碎纸片的拼接复原数学模型的构建

本文讨论在碎纸机以不同方式破碎纸片的情况下建立碎纸片的拼接复原模型,以解决碎片数量巨大时人工拼接的难题,本文建立了三个具有针对性的模型。模型一:方差分析法下的碎纸片拼接模型。在以纵切方式破碎纸片的情况下,提取碎纸片左右边缘的灰度列向量,利用碎纸片边缘处为单边同宽空白区域的特殊性对碎纸片进行定位,再利用方差分析法和欧式距离解决了纵切碎纸片的拼接复原问题。模型二:文字行间距一致性的碎纸片拼接模型。以纵横方式破碎纸片,利用同行文字行间距一致性的主要特性可解决横向碎纸片的拼接复原问题,简化了模型,将离散的像素灰度矩阵平均化处理,进而利用欧氏距离对碎纸片进行匹配,得到了碎纸片复原后的完整图片。模型三:二值化Otsu算法的碎纸片拼接复原模型。本文从双面纵横破碎纸片的问题出发,建立了纸片二值化Otsu法拼接模型,先对碎纸片分组预处理,为将复杂模型简单化,再利用全局阈值方法中典型的Otsu法求取碎纸片的最佳阈值,以该阈值对碎纸片中所含灰度值信息进行划分实现二值化处理,将边缘区域明显化,利用统计学方法求取拼接后的纸片间成功匹配的像素点占纸片边缘的概率,最终双面纵横破碎纸片的拼接复原问题得以解决。

Knowledge-based view of corporate strategy

This paper discusses a framework of the strategy-making process for executing and continuing both the building of a new, ongoing market position and the acquisition of new capabilities so that a corporation could achieve innovation in the future. This paper describes the case of high-tech corporations in the field of Information and Communication Technology which is undergoing intense change in Japan. This paper also would like to present a new viewpoint on knowledge-based theory of the firm based on data obtained from qualitative research into the time series strategy-making process over the past 11 years. These corporations successfully introduced new products and services to the market through a spiraling knowledge integrating approach through networked knowledge communities as a dynamic view of strategy aimed at deliberately and continually creating new markets.

Dual materiality and knowing in petroleum production

This paper explores the relationship between materiality and knowing through the notion of dual materiality. Dual materiality highlights how digital technology becomes important, as its materiality plays an integral part in creating, not simply representing, the materiality of the physical world. We elaborate upon this insight through a theory on sociomaterial knowing grounded in ethnographic fieldwork within a petroleum company. The main theoretical proposition of this theory is that knowing arises from the emerging patterns of interaction between material phenomena, the material arrangements for knowing about these phenomena, and knowledge practices. We elaborate upon this through three predominant modes of knowing in petroleum production: instrumentation, interpretation, and learning. This paper contributes to the broader discourse on sociomateriality by refining ideas of materiality through the notion of dual materiality. We conclude by encouraging further exploration of different materialities in contemporary work and organizing.

研究了组态软件在机械手图形监控系统中的应用,通过PLC实现机械手的自动控制系统。基于组态软件设计出图形监控人机界面,实现图形动画连接,机械手的监控。通过组态软件实现机械手的动作过程图形动画演示,使机械手的动作形象化。提供较为直观、清晰、准确的机械手运行状态,充分提高系统的工作效率。     

Structural social capital and knowledge acquisition: implications of cluster membership

This paper analyzes the implications of belonging to a cluster through the relationship between structural social capital and knowledge acquisition. The findings suggest structural social capital only indirectly affects knowledge acquisition through the relational and cognitive dimensions of firms’ membership of a cluster. However, the structural dimension also has a direct impact on knowledge for external firms outside a cluster. This paper contributes to the cluster literature with a better contextualization and understanding of the relationship between structural social capital and knowledge acquisition. In addition, the paper also consolidates the inter-organizational approach to social capital theory by helping to understand how and in what context social capital dimensions are interrelated. The study analyzes how firms can acquire valuable knowledge from their networks, filling the gap in the literature on how this process occurs inside and outside clusters. This works also proposes recommendations for companies and institutions, and new complementary lines of research.     

