本文从区域入手,就不同地区的贫困发生率和农村金融发展之间的关系展开研究,最终结果表明我国东部地区农村金融发展产生的减贫效应最为强烈,西部地区的贫困群体具有显著的脆弱性,然而农村金融发展带来的减贫效应比中部地区要高,中部地区农村金融发展带来的减贫效应最小。 相似文献

本文基于2011—2019年我国30个省市区的面板数据,从空间视角对我国各省市区农村金融排斥对居民消费的影响进行了理论探讨和实证检验。结果发现,农村金融排斥程度对居民消费支出具有异质性效应,其中,地理排斥、评估排斥及条件排斥对居民消费影响呈显著的正向拉动效应。从消费区域来看,农村金融排斥对居民消费的影响存在区域异质性,具体表现为西部地区影响并不显著,东部地区营销排斥对居民消费支出的直接效应显著为正,而中部地区的评估及条件排斥和营销排斥的直接效应显著为负且存在明显的外溢作用。基于此,我们应重视农村金融发展,降低农村金融市场的准入门槛,规范和开展互联网金融,加大金融机构的增量改革,以促进居民增收。 相似文献

基于2009年?2016年全国30个省(区、市)农村信贷、农业保险、农业上市公司的面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应等分析方法,从农民创业的中介效应视角实证考察农村金融多元化的农民增收效应。研究结果表明:农村金融多元化发展对农民增收具有显著的正向作用,其中农村信贷相对规模较大,因此对收入的影响程度相对较高。此外,利用中介效应分析,证实了农民创业在农村金融对农民收入的影响中存在显著的中介效应。由此,为了保障农民收入协调增长,国家未来应加强各金融机构与农业农村的联系,落实农民创业的金融助推功能。 相似文献

长期以来,农村金融发展与农村经济增长之间的关系受到国内外众多学者的关注。文章基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,考虑到空间溢出效应,将资本因素划分为农村金融发展的规模、效率和结构3个纬度,结合劳动力投入量,通过构建前沿的计量经济学空间面板Durbin模型,对我国30个省市2000~2009年农村金融发展与农村经济增长的关系进行了分析。结果表明,在样本期间,我国农村经济增长存在显著的空间集聚现象;农村金融规模、效率、结构与农村经济增长之间存在显著的相关关系,其中,农村金融规模和农村金融结构对农村经济存在反向作用,而农村金融效率对农村经济具有显著而正向的直接影响且存在正向空间溢出效应,成为影响农村经济增长的关键因素。农村金融发展与农村经济增长之间的良好互动机制尚未建立。因此,各省市在加大农村金融投资规模的同时,要努力提高农村金融资源配置效率。 相似文献

目的 通过人口的城镇化率、土地的城镇化率、经济的城镇化率、就业的城镇化率这4个自变量综合考察新型城镇化对农民收入的直接影响效应和间接影响效应并提出推进新型城镇化建设促进农民增收的建议。方法 文章运用空间杜宾模型,收集近10年我国30个省(市、自治区,不含港澳台、西藏)的相关数据分析新型城镇化对农民收入的影响。结果 新型城镇化通过人口的城镇化、土地的城镇化、经济的城镇化对农民收入产生显著正向的直接效应,且通过经济的城镇化产生显著负向的间接效应,而就业的城镇化对农民收入影响效应不显著;新型城镇化对农民收入的直接效应主要还是由人口的城镇化产生,但也不能忽视土地城镇化和经济城镇化促进农民增收的作用;控制变量中农业经济水平、农村资本投入、对外开放程度、工业化率对农民收入具有显著正向的直接效应,且农村资本投入对农民收入具有显著正向的间接效应。结论 建议政府大力发展农业现代化,促进城乡一体化;盘活农村土地资源,加快农村城镇化;拓宽农民就业渠道,缩小城乡差别。 相似文献

本文基于"技术内生效应"的视角研究了利率市场化改革对农村正规与非正规金融替代性的影响。本文指出利率市场化改革对农村正规金融利率调整的效应有三种,分别是直接名义收益效应、农户类型异质的借款人结构类型效应和正规金融机构解决信息不对称与监督问题的技术内生效应,这三种效应导致农村正规金融对非正规金融的替代呈倒"U"形关系。本文的实证研究表明利率市场化改革对正规与非正规金融替代性主要不是源于利率价格变动的名义收益效应,而是与信息不对称问题密切相关的借款人结构类型效应与技术内生效应。本文的政策含义在于,农村利率市场化改革要考虑普惠金融与金融精准扶贫的有效性,同时要考虑农村的信息不对称问题并做好激励机制设计。 相似文献

Evidence on rural wage employment is thin and lacks nuance for different employment sources, insights on dynamic effects, and an understanding of the channels of effects. We assess conceptually and empirically the direct and indirect welfare effects of entry and continuation in different types of wage employment in rural Senegal. Using panel data, fixed effects and first-difference estimation, we show substantial positive welfare and linkage effects. We find that participation in wage employment increases per capita income by 143%, and reduces poverty, poverty gap and food insecurity by, respectively, 63%, 89% and 48%. While the direct effect on income is larger for non-agricultural and contractual wage employment, the indirect income effects through self-employment are more pronounced for agricultural and casual wage employment. Our results imply that job creation is important for rural development, that wage employment in agriculture can lead to considerable growth multiplier effects, and that synergies exist between large-scale and small-scale agriculture. 相似文献

