对大学生的网络购物行为进行调查、分析,研究发现:大学生网络购物已经是一个活跃的经济现象;随年级的不同,其网购活跃度也有所不同;大学生的网购偏好有较明显的娱乐性特征;价格是推动大学生网购行为的主要动因;口碑传播是影响大学生选择购物网站的主要因素。调查证实了大学生网购市场具有的巨大潜力。根据调查分析的结果,针对电子商务企业发展大学生网购市场的价格、传播、营销等策略提出了建议。 相似文献

二十一世纪,在经济全球化的大背景下,电子商务蓬勃发展,而网购这一新型消费模式自从出现以来便迅速被人们所接受和青睐。大学生作为年轻一代的消费群体代表,已然成为网购消费的主力军。然而,网购作为方便、快捷、实惠的代名词的同时,我们也不能忽视它所存在的一些敝处。我们针对北京、上海邵分在校大学生的网购情况进行问卷调查,并选取一些有代表性的样本进行访谈,将结果进行数据分析并以图表的形式展现。我们希望通过此次的调查,了解大学生对网购的真实看法,对网购的利弊进行全面细致的分析,并提出有建设性的建议,提醒大家在享受网购快捷便利服务的同时,应加强对网购弊端的客观认识,从而达到对“网购族”的警示和指导意义。 相似文献

Using the data collected from a survey of 1277 US college students, this study investigated college students' shopping orientations, and examined the relationships between their shopping orientations and searches for information about and purchases of apparel products online and the differences between male and female students in their shopping orientations, online information searches and purchase experiences. Seven shopping orientation constructs were identified: shopping enjoyment, brand/fashion consciousness, price consciousness, shopping confidence, convenience/time consciousness, in‐home shopping tendency and brand/store loyalty. Results showed that participants' shopping orientations were significantly related to their searches for information about and purchases of apparel items online. In addition, male and female participants showed significant differences in their shopping orientations, online information searches and purchase experiences. This study provided suggestions for apparel e‐tailors to develop effective marketing strategies to reach their target market, for consumer educators and for educators in the retail merchandizing area to prepare their students for future careers. 相似文献

在网络购物过程中,顾客会因各种产品质量问题而感到不满意,从而产生抱怨行为。基于此,文章在网络购物背景下,分析顾客抱怨行为的影响因素,通过层级回归方法,重点探讨网购认知与顾客抱怨行为的关系。研究发现网购认知与顾客抱怨行为倾向之间存在正向关系,网购认知越高,顾客抱怨行为倾向越高。并且网购认知对向卖方抱怨、私下抱怨以及向第三方机构抱怨等三类抱怨行为均存在较大影响。因此电子商务企业应加强顾客抱怨管理,提升顾客满意度。 相似文献

Apparel purchases now constitute one of the fastest‐growing segments of e‐commerce. Thus, there are strong theoretical and managerial reasons to better understand consumer characteristics associated with buying apparel online. This paper investigates motivations for online apparel consumption using the Consumer Styles Inventory. Data from a sample of 357 US college students showed that quality consciousness, brand consciousness, fashion consciousness, hedonistic shopping, impulsiveness and brand loyalty were positively correlated with online apparel shopping. Price sensitivity was negatively correlated with online spending. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to compare the website evaluation criteria among college student consumers in the US with different shopping orientations and Internet channel usage (i.e. online information searchers, online purchasers). The sample for this research was 414 college students, non‐married and aged 18–22 who have experience in visiting websites selling apparel products. Five apparel website evaluation criteria were identified by factor analysis (i.e. product information, customer service, privacy/security, navigation, auditory experience/comparison shopping). Based on shopping orientation factors, cluster analysis revealed three shopping orientation clusters (i.e. Hesitant In‐home Shoppers, Practical Clothing Shoppers, Involved Clothing Shoppers). Factorial manova showed that website evaluation criteria were significantly different among college student consumers with different shopping orientations and between online information searchers and online purchasers. This paper investigates adolescent online shopping and self-efficacy development in the virtual setting. The authors present and test a model of antecedents and mediators to two dimensions of online consumer self-efficacy. Additionally, a discriminant analysis finds that more involved adolescent online shoppers can be differentiated from less involved online shoppers on key variables of interest-shopping motivations, self-efficacies, shopping behaviors, and relative influence in household decision-making. 相似文献