第三方物流中标准作业流程的互动——基于资源论视角的研究

文章利用资源论（RBV）的理论,从标准作业流程（SOP）互动不足的角度对目前一些第三方物流关系失败的原因进行阐述．同时结合国内某第三方物流企业的具体实例进行分析。得出结论,认为虽然从资源论的角度出发,第三方物流能够实现双方企业的资源互补,但双方的资源优势只有在标准作业流程上落到实处。才能够真正体现战略联盟的价值,在实践中做到资源互补,并促进第三方物流整体关系的发展。     

江西省物流业与制造业联动发展关系研究

研究的对象是江西省物流业与制造业的联动发展以及相关的政策,与现有研究不同的是,对于两业联动发展的研究,很多文献都是从正面去分析现状,数据量也比偏少,作者借用已有的一些研究成果,通过面板数据模型来对比分析江西省和其他省市之间物流业与制造业发展规模,以及两业联动发展的现状。通过这些对比分析,揭示这些省市两业联动发展的整体现状,以及江西省两业联动发展与其他省市之间的差距。然后结合江西省的具体省情,找出江西省物流业与制造业在协调发展方面存在问题的原因,并提出相关的解决方案和政策建议。

Sustainable entrepreneurship and legitimacy building in protected areas: Overcoming distinctive barriers through activism

Sustainable entrepreneurs operating in protected areas face distinctive barriers that place additional emphasis on the need to build legitimacy. To date, how they do this has not been entirely explored. This paper addresses this need through an exploratory study of sustainable entrepreneurs in a transnational protected area. The results indicate that sustainable entrepreneurs in protected areas face barriers that can be broadly classified as cognition spanning, locale and sector-related barriers. The findings highlight that a key way sustainable entrepreneurs overcome these distinctive barriers is by building legitimacy through activism. Activism became instrumental in building legitimacy with varied stakeholders and actors. This is all geared towards overcoming barriers during the sustainable entrepreneurship process. The findings add to existing literature on the role of legitimacy building in sustainable entrepreneurship by detailing the different forms of legitimacy and how they are built through activism. The paper concludes with propositions about the conditions necessary for sustainable entrepreneurs to build legitimacy in fragile socioecological contexts through activism.

事业单位财务管理刍议

通过对事业单位现行财务管理工作中存在的问题进行深入分析,找出制约事业单位财务管理工作发展的原因,并试图提出解决上述问题的途径。从体制和制度因素、内部控制、预算管理、投融资管理等方面分析了事业单位财务管理工作中存在的问题,指出目前的事业单位财务管理制度和事业单位会计制度已经不能适应事业单位改革和发展的需要,成为制约事业单位财务管理工作的瓶颈;事业单位内控制度的建设和执行亟待改进;事业单位预算管理弱化。最后根据研究中发现的问题,结合事业单位财务管理工作的现状,提出解决提高事业单位财务管理水平的政策建议。     

基于因子分析和聚类分析的创业板上市公司综合评价

本文运用多元统计的方法,对中国创业板上市公司的37组有效样本数据进行经营业绩的分类研究和综合考评。首先进行因子分析,从12个指标中提取出反映四方面能力的四个公共因子;然后对样本公司进行分层聚类分析,利用SPSS分析软件聚合成为5类,分析各类公司在各个因子上的平均得分,找到其优势因子和劣势因子,在此基础上进行综合评价,并从公司管理层和投资者的角度分别给出政策建议。     

自然光经别汉棱镜成像的偏振态检测

本文通过测量数据得出当自然光入射到别汉棱镜的时候,其上下屋脊的出射光电场表达式相同没有偏振像差产生,即自然光不会影响别汉棱镜的成像质量。
