[目的] 通过研究提出一种新的精密度评定方法,用于评定ICP-AES分析方法精密度.[方法] 通过对ICP-AES分析方法全过程的分析和研究,可将影响实验室内部精密度的诸多不确定因素归纳为样品称量不确定度、试样的化学处理到试液定容整个过程的不确定度和校准曲线校准被测试液浓度等三种不确定度,采用实验室内不确定度评定试验替代国家标准GB6379中的实验室间的协同试验确定测试方法的重复性和再现性.[结果] 采用本文提出的精密度评定方法,其评定结果与实际监测的精密度结果相符.[结论] 该方法简单、快捷、节约大量经费;评定出来的精密度与通过精密度协同试验得到的重复性r和重现性R值相当,与ICP-AES分析方法的实际精密度符合.  相似文献

作为一个内生型地方产业集群,温州鞋业以各种不同方式融入了由跨国公司主导的鞋业全球价值链并取得了快速的发展。然而,近年来温州鞋业集群正面临着生产要素紧缺、国际销售渠道匮乏等诸多发展瓶颈和传统优势弱化、企业外迁等升级压力。从整体上看,温州鞋业集群还处于低附加值的生产制造环节。目前,温州已形成了两类发展路径截然不同的鞋业企业,这两类不同企业可根据自身的资源实力和企业发展战略,沿着鞋业全球价值链分别寻求合适的升级途径。对此,各级政府要予以大力地支持和帮助。  相似文献

Due to increased imports and increasingly competitive consumer markets, this study was undertaken to determine consumers' quality images of Canada and the major countries from which men's, women's and children's clothing, and men's and women's footwear were imported. A self-completed mail survey of 635 members of a consumer panel yielded demographic representation from English- and French-speaking men and women. The Fishbein-Rosenberg multi-attribute model was used to compute consumers' attitudes towards countries as producers of clothing and footwear. Consumers had high quality images of Canadian-, U.S.- and European-made clothing and footwear. The styling of Italian-made shoes and French-made clothing was perceived as superior to Canadian-made products. All consumers were critical of the products from low-wage countries, particularly consumers with higher education, income and employment status. Implications were drawn emphasizing the need for consumer research and marketing strategies.  相似文献

This paper evaluates the impact of the 2006 European Union anti‐dumping (AD) action on Vietnamese footwear in three markets: imports to the EU, footwear producers in Vietnam, and the trade diversionary adjustment of Vietnamese firms in the US market. We find that the AD action reduced Vietnamese imports to the EU by as much as 65 per cent. Given that the EU makes up almost two‐thirds of Vietnam's footwear exports and footwear is among the top four export industries for Vietnam, this reduction is economically significant. Consistent with predictions of our model, we find evidence of trade diversion by Vietnamese producers from the EU to the US market. Our difference‐in‐difference estimates of the AD actions on the value of Vietnamese footwear imports to the United States ranged from 69 to 71 per cent over the period 2004–07 and 69 to 72 per cent in terms of quantity. These results highlight the spillover effects of trade policy in third markets when firms adjust to trade barriers. Our results are robust to triple‐difference specifications where we adjust for trend differences and a series of placebo specifications.  相似文献

This article analyzes the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program within NAFTA, the U.S.-Israel Free Trade Agreement (FTA), U.S.-Canada-FTA, and the Orderly Market Agreement (OMA) for the footwear industry. It evaluates costs and benefits as well as factors affecting TAA's certification and denial processes following trade liberalization. A three-stage least-squares (3TLS) model correlates the a priori specifications we developed from the literature and evaluates TAA's enhancement of net consumer surplus. The benefits have significant, independent effects on four census regions of the United States engaged in footwear production. A simulation of the results indicates some robustness in the estimates and supports the Department of Labor (DOL) rule-of-thumb statements of job gains due to trade liberalization. The results are supportive of the bipartisan NAFTA agreement. Due to TAA's benefits to displaced workers, positive net benefits have been substantial from the inception of NAFTA, in 1994, to 1997.  相似文献

At present, the group has seven subsidiary companies such as Suzhou Chinafaith Int'l Cooperation which specializes in importing & exporting handling for the group, Chinatex Technology Co.,Ltd which is specialized in transportation and logistics for the group, etc.. The total area of Chinafaith is about 110000 sq. meters. There are more than 3,500 skilled workers, 2400 sets of professional manufacturing machinery, including CAD and computer controlled operating machines. Annual output reaches 3 million pieces in woven garments and 0.6 million pieces in knitted garments. Their products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, Africa, Asia, etc, most of which meet the standards set by EN471, EN343, EN531, EN469, ANSI, NFPA, and attestation of CE. In many industries, production offshoring towards countries with low labour costs has been a common trend in recent decades. However, we find some resistance to dismantling factories in a footwear industry cluster in Spain. From a customer perspective of value creation, and based on qualitative and quantitative data, we analyse the evolution of firms’ offshore–inshore strategies associated with the main periods of cluster expansion and contraction over the last 25 years. We highlight three main findings. First, the pressures of the environment can terminate firms but not necessarily the entrepreneurial orientation of their owners to continue in the same industry. Second, adaptive processes to create value for the consumer in the footwear industry seek a balance between production offshoring and domestic production in order to optimize the firm's competitive position. Third, coevolutionary theory should consider not only the selection and adaptation processes but also the capacity of firms to influence their environment, since the alternative strategies to create value for customers in footwear industry have resulted in speeding up the footwear fashion market. This study focuses on the bright side of perceptual differences regarding leadership that may exist between managers and employees. Specifically, building on leadership literature, the authors propose that in situations wherein a manager’s perceptions of their own leadership are lower than that of their employees’ perceptions of their managers’ leadership, employees’ sales performance levels are higher. Data were collected from retail store managers and frontline employees in Brazil in three different contexts (e.g., footwear, clothing, and furniture). Based on polynomial regression analyses, the findings suggest that sales performance is generally higher when a manager’s self-perceptions are lower than their frontline employees’ perceptions of managers’ transactional and transformational leadership.  相似文献
