Clusterin在Anip973/CDDP细胞株中的表达及其意义

背景与目的 聚集素(Clusterin,CLU)在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用及变化特点是国内外近年来关注的一个热点,但有关CLU在肺癌中表达变化与抗癌药物敏感件机制的研究目前仍无相关报道.本研究比较CLU在Anip973与Anip973/CDDP两种细胞系中的表达,探讨CLU与非小细胞肺癌耐药关系.方法 采用Westernblot从蛋白水平比较CLU住Anip973和Anip973/CDDP中的差异表达,并通过流式细胞仪检测CLU与p53、Bax之间的关系.结果 在蛋白水平,CLU在Anip973/CDDP中的表达都明显高于Anip973(P<0.01);p53在Anip973/CDDP中的表达明显高于Anip973(P<0.01);bax在Anip973/CDDP中的表达与Anip973相比无统计学意义(P>0.05).进入G0期-G1期的Anip973/CDDP耐药细胞明显多于非耐药细胞,而进入S期、G2期-M期的Anip973/CDDP耐药细胞明显少于非耐药细胞.结论 CLU与NSCLC的CDDP耐药性相关;CLU、p53在Anip973/CDDP中呈异常表达,提示CLU基因和p53基因可能共同参与非小细胞肺癌耐药的发生.

MicroRNA与肿瘤关系的研究

微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类普遍存在于细胞中的长度为18-25个核苷酸的非编码小分子RNA,它们通过miRNA介导的特异性的基因沉默导致靶mRNA降解及抑制蛋白质的合成调控转录后基因表达水平.miRNA对细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡有重要的调节作用,在正常组织和肿瘤组织中的表达显著不同,参与了肿瘤的发生、发展.本文以肺癌,肝癌,胃癌为例讨论miRNA在肿瘤方面的研究进展.

利多卡因对先心病小儿芬太尼麻醉诱发呛咳的预防作用

目的 研究利多卡因预处理对于先天性心脏病小儿芬太尼麻醉诱发呛咳的预防作用及安全性.方法 540例先天性心脏病择期手术患儿,ASA Ⅱ～Ⅲ级,年龄1月～14岁,体质量4～65 kg.患儿随机分成9组(n=60),分别按照正交实验设计表(L934)接受利多卡因预处理,安排四因素各三水平分别给药.结果 经利多卡因1.5 mg/kg预处理后,芬太尼麻醉诱发的呛咳发生率最低,为56.1%.首剂芬太尼以5、7.5和10 μg/kg诱导,呛咳发生率分别为55.0%、66.1%和72.2%;以10、20、30 s推注芬太尼,呛咳发生率分别为75.0%、68.9%、49.4%.结论 利多卡因1.5 mg/kg预处理,在30 s内缓慢静注首剂芬太尼5 μg/kg,是先心病小儿芬太尼麻醉诱导时减轻呛咳反应较好的处理方案.     

邵阳市农村土地流转的现状、问题与对策

一、邵阳市农村土地流转的现状和特点 (一)农利土地流转的规模 据统计,2008年邵阳市家庭承包经营的耕地面积共466.6万亩,涉及农户数167万户,签订农村土地承包合同143.4万份,颁发土地承包经营权证书128万份,农村土地承包经营权流转的总面积为37万亩,占全市家庭承包经营耕地总面积的7.9%.其中实行适度规模经营的流转耕地面积7.2万亩,占流转总面积的19.5%.在被调查的8个行政村中,涉及土地流转的占100%,在被调查的52户农户中,涉及土地流转的42户,占80.8%.     

