企业家认知对家族企业制度变迁影响的实证研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以江苏、上海、浙江110家中小家族企业为样本,采用Spearman等级相关系数和Wilcoxon秩和检验两种方法,检测了家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机、创新素质与家族企业制度变迁之间的关系。研究结果表明:家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机以及创新素质对家族企业管理开放度有显著的影响,且企业家家族取向程度低,目标偏好于事业,创新素质高,家族企业管理开放度就高;反之,则管理开放度就低。家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机以及创新素质对家族企业所有权开放度没有显著的影响。  相似文献

形成健康良好的浙商企业家代际传承意义重大。目前,浙商家族企业在继任选拔、培养锻炼、社会促进、法律规范、自我提升等代际传承方面还存在继任选拔机制不健全、创业者轻视企业外部历练、政府和社会各界忽视对新生代企业家的培养和成长、法律规范不健全、企业家的自我提升能力不足等问题。浙商家族企业应加快完善继任选拔机制,重视继任者的企业外部历练,政府和社会应为其成长创造良好的外部环境,并健全相关法律法规,以促进其自我提升,从而形成良好的浙商新生代成长机制,提高全省的综合经济实力。  相似文献

This paper examines the impact of culture on family businesses in two regions of Africa: sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle Eastern region. Nine cross-culturally comparable “etic” dimensions are used to assess characteristics of family firms in both regions, based on the Culturally-sensitive Assessment System and Education (CASE) project. Overall, the characteristics of family businesses in the regions are associated with their distinctive cultures. Several commonalities are found; however, the observed differences suggest directions for the African family businesses to become the engines for national and regional development. Implications for further research and for practice are identified.  相似文献

This research was carried out among 220 married women in business in Ankara. Its aim was to determine the profile of women entrepreneurs. A random sampling method was used and data were collected through individual interviews (face‐to‐face). The study examined working status, reasons for being in business and the types of businesses involved. It examined the difficulties experienced in starting up and maintaining the businesses, the risks involved, earnings, the characteristics of the entrepreneurs and future planning. Government rules and regulations were considered, as was the willingness of women entrepreneurs to participate in training programmes. The women’s ages, educational levels and the extent of their business experience were also examined.  相似文献

文章选取了截至2006年底383住家族富豪控制的419个家族上市公司为研究样本,从最终控制家族是"企业家"还是"资本家"这一新的视角考察最终控制家族的这种经营倾向上的差别对上市公司治理结构以及公司绩效的影响,设计了两个模型对绩效分别进行单变量分析和多元回归分析.实证分析表明不同控制家族下的公司治理结构具有明显差异,而这种差异在一定程度上也对公司绩效有显著影响,这从完善公司治理结构角度,提高我国家族上市公司的绩效提供了一定的借鉴意义.  相似文献

Despite the economic relevance and distinctiveness of family firms, little attention has been devoted to researching their nature and functioning. Traditionally, family firms have been associated both to positive and negative features in their relationships with the stakeholders. This can be linked to different orientations toward corporate social responsibility. Thus, this research aims to identify the approaches that Spanish family firms maintain about social responsibility, based on the model developed by Quazi and O Brien Journal of Business Ethics 25, 33–51 (2000). An empirical study carried out for 112 Spanish family firms gives support to our initial assumption about these organizations not being a homogeneous group in terms of their orientation towards corporate social responsibility. The differences in perceptions do not seem to be associated to biographical characteristics. These results lead to some relevant academic and practical implications that suggest interesting lines for future research.María de la Cruz Déniz Déniz is professor in the Department of Management at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University (Spain). Purpose: Business incubators are areas created to help firms find their feet and are devised to promote entrepreneurial initiatives. From the relationship marketing approach, the present study seeks to identify the key differentiating variables involved in relations between entrepreneurs located in the same incubator.

Methodology/approach: The research process is grounded on an exploratory qualitative analysis, based on in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs who belong to two Spanish public business incubators, which form part of the Chamber for Business Creation and Development (INCYDE) network of incubators.

Findings: Findings allow us to highlight aspects such as complementarity of resources, awareness and shared values, frequent contact, and a psychological commitment, as well as certain specific aspects of the relations to emerge in such contexts.

