The Redesign of the Business Model Based on the Structural Perspective

At present, whether internally or abroad, whether in the theory or business, there is a lack of a unified understanding about the basic concepts of structural system and theoretical category of enterprise business model, and its theoretical analysis framework has not been built up, it is the exploratory phase of the model research in the mass. This study aims to analyze the formation mechanism, action mechanism, and evolution mechanism about the business model from the perspective of structure, and designs the enterprise business model architecture and forms a system, besides, explores approaches and strategies about enterprise carrying out business model innovation, and does beneficial bedding in order to use and improve the theoretical system in the process of the enterprise management practice. The significance of this study is to provide analytical methods and tools for the business model questions in the enterprise management practice. This paper firstly defined the connotation of enterprise business model and summarized the seven characteristics of the corporate business model. On the basis of outlining the enterprise business model design theory, the structural design of the corporate business model is mainly discussed. This paper designed the structure of the business model on modular perspective, proposed four constituent units and nine elements of enterprise business model structure system. Through the design of the enterprise business model structure and analysis of the elements that constitute structure, provide the basis for the transformation of innovative enterprise business model, or both enterprise business models, avoid the lack of elements of the enterprise business model structure and lead to business failure. Finally, the paper concludes with the five core strategies for the implementation of the enterprise business model design.

After tracking back of the management origin and probing into the relations between business process and management theory development, this paper finds after the proposition of Taylor＇s scientific management, the business process management began to sprout and was divided into four stages： technological stage of single procedure, interior networked stage, the stage of electronic network and overall networked stage. This paper also proposes the view that the evolvement of business progress management enlightens us a lot in the improvement of today＇s business administration.

Leverage of modem enterprise＇s financial management includes operating leverage and financial leverage. Both of them exist objectively, are not changeable with human＇s minds. They enlarge enterprise＇s benefit and risk, so they have both positive and negative effects. The degrees of them are measured as DOL and DFL. The positive impact is that it will uphold enterprise competitiveness and upgrade enterprise strategy resilience. Chinese textile and apparel should mix CSR strategy into enterprise production, management, employees＇ training as well as the marketing in order to improve its competitiveness.     

A 3D theoretical model for green management：a case study of Chinese enterprises

By analyzing the viewpoints and models of theoverseas and domestic experts and scholars, combining characteristic of China＇s market economy, this paper points outthe real connotation of enterprise green management - the combination of ecological harmony （harmony between humanand nature） with human harmony （harmony among people）, establishes a 3D theoretical model, points out the defects ofenterprise＇s green management in China, reanalyzes and redesigned enterprise green management, which paves the wayfor the deeper and broader development of green management.     

Analysis of marine ecological compensation for environmental risk caused by chemical spill based on game theory

The problem of marine environmental risk is ultimately the result of game theory between the marine environmental managers and the enterprise of potential environmental risk. This paper analyzes the internal economic relationship that whether the “protection” policy is applied between the protection action of marine environmental managers and the chemical enterprise. The result shows that the key factor whether the enterprise adopt the “protection” policy or not is the amount of penalty and the government＇s cost of execution, and the compulsive ecological compensation is obligatory from the angle of stimulating the enterprise of canonical action and adopting the “protection” policy. To build the ecological compensation mechanism based on the environmental risk will effectively improve the level of management in sea area and decrease the probability of chemical spill.

Gender Composition and Gender-based Employees＇ Turnover： An Empirical Study among Women and Men in China＇s Organization

With the disappearance of rigid employment contract and the-intenseness of competition of human resources, turnover has become a great obstacle to firm＇s well-runned development. From the point of firm＇s gender composition, the influence of gender composition on gender-based turnover in each level including leading post remains unclear. The paper explores this issue by using statistical methods on the basis of 332 individual sampling data in 65 different enterprises. The results show that proportion of male to female in high and first-line level has significantly positive influence on employee turnover for both male and female. But the proportion of male to female in middle level has significantly negative influence on employee turnover for both male and female. The whole proportion of male to female in organization has positive influence on turnover. The leader＇s gender has negative effect on turnover of male employee. Most of the above correlations are consistent with foreign researches. Referred to our results, enterprise could control turnover and improve the organization efficiency by adjusting the proportion of male to female in different levels when we make decisions on human resources management in order to attract female employees.

Environmental competitiveness, price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness make up the undivided vital part of product＇s competitiveness. The main aim of the paper is to explain the reason and mechanism of technological diffusion in industry cluster. Following the idea showed in Zhou Qin＇s model, we further develop the theoretical analysis that how the technological gap between strong enterprises and weak enterprises determines the level and speed of technological diffusion. The bigger the technological disparity between strong enterprise and weak enterprise is, the quicker technology spreads and knowledge overflows; on the contrary, the smaller the technological disparity between strong enterprise and weak enterprise is, the slower technology spread and knowledge overflows. Therefore, this kind of mechanism is helpful for enterprises in an industry cluster to learn from each other and to enable each enterprise close to the ＂the average level＂ of technology or knowledge. As a result, we think that, there exists a close relation between technological gap and technological diffusion. The paper puts forward the way of knowledge overflows of the strong enterprises： imitationdemonstration effect, the longitudinal connection in the industrial chain, the labor force flow and transfer, informal exchange.
