本文提出了一个供应商、一个制造商和一个零售商在考虑产品变质且允许缺货情况下的供应链多级库存管理模型,通过算例用matlab6.5求出了其最优解,并通过灵敏度分析讨论了缺货率和供应链各级产品变质率对总成本的影响.  相似文献

为了降低动力煤供应链库存总成本,并保障动力煤资源供需系统持续稳定运行,引入多级库存控制理论,建立了基于成本最小化的动力煤供应链多级库存控制概念模型与数学模型,设计了遗传算法求解储配煤基地和区域性配送中心的最佳订货点、订货批量及调拨批量。最后,通过算例证明了该模型与算法的有效性和实用性。基于上述研究结论,为我国动力煤供应链库存控制提供了决策支持和对策建议。  相似文献

面向传统供应链结构,即由供应商、制造商、分销商、零售商、顾客市场五部分组成的供应链,研究了中心库存策略供应链管理系统的组成部分,采用了离散系统模拟建模方法对多级库存策略进行模拟建模。文章不只针对一种库存策略或单一目标的模型进行模拟,而是针对多级库存策略,从整体出发,使用BPMN对供应链的各个流程均建立了概念模型,并可以采用Arena进行实现,为建立供应链模型提供了流程化的方法,为企业进行决策提供了有力的帮助与支持。  相似文献

针对电力公司运维物资多级库存体系与安全库存配置现状,结合安全库存聚集效应,文章提出了周转库安全库存差异聚集策略。在综合考虑库存持有成本与普通、紧急配送成本的基础上,构建了安全库存优化配置模型。通过两类电网运维物资实际数据的分析,验证了差异聚集策略下成本低于全部聚集以及全部分散策略,可以为电力公司物资集约化、差异化、精益化管理以及仓库定额配置提供依据。  相似文献

Under the structure of multiple business entities, supply chain management (SCM) offers the external and internal integration of business processes in enterprises. The most important objective of SCM is to enhance the supply chain performance such as reinforcing the service level and increasing profit as well as reducing order cycle time and inventory. In recent years, due to the advancement of information technology, enterprises can manage the product flow and the information flow via economical and efficient mechanisms. The well-organized information sharing can enhance the supply chain performance and allow enterprises to refine their strategies of supply chain in order to maximize their profits. The previous studies pointed out the positive effect of information sharing on the efficiency of supply chain. However, relatively little literature focuses on the performance analysis for multi-echelon supply chain with various information sharing scenarios. By using the simulation technique, this paper models different scenarios of information sharing, and further analyzes the impacts of information quality on multi-echelon supply chain performance. In addition, this paper employs Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to integrate multiple performance measures to ensure the information sharing scenarios with enhanced performance.  相似文献

Forest products industry should maximize the value of timber harvested and associated products in order to be competitive in global markets. Enhanced forest inventories and merchandizing yards can help in maximizing value recovery in the forest products supply chain. This study develops an optimization model to analyze the economic impact of enhanced forest inventory information and merchandizing yard operations in the forest products supply chain. The application of the model is demonstrated by using a case study of a hypothetical forest industry in northwestern Ontario, which obtains four log assortment grades from the surrounding eight forest management units. The model analyzes five different scenarios with 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% certainty of tree quality in forest inventory information. The results of the study show that with full certainty of tree quality information, it is possible to gain 49% in gross profit in comparison with a scenario with no certainty. The usefulness of enhanced forest inventory and merchandizing yard in the entire supply chain of forest products industry is recognized by maximizing total value of wood fiber (by allocating right log to the right product), reducing fluctuations in raw wood fiber supply, and minimizing inventory carrying costs and lost sales.  相似文献

This paper investigates how vertical integration may influence inventory turnover and firm operating performance. A causal model is developed to investigate the effects of vertical integration on three types of inventory, namely raw materials inventory (RMI), work in progress inventory (WIPI) and finished goods inventory (FGI). The model tests the interactions between inventory types and the consequences of inventory turnover performance on various aspects of firm performance including costs and profitability. In particular, path analysis supports systematic differences with respect to how vertical integration affects RMI, WIPI and FGI. Vertical integration has a positive effect on RMI and FGI turnover but no significant effect on WIPI turnover. FGI contributes to a reduction in supporting processes costs which causes an improvement in return on sales (ROSs). Vertical integration impacts ROS directly.  相似文献

Recent research has shown the importance of improving the supply chain competitiveness by means of strategic alliances. This study considers the retailer–supplier partnership through a vendor managed inventory (VMI) system. The characteristics of a VMI system and a retailer–supplier power relationship are discussed in some detail with a case illustration to examine the practical implementations of the system in the Taiwanese grocery industry. VMI not only has the ability to reduce costs, but also to improve service levels and create business opportunities for both parties in the supply chain. This study examines the effect of a novel antecedent, namely cross-organizational governance (which can be further divided into contractual and relational governance), on supply chain resilience. Additionally, it explores the mediating and moderating effects of supply chain collaboration and institutional environment, respectively, on the relationship between cross-organizational governance and supply chain resilience. Accordingly, a research model, together with four hypotheses, is constructed based on institutional theory. These are further tested based on data collected from a single-respondent survey of 358 Chinese manufacturing companies. The results reveal that contractual and relational governance have significant positive effects on supply chain resilience; supply chain collaboration plays a partially mediating role and institutional environment plays a moderating role in the effects of contractual and relational governance on supply chain resilience. This study enriches the understanding of the relationships between cross-organizational governance, supply chain collaboration, supply chain resilience, and institutional environment. It also provides a reference for supply chain managers’ decision-making activities.  相似文献

供应商管理库存(VMI)是目前供应链管理中的重要方法之一。一般来说,在独立的单个零售商和单个供应商间导入VMI系统后,零售商在短期和长期内都能获利,而供应商的利润变化则是不确定的。实行VMI后供应商的成本将会发生很大变化,这是供应商进行决策的主要依据。在指出已有文献存在研究缺陷的基础上,文章对实行VMI后供应商的成本变化进行了进一步的研究。  相似文献

随着经济全球一体化及我国加入WTO,国外连锁企业加快了进入中国市场的步伐,我国连锁企业面临着越来越严峻的挑战和考验。如果想在激烈的市场竞争中继续保持竞争优势,企业就必须在保证更高客户服务水平的基础上进一步降低物流成本。库存和配送是连锁企业物流系统的核心子系统,两者在成本上存在着此消彼长的关系。因此,连锁企业如果能够将库存和配送两方面的成本统一起来,在两者之间寻求一个平衡点进行库存/配送一体化决策,对于降低连锁企业的物流总成本具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献