Originality/value/contribution: The article contributes to the literature on business-to-business relationships by developing a conceptual framework of relations among entrepreneurs located in incubators. Moreover, it provides an agenda for future research on the process whereby value and social capital is created through business incubators.  相似文献

The paper exmaines the factors that facilitate and inhibit women's entry into managerial positions, drawing on the findings from a previous study conducted in 1993 and comparing the results against those based on an analysis of selected contributions (from 1993–2003) in the media. A content analysis is conducted in three local newspapers on how they described woman and male managers. Profile, word and theme analysis are carried out on the selected contributions. Findings reveal that successful women managers are increasingly accepted and recognized by the society. Nonetheless, they still have to fulfill their traditional social roles. 本文将家族企业代际传承分为参与管理、共同管理和接收管理三个阶段,探究了处于不同阶段家族企业的绩效情况以及二代推动的家族企业战略转型对企业绩效的影响。利用2010-2012年我国A股主板上市公司中家族企业的样本展开实证研究,得出如下结论:二代进入家族企业高管,参与家族企业的日常经营和战略决策,或者与一代共同管理家族企业,对企业业绩产生正面影响;由于样本数量较少的客观原因,接收管理后企业绩效的经济后果关系未能得到证实;二代推动的战略转型对共同管理和企业绩效的关系起反向调节作用,在代际传承的共同管理阶段实施战略转型会降低原有真实绩效。  相似文献

This case describes the development process of Fu Yuan Guan, a Chinese time-honored brand. Through privatization, Fu Yuan Guan survived and rapidly captured its market. However, the family business management style proved to be a bottleneck during further expansion. There is a need to recruit qualified professional managers to improve the overall management of the firm but it seems there are challenges in doing so. This case describes the daily operationalization of this family firm together with the approach of top managers, with the purpose of exhibiting how its internal management is implemented.  相似文献

家族企业是我国经济发展中的一支重要力量。家族控制主导式治理模式使企业具有较强的向心力和合聚力,在发展初期能够减少交易成本和委托代理成本,但存在着用人机制不科学、组织结构不规范、存在继承风险等问题。家族控制主导式的治理模式向职业经理人治理企业的理想模式的转变,应从企业自身方面有规划的聘用职业经理人、完善企业激励约束机制、注重家族企业文化的创建,逐步向职业经理人治理模式转型。同时,政府也应该给予家族企业支持,完善相应的法律法规,规范职业经理人市场,促进社会信用与诚信的建设,使家族企业完成治理转型。  相似文献

Entrepreneurs typically live with the ever-present threat of business failure arising from limited financial resources and aggressive competition in the marketplace. Under these circumstances, conflicting priorities arise and the entrepreneur is thus faced with certain dilemmas. In seeking to resolve these, entrepreneurs must often rely on their own judgment to determine “what is right”. There is thus a need for a technique to assist them decide on a course of action when no precedent or obvious solution exists. This research paper examines how entrepreneurs experience and deal with these dilemmas. The research is based on interviews with seven entrepreneurs in established service-oriented ventures, which gave rise to 26 dilemmas. These dilemmas were analyzed by making use of the Synergy Star technique, which is introduced here as a tool that is useful in defining any dilemma, isolating the ethical component, and resolving the dilemma in a way that is congruent with the entrepreneur’s personal world-view. Dr. David Robinson lectures in Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics at Queensland University of Technology and Bond University in Australia and is Visiting Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. Himself an entrepreneur and director of companies with varied business interests, he holds a Master of Science from Brunel University, London, an MBA from Newport University, California and a Ph.D. from Rhodes University, South Africa. Dave is a past surfing and lifesaving champion and is known around the world as ‘Dr. Dave - the Surfing Professor’. Per Davidsson is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Director of Research at Queensland University of Technology, Australia and Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden. Hennie van der Mescht is Associate Professor and Head of the Education Department at Rhodes University, South Africa. 从家族接班人的职位视角,按照家族内部传承的进程,可以把家族内部传承区分为三个阶段:传承前期,传承中期和传承后期。文章基于我国2007-2011年上市家族企业的数据,分析了家族内部传承进程对贷款期限结构的影响。研究结果表明:(1)家族内部传承进程与长期借款比率呈倒“U”型关系。(2)在传承前期,家族内部传承可以促进企业获得长期借款,此结论支持了家族声誉理论。相对于家族间接控制来说,家族直接控制会强化家族内部传承的促进作用。(3)在传承中期,家族内部传承与长期借款比率的关系不显著。(4)在传承后期,家族内部传承会阻碍企业获得长期借款,此结论支持了资产专有理论。与第一代家族成员同时担任董事长和总经理相比,第二代家族成员同时担任董事长和总经理对长期借款比率的负面效应更大。  相似文献