基质细胞衍生因子-1α在颈总动脉球囊损伤后血管中的表达

目的 观察基质细胞衍生因子-1α(SDF-1α)在颈总动脉球囊损伤后血管中的表达.方法 60只雄性SD大鼠分成对照组(C组)和球囊损伤组(S组),后者又分为术后即刻组(S0组)和术后1 d、4 d、7 d组(S1、S4、S7组).S组大鼠均行左侧颈总动脉球囊损伤术.各组大鼠分别采血,流式细胞仪检测外周血中CD34+ CXCR4+细胞;取左侧颈总动脉,应用RT-PCR技术和Western blotting法分别检测SDF-1α mRNA和蛋白表达.结果 S0、S1、S4组大鼠外周血中CD34+ CXCR4+细胞显著增加(P＜0.01),以S0组上升最明显,随后逐渐下降,S7组恢复至基础水平.S0、S1、S4、S7组大鼠颈总动脉样本均可见SDF-1α mRNA和蛋白表达,而C组颈总动脉样本则未见SDF-1α mRNA及其蛋白的表达.结论 血管损伤后,SDF-1α mRNA和蛋白的表达显著增加,并伴随外周血中CD34+ CXCR4+ 细胞数的增加.提示SDF-1α/CXCR4间的相互作用可能在血管损伤后的修复中发挥一定的作用.     

上海市中老年男性下尿路症状的流行病学调查

目的 了解上海市市区中老年男性人群下尿路症状(LUTS)的患病率及对生活质量的影响.方法 运用描述性流行病学的多阶段抽样方法,在上海市市区一般人群中抽取40岁以上男性居民1 583名,通过国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生活质量(QoL)评分等方法调查该人群中LUTS的患病率及对生活质量的影响.结果 在40～49岁、50～59岁、60～69岁和70岁年龄组中,中、重度LUTS(IPSSI≥8)患病率分别为8.7%、19.4%、32.3%和40.2%,呈现随年龄增长患病率上升趋势;随着LUTS严重程度的增加,患者的QoL评分也显著上升,轻、中、重度LUTS三组间QoL评分有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论 上海市市区男性LUTS患病率已接近欧美国家且严重影响生活质量.     

重庆市工会经审工作现状调查及思考

今年上半年,重庆市总工会经审办为准确把握各级工会贯彻落实全总和市总《关于加强工会经费审查监督工作的意见》及《省级工会经审工作规范化建设标准》情况,不断加强和规范工会经审工作,采取召开座谈会、发放调查表、走访等形式,对全市42个区县(自治县、市)和11个产业工会的经审工作现状进行了较全面的调查,情况如下:一、取得的主要成效1.领导重视程度加大。调查中我们发现,自从全总和市总下发了《关于加强工会经费审查监督工作的意见》、尤其是《省级工会经审工作规范化建设标准》以后,我市90%左右的区(市)、县及产业工会领导贯彻落实上级…     

知识产权保护的价值有多大？——来自中国上市公司专利数据的经验证据

本文从立法制规保护、司法保护、行政保护三个维度构造省级层面的知识产权保护指标并与上市公司专利数据匹配,使用Griliches (1981)“知识资本”价值评估模型定量测算了知识产权保护的价值。研究发现:1.专利的平均价值约为685万元/件,且发明的价值明显高于实用新型与外观设计;2.省区知识产权保护强度每提升1%将使上市公司发明、实用新型、外观设计的价值分别提升128、10、15万元,使用地方知识产权局领导的教育信息作为工具变量解决潜在的内生性问题,结论稳健成立;3.分维度看,司法保护的价值最大,立法制规保护次之,行政保护尚不明确;4.非国有企业与高科技行业企业的专利价值对知识产权保护更为敏感。本文启示,在中国经济发展的攻坚期和深水区,加强知识产权“有法必依”的司法保护、整合司法与行政“双轨制”保护,有助于激励企业研发创新。

The Usefulness of Measures of Consistency of Discretionary Components of Accruals in the Detection of Earnings Management

Abstract:  Prior research has shown the prevalence of measurement error in models used to estimate aggregate discretionary accruals. In these models, the incremental information content of the various components of accruals is ignored. Limited prior research and data gathered from firms under Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) litigation indicate that managers use either one or more than one component of accruals simultaneously, in a consistent way to manipulate bottom-line earnings in a given direction. I propose two measures that capture the consistency between the discretionary components of accruals and test their significance in earnings management (EM) detection in firms that have artificially added accrual manipulation and firms that were targeted by the SEC for accrual manipulation. There is evidence that this information is incrementally useful in detecting EM. This finding paves the way for improvements in the discretionary accruals measure by including consistency information from the components of aggregate accruals.

