企业家认知对家族企业制度变迁影响的实证研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以江苏、上海、浙江110家中小家族企业为样本,采用Spearman等级相关系数和Wilcoxon秩和检验两种方法,检测了家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机、创新素质与家族企业制度变迁之间的关系。研究结果表明:家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机以及创新素质对家族企业管理开放度有显著的影响,且企业家家族取向程度低,目标偏好于事业,创新素质高,家族企业管理开放度就高;反之,则管理开放度就低。家族企业家的创新价值观、创新动机以及创新素质对家族企业所有权开放度没有显著的影响。 相似文献

形成健康良好的浙商企业家代际传承意义重大。目前,浙商家族企业在继任选拔、培养锻炼、社会促进、法律规范、自我提升等代际传承方面还存在继任选拔机制不健全、创业者轻视企业外部历练、政府和社会各界忽视对新生代企业家的培养和成长、法律规范不健全、企业家的自我提升能力不足等问题。浙商家族企业应加快完善继任选拔机制,重视继任者的企业外部历练,政府和社会应为其成长创造良好的外部环境,并健全相关法律法规,以促进其自我提升,从而形成良好的浙商新生代成长机制,提高全省的综合经济实力。 相似文献

Despite the economic relevance and distinctiveness of family firms, little attention has been devoted to researching their nature and functioning. Traditionally, family firms have been associated both to positive and negative features in their relationships with the stakeholders. This can be linked to different orientations toward corporate social responsibility. Thus, this research aims to identify the approaches that Spanish family firms maintain about social responsibility, based on the model developed by Quazi and O Brien Journal of Business Ethics 25, 33–51 (2000). An empirical study carried out for 112 Spanish family firms gives support to our initial assumption about these organizations not being a homogeneous group in terms of their orientation towards corporate social responsibility. The differences in perceptions do not seem to be associated to biographical characteristics. These results lead to some relevant academic and practical implications that suggest interesting lines for future research.María de la Cruz Déniz Déniz is professor in the Department of Management at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University (Spain). 本文将家族企业代际传承分为参与管理、共同管理和接收管理三个阶段,探究了处于不同阶段家族企业的绩效情况以及二代推动的家族企业战略转型对企业绩效的影响。利用2010-2012年我国A股主板上市公司中家族企业的样本展开实证研究,得出如下结论:二代进入家族企业高管,参与家族企业的日常经营和战略决策,或者与一代共同管理家族企业,对企业业绩产生正面影响;由于样本数量较少的客观原因,接收管理后企业绩效的经济后果关系未能得到证实;二代推动的战略转型对共同管理和企业绩效的关系起反向调节作用,在代际传承的共同管理阶段实施战略转型会降低原有真实绩效。 相似文献

家族企业是我国经济发展中的一支重要力量。家族控制主导式治理模式使企业具有较强的向心力和合聚力,在发展初期能够减少交易成本和委托代理成本,但存在着用人机制不科学、组织结构不规范、存在继承风险等问题。家族控制主导式的治理模式向职业经理人治理企业的理想模式的转变,应从企业自身方面有规划的聘用职业经理人、完善企业激励约束机制、注重家族企业文化的创建,逐步向职业经理人治理模式转型。同时,政府也应该给予家族企业支持,完善相应的法律法规,规范职业经理人市场,促进社会信用与诚信的建设,使家族企业完成治理转型。 相似文献

Entrepreneurs typically live with the ever-present threat of business failure arising from limited financial resources and
aggressive competition in the marketplace. Under these circumstances, conflicting priorities arise and the entrepreneur is
thus faced with certain dilemmas. In seeking to resolve these, entrepreneurs must often rely on their own judgment to determine
“what is right”. There is thus a need for a technique to assist them decide on a course of action when no precedent or obvious
solution exists. This research paper examines how entrepreneurs experience and deal with these dilemmas. The research is based
on interviews with seven entrepreneurs in established service-oriented ventures, which gave rise to 26 dilemmas. These dilemmas
were analyzed by making use of the Synergy Star technique, which is introduced here as a tool that is useful in defining any
dilemma, isolating the ethical component, and resolving the dilemma in a way that is congruent with the entrepreneur’s personal
world-view.

ABSTRACTWeChat business is an emerging way of doing business in China, which can be considered as a marriage between traditional e-business and social networking communications. In WeChat business, firms have developed customer relationships along two distinct ways: business relationships and friendships. However, research on the combination of business relationships and friendships is relatively nascent, and there are contradictory findings. In this study, we examine the effectiveness of the two relationship strategies using data from a field experiment through the WeChat platform by an apparel firm. Results from the field experiment suggest that development of friendships with new customers can help the strategy of developing business relationships; but developing friendships and business relationships with experienced customers negates each other. The study contributes to the literature on relationship marketing and role theory, and helps WeChat managers clarify how new social networking relationships with customers can be effectively leveraged. 相似文献

通过构建家族企业演化博弈理论框架,本文梳理了中国家族企业外部环境流变,分析了聂氏家族、冯氏家族企业的内部博弈和外部博弈。从中国家族企业外部环境变迁中可以看出政权的更迭给家族企业营造了不利的发展环境,家族企业在无干预的社会环境下会发展得更好;通过比较聂氏恒丰和冯氏利丰演化博弈的发展经历,发现未完全演化的家族企业终将走向衰亡,惟有形成新认知模式、完全演化的家族企业才能成功延续。 相似文献

文章利用浙江和重庆两地351家家族企业调查数据,在将家族企业社会责任区分为内部人责任、外部人责任和公共责任的基础上,实证检验了家族企业社会责任与企业绩效关系及内部能力和外部关系的调节效应.结果显示:第一,高内部能力(制造能力、吸收能力)家族企业内部人责任对绩效的影响更大;高吸收能力家族企业公共责任对绩效的影响更小;具有丰富外部关系(高密度、大范围关系网络)家族企业外部人责任对绩效的影响更大.第二,高内部能力家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的正向影响,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响.低吸收能力家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的负向影响;具有低密度关系网络家族企业中,内部人责任对绩效有显著的正向影响,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响;具有大范围关系网络家族企业中,公共责任对绩效有显著的负向影响. 相似文献

Women entrepreneurs from two Central European countries with relatively new market economies were interviewed for this research. The authors describe the experiences and motivation of these women international business owners and compare them to the literature on women entrepreneurs in North America. Cross-culturally, women entrepreneurs share many of the same motivations for starting a business, and experience similar challenges to making their enterprises successful. North American models of entrepreneurship are also examined. The findings suggest a universal model for entrepreneurship. Suggestions for government policies are put forward. Managerial and theoretical implications are also presented and new directions for research on women entrepreneurs are suggested. 相似文献
