胜任力是目前人力资源管理领域的一个研究热点。本文首先介绍了胜任力的起源,然后重点对胜任力和胜任力模型的相关文献进行总结分析,旨在为胜任力的研究提供一些思路与参考。     

中国职业经理人胜任力模型构建初探

本文分析了国内外职业经理人胜任力的研究现状、问题,并试图结合中国现阶段的实际建立适合中国国情的职业经理人的胜任力的模型,以期对职业经理人的培养和选拔具有一定的借鉴意义。

现代物流是一种系统化、综合化的工作,要求从业者既要具备一定的物流专业技术知识,还要能够根据服务对象的特性,了解相关生产、经营、实际运作基本知识.物流高技能人才主要在有关作业现场从事物流技术作业,是物流功能最直接的执行者,是推动技术创新和科技成果转化不可缺少的重要力量.为更好地评价物流高技能人才所需具备的素质,使之更好地符合企业的需要,文章从<中华人民共和国职业分类大典>中有关物流岗位的工作要求、各物流岗位招聘的基本要求以及学者们对物流高技能人才胜任特征的有关研究等三个方面入手,对物流高技能人才的知识、技能及个性特质进行定性分析,初步建立物流高技能人才胜任力模型,为企业招聘物流技能型人才和后续研究提供良好的参考.     

胜任力模型开发研究评述

胜任力特征是区分在特定工作岗位和组织环境中绩效水平的个人特征。胜任力模型则是胜任力概念在管理科学中的应用,是企业管理中一种科学分析、综合评价个体的管理工具。该模型在招聘、培训、绩效评定中都有广泛应用。     

我国旅游人才胜任力模型构建与应用研究

胜任力理论已成为西方发达国家尤其是美国许多经济管理学科的研究热点。我国目前相关研究多集中于企业管理者胜任力模型,对于旅游人才胜任力方面的研究并不多见。本文在分析旅游人才素质的基础上构建其胜任力模型,并对旅游人才胜任力模型的应用作进一步探讨。     

构建绩效管理过程中的胜任力模型

以胜任力模型为基础的绩效管理一改传统绩效管理中只注重组织目标达成的做法,将员工的胜任力表现作为绩效而纳入评估体系中,确保了在完成任务和怎样完成之间的平衡,同时对员工过去的表现和在现任或新岗位的将来表现并重,鼓励员工不断提升自己的胜任力,从而可以最终使组织获取持续性竞争优势。本文通过介绍胜任力模型在绩效管理过程中的构建步骤对企业单位绩效管理有一定的借鉴意义。     

项目经理胜任力素质模型

现行的项目经理胜任力素质模型普遍是建立在主观评价和客观评价的评价值可以替换的基础上,针对这种情况的不足,建立项目经理胜任力素质词典,提出能充分反映项目经理的主观胜任力素质和客观胜任力素质的项目经理胜任力素质模型,然后对模型进行论证,证明该方法是可行的。     

航运业中高级管理人员胜任力模型初探

近些年,我国航运市场一直保持着较高的增长率,中国因素越来越成为带动世界航运市场繁荣的主要力量。航运市场的发展需要更多航运人才的支持,对航运业中高级管理人员的胜任力研究将有着重要的现实意义。通过现阶段航运企业对中高级管理人员的胜任素质要求、航运市场新变化对管理人员的胜任素质要求以及以往学者对企业管理人员的胜任力研究三个方面进行综合分析,初步构建了航运业中高级管理人员的胜任力模型,为航运企业招聘、培训中高级管理人才及后续研究提供了良好参考。     

Influence of International Trade Agreements on International Business: A Conceptual Model

The article provides a conceptual model, developed from analyzing over fifty trade agreement related research studies published during the last decade, which allows international business scholars to explore the influence of trade agreements (custom unions, free trade agreements, preferential trade agreements, regional trade agreements) on foreign market entry strategies. This model is an attempt to develop IB theory to address the current research gap in this very narrow but important allied field. Empirical findings generated by interviewing dairy produce exporters in New Zealand reveal a remarkable connection between TAs and IB, with TAs found to influence the regulative environment of participating countries, which may in turn reduce the regulative distance between member nations. The contribution provides a basis for IB researchers to explore this connection in multiple industries/countries.     

基于电子商务的国际贸易壁垒问题研究

电子商务对国际贸易的发展具有积极的促进作用,但由于电子商务发展在国际间的不平衡,发达国家已经开始凭借其经济、信息技术优势,利用电子商务构筑新的贸易壁垒,以加大与发展中国家的贸易差距,对此我国政府和企业要高度重视,积极应对。     

国际贸易环境下我国对外贸易政策的发展方向

近十几年来,全球贸易量取得了惊人的跨越式增长,而自由贸易与环境的关系问题也日趋尖锐。一方面,许多发达国家利用不对等的贸易和投资手段从发展中国家攫取大量战略性资源,却造成这些国家境内生态环境的严重失调;另一方面,一味地追求贸易扩张、资金积累和工业化又实际加剧了全球环境的恶化。环境效应对贸易的挤压性制约日益上升为国际贸易发展的焦点。在此背景下,引入环境变量,促进贸易策略的可持续性便成为实现我国对外贸易科学发展的必然之路。     

基于建构主义的国际商务谈判教学探究

以建构主义理论作为国际商务谈判课程教学改革研究的理论基础。在教学实践中,应基于建构主义理论对国际商务谈判课程从理论教学、案例教学、情境教学以及实践教学四个方面进行改革,而且教学改革要从转变教师观念、精选教学案例、精心创设情境、营造民主宽松的教学氛围以及建立科学的评价体系入手,从而达到较好的教学效果。     

Toward a Model for International Business Ethics

This paper briefly examines the topic of business ethics and attempts to suggest a code of ethics for multinational firms. While most companies have basic policies on employee integrity, confidentiality and sexual harassment, relatively few have established policies regarding bribery, exploitive child labor, human rights violations and other issues they may encounter in the global market place (Drake, 1998). Until recently, very few companies had truly global operations. Consequently little attention was paid to the issue of ethical guidelines in a global context. Recent changes in international markets have led to an explosion of corporations with global operations, and the need for a global code of ethics has grown commensurately. In this paper we explore the issue of global business ethics and attempt to provide a framework for future discussion. We also examine some of the unique difficulties surrounding the development of any set of global business standards. Key among these difficulties is the issue of competing ethical values in home and host countries.     

Strategically Assessing International Business Course-Specific Learning Aims

Abstract

During the past 30 years, there have been calls for universities and business schools to internationalize curriculum, students and faculty. As most U.S. business schools have added international components to their respective programs, the assessment of these programs was subsequently recommended from accreditation and competitive perspectives. To sustain competitiveness, business schools must expand their program assessment activities and rigorously conduct assessment at the course level as well. We propose a model of international business course assessment that links learning aims to delivery methods and reviews two separate approaches based on that model.     

A longitudinal meta-analysis of corruption in international business and trade: Bridging the isolated themes

ABSTRACT

This article chronicles the academic debate on corruption in international business and trade. It identifies three themes: contributing factors, consequences, and combating corruption. We found convergence in the literature and that authors tend to remain loyal to their chosen theme. As a result, we found a distressing dearth of research that transcends, integrates, or validates the interrelationships between them. Through our work, we propose the bridging of themes, demonstrating how they interrelate, thereby validating their interdependencies and the broader lens needed through which to observe corruption in international business.