Summary of Results of Survey of Seminar Attendees

Abstract

The Society of Actuaries undertook a three-phase research project on mortality improvement in the three NAFTA countries: Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. Phase 1 consisted of a literature review of papers on projecting mortality levels in the future and a study of the trend in mortality improvement during this century. Phase 2 consisted of a discussion of different facets of modeling mortality rates at a seminar attended by 79 experts (actuaries, demographers, economists, and medical researchers) representing different countries. The last session of the seminar consisted of the completion of a survey by the attendees to obtain input for Phase 3, which would analyze the impact of mortality improvement on the social security system of each country. This paper summarizes the results of the survey.

The survey results illustrate the difficulty in forecasting mortality levels, because the effects of many factors that could have significant impact on mortality rates are unknown. This suggests the need for dynamic forecasting, which allows for the possibility of random shocks. A majority of the survey respondents believe that stochastic forecasting models, despite their complexity, have significant potential to add value. Respondents also believe that both historical data and cause-specific mortality forecasts are useful as input and also in validating forecasts of the aggregate levels of mortality. The challenge is to develop more sophisticated forecasting models to produce results that are relatively easy to interpret and to communicate these results to the desired audiences, including the public and policymakers.

The survey results suggest that the aggregate effect of lifestyle changes, medical advances, diseases, catastrophe, and physical environmental changes is an increase in life span. However, there is much uncertainty about the future. Respondents expect that beyond the year 2020 the mean annual rate of reduction in mortality for males age 65 and over will average about 0.58% for Canada, 0.76% for Mexico, and 0.67% for the U.S. The results for the female age 65 and over population are 0.64%, 0.83%, and 0.70%, respectively. The age 65 and over population is expected to see larger percentage reductions in mortality than the 0–14 and 15–64 populations. The reductions in male and female mortality will be ultimately the same, and the mortality levels in the three countries will ultimately converge, although differences may persist for decades.     

Separation of Unit of Account from Medium of Exchange

The separation of a unit of account (UoA) from a medium of exchange (MoE) in the commodity–money system is investigated by considering explicitly a seller's choice of UoA in terms of either an MoE or a unit of metal weight. If the likelihood of debasement of an MoE and its rate are high enough, the price is posted in terms of a unit of metal weight rather than an MoE. Interestingly, this MoE–UoA separated equilibrium yields the flexible nominal price, whereas an MoE–UoA integrated equilibrium yields the sticky one. This implies the nominal price rigidity in the fiat‐money system where MoE and UoA are integrated.

银行管理信息平台建设发展的思考

一、目前国内银行IT发展现状及面临的问题 银行数据集中工作的完成,标志着银行的业务由电子化建设阶段转入信息化建设阶段.一方面银行数据的集中提供了丰富全面的基础数据,面对日益庞大的数据源,如何将数字转化为对银行有用的信息,并从中发现知识,为银行的经营决策提供支持,是摆在银行IT人员面前的一个亟待解决的问题.另一方面用户对银行信息的需求日益增长,如果银行没有一套完整、实用的信息管理系统,将对业务发展非常不利.南京爱立信公司倒戈花旗银行事件曾经轰动一时,其中一个重要原因就是中国本地银行不能满足爱立信全球总部对南京爱立信公司的要求:每周财务上报和每天贷款限额管理.这一事件为中国商业银行的未来发展敲响了警钟,如果不加快管理信息系统的开发,迅速提升业务管理水平,类似的事件还会接连不断地发生,并最终导致国内商业银行在同国外商业银行的竞争中全面溃败.     

Properties of time-series estimates of degree of leverage measures

Empirical studies suggest that time-series regression estimates of the degrees of operating and financial leverage have a tendency to produce measures less than one. According to ex ante theory, these measures should be greater than one for firms operating above the breakeven point. There have also been suggestions that the biases in these estimates may be attributable to an underlying increase in unit sales. This work presents evidence that these counter-intuitive measures are produced by changes in the firm's operating parameters (unit price, variable cost, fixed cost and interest payments). It further suggests that attempts to control for the underlying change in unit sales substantially increase the volatility of predicted estimates.
