A Study on Service Quality Improvement of Property Management in China

This paper analyses the service quality level of property management in China and the relationship between the improvement of service quality and the obtaining profit ability for a property management enterprise. It is very important for property management industry＇s development. Moreover, based on an analysis of key factors to service quality, a continuous quality improvement approach for China＇s property management is proposed, and some useful quality improvement tools and methods involved in this approach are briefly addressed, which can promote the service quality of whole property management industry in China.

Technological developments, globalization, and numerous information types have caused significant changes in every part of people＇s life. In this era, along with the occurrence of information society, organizations have also initiated this changing process. Nowadays, increasing competition in economy makes information the most valuable part of production. Management administration, which is of high importance for the firms and which provides advantage in sustainable competition, has become one of the most popular topics. From now on, information is an economical tool for organizations. The people, who have information, are evaluated as powerful. Moreover, if the organizations produce new information from available information, they move ahead of their opponents. Information is in the centre of financial and social change. Meanwhile, information has a key role in both societies＇ and foundations＇ superiority struggle over another. Knowledge management is a compile of strategies and processes for creating, finding, and exploiting information. Reaching, gathering, sharing, utilizing, evaluating, and storing information are some of the processes of knowledge management. One of the most important parts of obtaining advantage in competition firms is to evaluate information effectively. In this paper, information management, its importance, its conceptual development, its aim, its underlying perspective, and its processes are highlighted. In the results of the study, two questions have been studied： What can be done in addition to current situation of information management and what are the points need to be careful about. The main focus in this article is on the knowledge management and its importance in the management science.     

Does Corporate Short-term Financing Bills Mitigate Bank Credit Risk？

The corporate short-term financing bill is one of the financial innovation products in 2005 in China, whose purpose is to solve the unbalance enterprise financing structure. On the basis of overview of the corporate short-term financing bills, the paper researches its effect on the bank＇s risk management and reaches the conclusion that the corporate short-term financing bills can reduce the bank＇s credit risk only by improving the systematic and technical environment in China.

Government Policies and Private Enterprise Development in China： 2003-2006

The relationship between government policy and economic development has been a long- standing topic of academic research andpolicy debate. The government of a transitional economy plays an important role in the process of economic development. Over the past three decades, the Chinese economy has been growing very rapidly, in particular because of the rapid development of the private sector. However, the performance of private enterprises is still affected by government policies. In the present paper, we examine the changes in large Chinese private enterprises performance during 2003-2006 and test the determinants of such changes. We conclude that the Chinese Government＇s discriminating policies against private enterprises are the main cause of the private sector＇s downturn.     

Study on HRM innovation based on knowledge management

The literature about the knowledge economy has marginalized its most important dimension-people. The development of human capital and its role in the competition in relation to the changed nature of the employment relationships between workers and their organizations are examined. The paper also holds that the continuum perspective, in which knowledge in a particular context has both tacit and explicit characteristics, is of particular value when considering the knowledge strategy of an organization. Whereas the former perspective presents a well-known dilemma, the continuum perspective permits the specification of a strategy in which the advantages of both tacit and explicit knowledge can be obtained, in principle. The paper puts forward the explicit/tacit dilemma that leads to a possible way forward in resolving the dilemma for organizations through the human resource management.     

Taizhou Model： Institutional Innovation and the Development of Private Economy

Based on the case of Taizhou City in Zhejiang Province, the present paper investigates the mechanism of the interaction between the local government and private enterprise in the process of regional economic development. We identify the ＂Taizhou Model＂ as a model of institutional innovation and the development of private economy, which is private sectorinduced and local government-promoted. Indeed, the impact of such mechanisms has had a significant influence on the reforms and development of China＇s economic system.     

The Measure for the Management Innovation Performance of Industrial Enterprise of Sichuan Province

Both science and technology are the primary productive forces, and management is the second productivity. An industrial enterprise is an aorta of a country or a regional economic growth, while the level of its management innovation is directly influencing the economic growth rate of the country or the area. The management innovation performance of industrial enterprises mainly embodies the impetus to the country or the regional economic growth of management innovation. To measure the contribution proportion of management innovation to the industrial economic growth of Sichuan, the econometric model was set up by introducing management innovation as exogenous variable to Sichuan industrial economic growth model, and utilizing the relevant data of industrial economic growth of Sichuan, based on Solow＇s residual value method to calculate scientific and technological progress. The results, to some extent, can be used to offer some suggestions to manager＇s decision, and promote the sustainable, stable and well development of the industrial economy of Sichuan.     

Development in China＇s Foreign Trade： 2003-2012

China＇s foreign trade has entered a new stage, marked by some profound changes since 2003. After 5 years ＇consecutive high growth, China＇s foreign trade experienced a significant slowdown in growth following the onset of the global financial crisis in 2008. The purpose of this article is to present a review of the development in China＇s foreign trade over the past l O years, and to explore important changes that have taken place during this period of time. A majorfinding of the presentpaper is that the traditional forces driving the high export growth in China, that is, low-cost labor, low-cost resources and low-cost money, have been disappearing. The policy implication is that over the next l O-15 years, the most important conditions for sustaining high export growth will be promoting the development and export of private enterprises in traditional heaw industries and high-technology industries, and relying on technological progress and high produc6vity to propel export expansion.

Study on China＇s Logistics Industry in the Information Era

For this reason, this article analyzes the current situation of China＇s logistics industry, identifies the existing problems, and further finds the possible solutions in present China.     

China＇s Sustained Economic Growth： Do Direct R＆D Spillovers Matter？

Using data from 1986-2005, the present paper estimates the impact of direct knowledge spilled over from G-7 countries on China＇s economy. We use telephone line penetration rates andpersonnel flows to estimate the direct spillover effect. Our results show that direct knowledge spillovers through telecommunication networks and personnelflows are important components of international R＆D spillovers in China. These direct channels of spillover effectively accelerate China＇s economic growth. Therefore, China should invest more in human capital and in its telecommunication network to enhance the absorptive capacity of direct R＆D spillovers, and to increase communication with other nations, in particular the USA and Japan. More subsidies to domestic R＆D research and purchase of intermediate goods will help to raise China＇s R＆D intensity.