Using state-level data for 1970–93, a simultaneous equation model was developed to estimate the direct and indirect effects of different types of government expenditure on rural poverty and productivity growth in India. The results show that in order to reduce rural poverty, the Indian government should give highest priority to additional investments in rural roads and agricultural research. These types of investment not only have much larger poverty impacts per rupee spent than any other government investment, but also generate higher productivity growth. Apart from government spending on education, which has the third largest marginal impact on rural poverty and productivity growth, other investments (including irrigation, soil and water conservation, health, and rural and community development) have only modest impacts on growth and poverty per additional rupee spent. 相似文献

Drawing upon new World Bank poverty data, the analysis examines the feasibility of attaining the Millennium Development Goal of halving extreme poverty (MDG1) when the interrelationships between finance, institutions, trade liberalization, growth and poverty are taken into account. The authors' econometric results suggest a slowing down of poverty reduction in the more recent years since 2000. They also confirm: the role of better institutions in income growth, poverty reduction, trade openness and financial development; the role of financial development in economic growth; and the positive effect of capital liberalization on financial development. Simulations for different regions show that MDG1 is attainable in most regions if the historical growth rate is maintained over 2006–15. However, improvements in institutional quality are crucial for halving extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. 相似文献

目的 在推进农民农村共同富裕道路进程中,识别数字普惠金融缩小农村内部收入差距的作用,并从农户生计资源多元化配置视角探索其作用机制。方法 文章合并使用县域数字普惠金融指数和中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),构造衡量农户收入不平等程度的相对剥夺指数,采用面板Tobit模型考察数字普惠金融对农村内部收入差距的影响,采用中介效应模型从生计资源多元化配置视角考察其作用机制。结果 (1)数字普惠金融能够有效减缓农户的相对收入剥夺程度,进而缩小农村内部收入差距,数字普惠金融指数每上升1%,农户相对收入剥夺水平下降7.87%,通过一系列稳健性检验后该结果依然可信;(2)生计资源多元化是数字普惠金融缩小农村内部收入差距的重要作用机制,数字普惠金融缩差效应的11.85%可由该作用渠道来解释;(3)数字普惠金融对农村内部收入差距缩减效应也具有明显的异质性,男性户主和45岁以下户主的农户、非农就业占比高和兼业化程度大的农户获得的数字普惠金融缩差“红利”更大。结论 作为新型金融供给方式,政府应大力推进农村数字普惠金融发展,因地制宜实施农村数字金融政策,鼓励农户生计资源多元化配置,多渠道应对风险提高收入水平,进而缩小农村内部收入差距助推共同富裕。 相似文献

Consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions has become one of the main issues facing China. The Chinese Certified Emission Reduction (CCER) trading programme is an important supplementary mechanism to China's carbon trading market. Based on the data of 1782 counties in China from 2006 to 2017 and a difference-in-differences model, this study investigates the rural poverty reduction effect of CCER trading. We find that: (1) during the sample period, CCER trading has increased the per capita net income of rural residents by at least 2.5% or 187.5 RMB (about 27.8 USD or 39.3 AUD) per year. (2) The poverty reduction effect of CCER trading in poor counties is greater than that in nonpoor counties. (3) Some relevant heterogeneous effects are also measured. We find that CCER trading of hydropower projects has played a significant poverty reduction effect; the poverty reduction effect is further enhanced when the county has additional CCER projects; we also identify regional differences with CCER trading having a greater poverty reduction effect in the western and central regions. (4) Compared with the implementation of the CCER project, trading the emission reductions generated by the CCER project has brought more significant poverty reduction effects. 相似文献

本文基于内生经济增长理论中的帕加诺模型,对1981-2005年山东省农村金融发展与农村经济增长的关系进行了实证分析.研究结果表明:山东省农村金融发展与农村经济增长是高度正相关的,说明如果农村金融发展状况良好,可以有效促进农村经济的更快发展;反之,则会制约农村经济发展.在此基础上,本文针对山东省农村经济与农村金融发展过程中存在的问题,提出了简要的政策建议. 相似文献

Rural finance has long been an important tool for poverty reduction and rural development by donors and governments, but the impacts have been controversial. Measuring impact is challenging due to identification problems caused by selection bias and governments’ targeted interventions, while randomised trial data are scarce and limited to contexts where little to no rural finance exists. Using an author‐collected dataset, we provide insights on a large‐scale long‐lasting subsidised rice credit programme in Myanmar, one of the poorest and, until recently, most economically isolated countries in Asia. Identification relies on a fuzzy regression discontinuity design, exploiting an arbitrary element to the credit provision rule which is based on rice landholding size. Although we find little evidence that rice yield or output is increased, we do see that the programme has some positive effects on total household income, suggesting a positive spillover effect on other farm income activities. 相似文献

[目的]旨在探讨农村劳动力转移的减贫及其空间溢出效应,以期准确估计农村劳动力转移对农村减贫的作用。[方法]文章基于我国大陆31个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,通过构建空间计量模型,设置邻接、地理和经济3种空间权重矩阵,实证检验了2007—2017年农村劳动力转移对农村贫困的影响。[结果](1)我国省域农村贫困发生率和农村劳动力转移程度均有显著的空间集聚特征,农村贫困发生率呈现出“高—高”和“低—低”的空间分布特征。(2)在邻接权重下,该地区农村劳动力转移规模每提高1%,使得该地区的农村贫困降低了0.317%,邻近地区的农村贫困降低了0.136%;在地理权重下,该地区农村劳动力转移规模每提高1%,使该地区的农村贫困降低了0.323%,邻近地区的农村贫困降低了0.129%;在经济权重下,该地区农村劳动力转移规模每提高1%,将使该地区的农村贫困降低0.315%,邻近地区的农村贫困降低0.192%。[结论]农村劳动力转移不仅有利于本区域内的农村贫困减少,还可以通过溢出效应来缓解相邻地区的农村贫困。 相似文献
