单向拉伸薄膜专用树脂研制成功

福建师范大学化学化工学院的科研人员近日研发出高性能、高透气单向拉伸薄膜专用树脂。该树脂以聚乙烯和微米级无机矿物填料为主要材料，添加铝锆偶联剂、茂金属聚乙烯改性剂、复合分散剂等助剂，采用偶联处理、分散增容、共混改性技术和密炼、挤出工艺研制而成。产品具有耐热性和熔融流动性好、含水量低、分散性佳、加工性能稳定等特点，适用于流延单向拉伸工艺生产高透气薄膜。该树脂可广泛用于卫生用品、医疗护理用品、

大庆石化推出茂金属LLDPE新品

继线型低密度聚乙烯（LLDPE）茂金属HPR18H10AX牌号达到万吨级生产规模之后，大庆石化塑料厂近日在该装置上生产出第二个万吨级新产品-DFDA-8042KJ。截止2008年9月20日，已生产近5000t。大庆石化技术人员通过市场调研和用户走访，参考国内外同类产品，结合装置实际情况，对产品指标和操作条件进行了合理设计，经工业生产、后加工应用试验及反复调整后，
