地下水污染问题是亟待解决的问题,其中地下水石油污染已经成为问题的焦点。石油一旦进入地下水就会对生态环境及人类健康带来严重威胁,因而此类场地的治理及修复必须得到重视。考虑到国内对于地下水石油污染场地修复技术的应用还不是很普遍、对修复技术的掌握还不是很熟练,通过对国内外文献的调研,整合了国内外各种地下水石油污染修复技术,分析汇总了各种修复技术的特点、适用范围及评价参数,对我国地下水石油污染修复提出了建议。  相似文献

原位热脱附技术是用于土壤中挥发/半挥发性有机物去除的原位修复技术,目前在国内处于起步阶段,工程实例鲜有报道。文章介绍了电加热原位热脱附修复技术在广西某有机污染场地中的工程应用,并结合场地特点、污染物种类、修复过程、修复效果、工程投资等进行分析。整个工程经过100 d的加热运行,场地目标污染物的修复效果良好。  相似文献

随着社会经济的快速发展,我国工业化、城市化的进程不断加快,在此背景下,各种化工企业经历了建立、发展与关闭等环节,在其搬迁、关闭后,化工污染场地随之出现,此类场地被其他人所利用,如:民用或者商用等,但此类场地中含有大量的污染、有毒物质,对于生态环境、人身安全等均有着直接的影响,因此,本文分析了典型化工污染土壤的微修复技术,旨在改善化工污染场地的土壤。  相似文献

土壤污染修复技术的选择是土壤污染治理过程的关键环节,根据实际情况选择合适的修复技术将在很大程度上决定最终的修复效果。我国中心城区内的污染场地在进行土壤修复时普遍存在修复周期短、周边环境敏感度高、施工规模有限、治理技术环境安全性要求高等特点。文章通过在实际案例中的技术比选,发现在修复中心城区内多环芳烃污染土壤的过程中采用现场异位化学氧化技术是较为适宜的。  相似文献

气相抽提(SVE)是目前有机污染修复中广泛应用的一种治理技术,但有其局限性,我公司在某有机污染场地针对其中的重污染土壤,开展热强化SVE修复工程,考察热强化SVE技术对此类污染场地的修复效果.结果表明:经过1个月的修复,重污染土壤中甲苯、二甲苯两种目标污染物完全达标,通过加热有效提高了土壤中苯系物的去除效率,为类似工程的开展提供参考依据.  相似文献

为了发掘BIM技术在桥梁施工中新的应用点,拓展其在桥梁施工中的建模功能,解决钢筋间的碰撞与冲突等问题,发挥其对施工现场的指导作用,以银西铁路跨定武高速公路立交连续梁工程为例,对全桥进行BIM技术建模,搭建施工管理平台,在施工现场应用BIM技术测量桥体变形,并对桥体进行定位,处理施工现场问题。得到了球铰的精确定位,实现了施工资料的上传、下载、保存以及对施工进度的实时监管操作,真正地将BIM技术应用于施工现场,体现了现场管控平台较强的时效性和操控性,确保了桥梁的顺利转体,保证了工程质量,拓展了BIM技术在施工现场中的应用,为同类施工现场管理提供参考。  相似文献

The literature on home value diminution attributable to environmental degradation and its possible reversal typically ignores indirect effects upon neighborhood characteristics that can exacerbate the overall change in property values, resulting in underestimates of diminution and overestimates of recovery. Furthermore, to the extent that direct price effects and neighborhood transition effects respond differently to remediation efforts, the relatively new postremediation literature misses an important part of the recovery process. This study examines both direct and indirect effects and finds in the case of Houston Environmental Protection Agency Superfund sites that, while the direct value impacts of proximity to toxic waste sites was significantly reduced after remediation, the indirect effects associated with induced demographic changes were much slower to reverse, producing a housing market inertia that stifled full home value recovery.  相似文献

Technology selection is widely recognized for its increasing importance in the field of technology management. Different from previous work that only used a single evaluation method, this study uses the grey statistics method with survey techniques and scenario approach to develop a three-stage model for the technology selection issue. An empirical case of the Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS) technology selection in Taiwan was chosen to illustrate the application of this model on the technology selection problem. The results indicate that GPS/GIS technology is the preferred ATIS technology developed in Taiwan. The application of the model provides an avenue for government policy makers and researchers to deal effectively with the technology selection issue.  相似文献

Effective knowledge management is important to the success of information technology projects. This research applies the integrated lens of the absorptive capacity theory and the social process model of information system development projects to examine the dynamic of knowledge activities concerning broadband infrastructure development in the context of municipal broadband networks. The research questions are: (1) What is the extent of the dynamic of knowledge activities involved in the development process?, (2) What are the events that trigger knowledge activities in municipal broadband development?, and (3) How does a city create and utilize new knowledge in the development process? This study examines municipal wireless projects in three cities (Chaska, MN; Hermosa Beach, CA; and Fredericton, Canada). Events that trigger knowledge activities are assignment of personnel, physical system construction, performance problems, resistance, and reassignment of organizational roles. Four factors that influence knowledge activities and project performance are the dynamic of technology development, partnership commitments, limitation of external knowledge and learning-by-doing, and political dynamics. The study has policy implications for cities that are in the process of planning and deployment. A good project planning, user expectation management, systematic performance evaluation, a careful partner selection process, and the use of service level agreements are important to project success. In addition, cities need to take into consideration that the technology is not a plug and play technology and that considerable efforts are needed to integrate the technology with other solutions to deliver broadband services as well as to configure the system according to topologies, street conditions, buildings, density of trees, among others.  相似文献

The development of technological capabilities results from an extended learning process and external policy agents can play an important role in its development. This paper outlines trends in governmental and non-governmental policy initiatives and the use of concepts such as capability and absorptive capacity, which are positioned within generic-staged models of capability maturity. This paper describes the development of a technology capability assessment/audit tool that has been designed to help locate firms within four archetypes based upon their level of maturity on nine key dimensions of the management of technology. The tool is intended to help bridge the gap between our theoretical understanding of the principles of technology management and policy practice – allowing policy makers to design mechanisms that focus resources in areas of greatest need through the appropriate selection of policy mechanisms and the targeted design of policy. The use of this tool in field experiments is described along with the implications for policy making.  相似文献

地下水及水动力是污染物运移的载体及主要动力。本文利用国际通用可视化标准软件Visual Modflow,结合工程实例建立污染物水文地质概化模型,在非正常工况条件下,针对铝厂大修渣主要污染物氟污染地下水运移规律进行分析。结果表明,污染物在地下水运移过程中污染较弱,为污染场地地下水环境影响评价提供科学依据。  相似文献
