通过分析施工项目成本管理的原理、运行方式及过程控制要求,本文认为:施工项目成本管理实质上是一种目标成本管理;根据目标管理原理要求,施工项目成本管理各环节的有机结合和相互作用形成PDCA连续循环;成本管理目标要通过过程控制来实现,加强施工项目成本管理的过程控制对于成本目标的实现具有非常重要的意义。     

Central bank’s forecasts and lack of transparency: An assessment of the effect on private expectations in a large emerging economy

We analyze whether the Central Bank of Brazil’s Inflation Reports projections influences the private’s inflation expectations. Specifically, we investigate how the central bank’s inflation forecasts affect the private sector’s inflation expectations through a qualitative and quantitative examination of the disagreement measure between them. Furthermore, we appraise if the lack of transparency resulting from the difference between the central bank’s inflation forecasts and the realized inflation affects the private’s inflation expectations. Although the findings confirm the previous studies that point out that the central bank transparency can affect the readjustment of market expectations, the results do not rule out the possibility of the central bank’s forecast and private’s inflation expectations being affected reciprocally.

人力资源管理是工程造价咨询企业内部管理的重要组成部分,人才优势是工程造价咨询企业发展壮大的关键。本文以重庆市工程造价咨询企业为例,在对当前工程造价咨询企业人力资源现状与本质特点对比分析的基础上,阐述了造价咨询企业人力资源管理的现状,并进一步提出了一系列提高造价咨询企业人力资源管理水平的建议。这些建议的实施将会促进工程造价咨询企业发展,显著提高工程造价咨询企业的核心竞争力。     

基于灰色层次分析法的供应商评价研究

供应商评价是企业进行供应商管理、监督和改善等一系列活动的基础和标准,对实现企业利润最大化有着举足轻重的作用。文章主要介绍了灰色层次分析法的基本原理,并通过算例分析演绎了该方法的求解过程。针对算例,将供应商的整体运营情况分为目标层、准则层和指标层,建立了供应商评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法计算得出了影响供应商评价等级的各项指标权重。随后,应用灰色关联分析法得到了供应商评价指标体系的灰色评价权矩阵,并结合各项评价指标的权重,得出供应商整体运营状况的评价等级。算例结果表明,该方法能够客观反映供应商的整体运营状况,可以作为企业选择供应商的依据。     

In what ways do Chinese employees speak up? An exchange approach to supervisor–subordinate guanxi and voice behavior

Few studies have investigated the effect of supervisor–subordinate guanxi (s–s guanxi) on employee voice behavior. From a social exchange perspective, the current study sheds light on the effect of s–s guanxi on employee voice behavior through the mediating roles of psychological ownership and psychological empowerment. A theoretical model is developed and empirically tested with a sample of 299 supervisor–subordinate dyads. The results generally support our hypothesis that s–s guanxi can influence employee voice through the mediating roles of psychological ownership and psychological empowerment. However, counter to our hypothesis, we find no support for psychological ownership mediating between s–s guanxi and promotive voice. Implications and contributions are discussed.

加强我国国有资产管理,减少国有资产的流失,是我国经济发展中的一个重要问题。同时,国有资产管理体制改革与市场经济体制改革能否相适应,能否满足我国经济建设发展的需要,是我国经济体制改革的核心问题之一。本文旨在通过对我国国有资产管理体制的现状以及存在的问题的阐述和分析的基础上,提出一些可行的对策,以期有利于我国国有资产管理体制改革的进一步推进与完善。     

Auditing regulation and the statutory auditor's responsibilities in Norway

The first part of the paper gives an overview of the historic development and current auditing regulation in Norway. Although auditing is regulated by legislation, the government has relied on the profession's self-regulation, especially in matters related to the conduct of an audit. In most cases, the Norwegian regulation arrangements and the statutory auditor's responsibilities bear resemblances to those found in other countries, especially the other Nordic countries. The second part of the paper illustrates how government regulation and the profession's self-regulation have affected the auditor's responsibilities related to (1) stewardship verifications (i.e., verification of management's managing and control of the firm's financial affairs), and (2) the mandatory control of the auditee's tax obligations. Both these requirements have raised fundamental questions about the statutory auditor's responsibilities beyond the verification of the annual accounts, and may reflect distinct conceptions of the role of a statutory auditor in Norway. This study shows that it is not evident that the Norwegian auditor's responsibility for stewardship verifications has resulted in professional practice significantly different from common international practice. However, the Norwegian statutory auditor's responsibility for control of the auditee's tax obligations goes beyond the requirements in other countries.

草根企业是中国经济发展的重要组成部分,动态能力有助于草根企业的生存和成长。本文以大连食品加工行业的三家知名草根企业为研究对象,分别从它们的生存、成长和发展三个时期各选择一个典型事例共九个案例进行多案例分析,从创业者二面能力的视角,对草根企业发展过程中,由创业者思变和创造的常规能力以及整合和运作的非常规能力所构成的二面能力与企业的包括生产能力、技术能力等的一阶能力和动态能力之间的演化机理进行研究,研究结果揭示了在企业发展的不同时期,创业者二面能力的常规和非常规能力对企业动态能力演化影响的重要程度不同。     

Market Entry,Capacity Choice,and Product Differentiation in Duopolistic Competition under Uncertainty

This paper examines the impact of pre‐emptive competition for a leader's position on the investment strategies for market entry, production capacities, and product differentiation. In the absence of pre‐emptive competition, the leader's production capacity exceeds the follower's, and the leader earns excess returns. In contrast, in its presence, the leader's production capacity decreases below the follower's, and the follower's investment value exceeds the leader's when the follower enters the market. These results suggest the new insight that pre‐emptive competition provides the opportunity for the follower to expedite investing and to enhance investment value by capitalizing on the leader's insufficient capacity. The Reliability of Family Background Effects on Status Attainment: Multiple Informant Models

This article sets out to investigate to what extent conventional retrospective measurement of family background leads to biases in the effects of family background in status attainment research. Multiple informant models show that the effect of father’s educational attainment on respondent’s educational attainment is 41% greater than conventional research suggests, and that the effect of father’s occupational status on respondent’s educational attainment becomes zero. The direct effect of respondent’s educational attainment on respondent’s occupational status is 21% greater after the unreliability in the respondent’s answers has been taken into account. We conclude that measurement error seriously biases conclusions about the status attainment process in the Netherlands.
