包装供应商之间的演化博弈模型,分析两者在绿色技术创新中的演化稳定策略,对参数赋值后用Matlab进行数值仿真。结果表明:政府监管时获得的社会收益及监管成本是影响其行为的关键因素;快递包装供应商进行绿色技术创新的增量收益和增量成本是影响其策略的关键因素,加大政府监管和补贴可以促进快递包装供应商进行绿色技术创新,但政府补贴并非越多越好。最后,从加强政府监管、促进快递包装供应商绿色技术创新动力等方面提出建议。     

The adaptive approach for storage assignment by mining data of warehouse management system for distribution centres

Among distribution centre operations, order picking has been reported to be the most labour-intensive activity. Sophisticated storage assignment policies adopted to reduce the travel distance of order picking have been explored in the literature. Unfortunately, previous research has been devoted to locating entire products from scratch. Instead, this study intends to propose an adaptive approach, a Data Mining-based Storage Assignment approach (DMSA), to find the optimal storage assignment for newly delivered products that need to be put away when there is vacant shelf space in a distribution centre. In the DMSA, a new association index (AIX) is developed to evaluate the fitness between the put away products and the unassigned storage locations by applying association rule mining. With AIX, the storage location assignment problem (SLAP) can be formulated and solved as a binary integer programming. To evaluate the performance of DMSA, a real-world order database of a distribution centre is obtained and used to compare the results from DMSA with a random assignment approach. It turns out that DMSA outperforms random assignment as the number of put away products and the proportion of put away products with high turnover rates increase.     

Capital gains: expatriate adjustment and the psychological contract in international careers

This paper argues that the notion of adjustment to careers involving international assignments needs to be developed further than the current literature reflects. An expatriate assignment is an expatriate's opportunity to build career capital and a company's opportunity to generate social and intellectual capital. The extent of the capital gains will depend considerably on the expatriate's adjustment during and after the assignment, which is influenced by the psychological contract. We argue that our understanding of the career impact of expatriation will be enhanced by a more refined picture of the adjustment that expatriates experience during the assignment and during repatriation. In particular, we examine adjustment as process rather than as event. We propose a broad conception of expatriate adjustment and its link to careers. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
